The Total people's war is essentially a total war for all Indonesians by mobilizing all national strength and resources to uphold state sovereignty, territorial integrity, and national safety from other nations that threaten or occupy the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. The Total People's War is characterized by populist, totality and territorial characteristics. The Pattimura War was a war of the Maluku People led by Kapitan Pattimura against the Dutch occupation which took place from 16 May 1817 to 16 December 1817. This war was one of the battles the Dutch had ever fought during their occupation in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the extent to which the implementation of the total war strategy in the Pattimura War in 1817 carried out by Kapitan Pattimura in Maluku by identifying it from the aspects of the philosophy of defense science and total war strategy by using historical research methods and qualitative descriptive research methods with literature study techniques. The results of the study stated that in the context of the Pattimura War, the total war strategy could be synthesized as a total war for all the people of Maluku by exerting all their strength and resources to uphold the sovereignty and territorial integrity and the safety of the nation from the threat of Dutch occupation. Kapitan Pattimura has implemented a total war strategy characterized by populist, totality and territorial in the Pattimura War.

Action-fantasy are some movie genres that has the most expansive franchises in film industry and tend to use cinematic music to correlate the atmosphere and emotions of the movie’s imaginary universe. The analysis of You See Big Girlis due to its majestic cinematic music arrangement, its suitability in accompanying the battle scene, and also can be enjoyed as an independent track despite of its role in accompanying the scene. This qualitative descriptive research aims to analyze the musical composition technique by describing the epic musical element. This research contains of literature study, discography, and observation as the research methods, along with the approach of Lehman and Derrick Werlé’sexamine on epic music to analyze the epic element. The result shows that the You See Big Girl is one of the various epic music with the use of battle and war instrument, as well as tension built gradually from a section to the following by the use of polyrhythm, marcato accent, big crescendo, sequence, sudden silence to ends the musical phrase, ostinato, and abstract theme, to portray a majestic, vibrant, war and battle scene, and the greatness through the music. Keywords: analysis, composition, animation, epic soundtrack, You See Big Girl

Mathematical contextualization is interpreted as identifying the existence of mathematics developed by different cultural groups. The existence of ethnomathematics in education offers a learning approach that connects mathematics with the local cultural wisdom of the community. The main focus of this research is to identify ethnomathematics in woven handicrafts in Plaosan Village, Kediri Regency. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data were collected using observation, documentation, interview, and literature study techniques. The results showed that there were ethnomathematics in woven handicrafts in Plaosan Village. The mathematical elements that can be found in the woven motifs are the concept of the plane, the concept of lines and the relationships between lines, the concept of angles, and the concept of transformational geometry. The fundamental mathematics activities that can be found in the weaving activities are counting, measuring, designing, locating, playing, and explaining.

ABSTRACTSpeech is one of the speaking skills that we often encounter in society. In a speech sometimes there is an error when talking. This study aims to describe the presence of errors in pronunciation of diphthongs and vowels u in Ganjar Pranowo's speech, also the causes of errors in pronunciation of diphthongs and vowels u. Mistakes of speech, of course, often occur among the speech community. Both intentional and unintentional mistakes. Data analysis methods used in this research are case study research and descriptive research methods. This method is very suitable and suitable for examining speech errors in the speech of Ganjar Pranowo in the 74th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that there were mistyping during the speech.Keywords:diphthongs, vocals, speech, language errors, speechesABSTRAK Pidato merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbicara yang sering kita jumpai dalam masyarakat. Dalam berpidato terkadang terdapat adanya kesalahan pada saat berbicara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan adanya kesalahan pengucapan huruf diftong dan vokal u pada pidato Ganjar Pranowo, juga penyebab terjadinya kesalahan pengucapan huruf diftong dan vokal u. Kesalahan berbicara tentu saja sering terjadi di antara masyarakat tutur. Baik kesalahan yang disengaja maupun tidak. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian studi kasus dan metode penelitian deskriptif. Metode ini sangat sesuai dan cocok untuk mengkaji kesalahan berbicara pada pidato Ganjar Pranowo dalam Rangka HUT Ke-74 Republik Indonesia. Comfort is one element that needs to be considered and contained in a space. Space comfort can have an impact on space users when carrying out their activities. The costume is known as one of the items used that needs to pay attention to the element of comfort. In a product, there is space that can be filled for various purposes. Clowns are one of the products made by humans and have space inside. Clowns can be used by users to make a living by entertaining one of them by swaying. So that there needs to be comforted so that when using it, it can provide a positive impact that can affect users.By using qualitative descriptive research methods, this research is expected to help provide information about the comfort of space in the product of mampang clown costume so that it can provide benefits to its users to maximize their work.From the research conducted, it was found that clown costumes are quite different from clown costumes in general. From the outward appearance that has a characteristic by using a large mask and clothing that has a large form gives influence to its users. With its use used in busy streets, the comfort of clown costume rooms can make an impact on its users not only the economic impact but also the impact on the conditions faced.

Indonesia is a country with a lot of culture, one of which is the Seren Taun Ceremony held in the village of Pasir Eurih Sindang Barang Bogor district because the people in the village continue to preserve the cultural heritage to this day. This article aims to introduce the culture in the village of Sindang Barang Bogor, namely the seren taun ceremony to be more widely known by the people of Indonesia and explain what the benefits and functions are in the Seren Taun ceremony. The method used to make this research is to use qualitative descriptive through content analysis approach by taking data by random sample and literature study techniques. Produce that the Sindang Barang Bogor Village has the potential to become a cultural village because of its uniqueness that can attract the attention of the general public that can be visited by tourists as a means of introducing local culture while also increasing the economic income of the Sindang Barang Bogor Village community. This research can be a source of delivery to the general public to get to know and know the benefits and functions contained in the Seren Taun Ceremony.

