The educational process requires teachers to use a variety of strategies to support students in the process of learning, and one of the most widely used strategies is questioning. Studies carried out by different researchers have demonstrated the positive effects of proper questioning in the learning process; on the other hand, it is worth mentioning that most teachers customarily use questioning in their classes, even though not all of them use it correctly. For this reason, the aim of this paper is to raise teachers´ awareness on the effectiveness of appropriately using questioning in the classroom.   The information presented in this paper has been collected through a systematic Literature Review of a variety of sources related to this tool used in education.  This Literature Review has been organized chronologically by publication and, in some cases, by themes. In relation to results, the majority of researches recognizes and emphasizes the positive effects of adequately applying questioning in the classroom. This tool enhances interaction and, consequently, promotes the development of students’ skills, to make the learning process more effective.

Human as educational beings (homo educandum) has never been separated from the process of education. Therefore, they can be an object or subject of education. the educational process carried out by humans will coincide with the learning process. learning is the process of interaction between individuals (students) and other individuals (teachers) or with their environment that is intended to change a person's behavior permanently both intellectual, emotional or spiritual aspect through experience. Generally,  theories of learning are behaviorist, cognitive and humanistic theory  that lead to self's change through their learning experience based on purpose. According to Ghazali and Ibn Miskawaih's perspective, the purpose of learning is a positive moral change towards what is done by a teacher.  al Ghazali points that parent is a first educator in the individual life. According to Ibnu Miskawaih, materials for the learning is developed by using Islam epistemology.  and the other hand, al Ghazali declare a material of learning is developed by sufistic values  approach.

Kata Kunci: Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan, Tauhid, Imam Ahmad bin Hambal Abstract This paper aims to describe the values of tauhid education from the perspective of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal. This is done because during this time Imam Ahmad bin Hambal is more popular as a scholar of Hadith and / or scholar of fiqh. On the other hand, the educational process experienced and received by Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal is rarely revealed in specific studies including studies on the values of his tawhid education. The researcher conducted a qualitative literature review of various literatures related to the values of Tawheed Education and associated with Imam Ahmad bin Hambal. Based on the descriptive analysis carried out, it was found that tauhid education is a process of cultivating monotheism on the oneness of Allah SWT. This is important to instill in humans, especially Muslims from an early age. Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal as one of the scholars of fiqh has an opinion that is not much different from other fiqh scholars about tawhid and the values of tawhid education. This