Abstract: Research on the use of the whatsaap video call application in the Al-Quran education park Miftahul Ulum Gedongkuning Yogyakarta using qualitative descriptive research methods, conducting interviews with 6 informants, observation, and literature study. The research objectives: 1) to determine the constraints of whatsaap video calls in the activities of the TPQ Miftahul Ulum Yogyakarta students 2) to determine the impact of whatsaap video calls in the activities of the TPQ Miftahul Ulum Yogyakarta students. The results of the study were 1) Obstacles to whatsaap video calls in the activity of reciting TPQ Miftahul Ulum Gedongkuning students from the results of interviews by several informants that the lack of time to recite the recitation and when reciting took place sometimes the signal was interrupted which caused the sound to falter and even stop so that a signal was available or educator / ustadz / ah turn off the camera feature so that the signal is focused only on the sound. 2) Two-way communication and lots of support makes this activity run well, and really helps the santri guardians in the development of the Koran for children. This activity can also introduce children in a positive way, that the whatsaap video call media can be used in the realm of learning and the guardians of the students feel that the child is more focused on the Koran, after reading the child is reminded of inappropriate / wrong readings and the child feels responsible because at the end of the session children are reminded to read the previous / next page and will be checked for tomorrow's meeting.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Dandangan Tradition while simultaneously analyzing the meaning and value of the Dandangan Tradition as a study of learning in supporting the achievement of the vision of the University of Culture. This study uses qualitative descriptive research and field studies. The main data obtained directly through interviews with informants. observation, literature study and documentation.. The validity of the source triangulation technique is used. Data analysis was performed through inductive-descriptive-verivative analysis. The results of the study showed the Dalih Tradition from the sound of drum beating. The sound of the drum that reads "dang dang dang" compilation is hit in the middle and the sound "dug dug dug" compilation is hit on the edge of the drum then turns into the start of the month of Ramadan castle and is also known as Dandangan. Other opinions mention that Dandangan is taken from the word Ndang, which is obtained from the sound / sound of Bedhug beating, so that the sound of Ndang-Ndang (come on) which is heard by all the people of Kudus and also for Kudus to come and flock to be visited at Menara Mosque can be read from Sunan. Kudus came in order to welcome the Holy Month of Ramadan. The Meanings and Values of the Dandangan Tradition include 1) the early momentum of the holy month of Ramadan, 2) enthusiasm and joy, 3) regular and continuous patterns, 4) harmony, mutual support and the spirit of togetherness, 5) the momentum of the immediate rise, 6) the relationship between worldly life and the afterlife, 7) The inner atmosphere of the Holy community which is full of joy and joy to welcome the coming of Ramadan.

The vital records program is a mandate of the Republic of Indonesia Act, that must be implemented by state institutions and government agencies both central and regional including ANRI. The purpose of organizing this vital records program is to protect, secure and save the very important records. The vital records program must be supported by the determination of vital records in the form of a list as a reference for managing vital records. ANRI as a non-ministerial government institution does not have the determination of vital records yet, so there are still many obstacles in implementing the vital records program. This study will determine the vital records of ANRI using descriptive research methods with case study types. Records criteria are determined based on ANRI's Regulation and according to criteria from NARA, while the stages used are in accordance with the stages listed in ANRI's Regulation. The implementation of this study concluded that 18 work units obtained 11 work units that had vital records, with a total of 20 types of vital records.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menguatnya wacana mengenai pentingnya perlindungan data pribadi  dan terbitnya Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Nomor 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi dalam Sistem Elektronik. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja implementasi Peraturan Menteri tersebut di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten. Penelitian  dilakukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Gianyar, Temanggung, dan Sleman dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus, sedangkan pengum­pu­lan data menggunakan teknik studi pustaka, wawancara, dan observasi. Pembahasan dilakukan dengan menggunakan konsep implemen­tasi model Edwards yang melihat implementasi berdasarkan variabel komunikasi, sumber-sumber, kecenderungan-kecenderu­ngan, dan struk­tur birokrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjuk­kan bahwa penyelenggaraan administrasi kependudukan yang di dalamnya termasuk perlindungan data pribadi oleh Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil merujuk pada Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 61 Tahun 2015, sedangkan Peraturan Menteri Komunikasi dan Informatika Nomor 20 tahun 2016 sama sekali belum mereka ketahui. AbstractThis research is motivated by the strengthening of discourse regarding the importance of protecting personal data and the issuance of Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 20 of 2016 concerning Protection of Personal Data in Electronic Systems. The research objective is to determine the performance of the implementation of the Ministerial Regulation within the District Government. The study was conducted at the Department of Population and Civil Registration at the Government of the Regency of Gianyar, Temanggung, and Sleman by using a case study method, while data collection using literature study techniques, interviews, and observations. The discussion was carried out using the concept of implementation of Edwards model that looked at implementation based on communication variables, sources, trends, and bureaucratic structure. The results showed that the administration of population administration which included the protection of personal data by the Population and Civil Registry Office referred to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 61 of 2015, while the Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No. 20 of 2016 was completely unknown to them.
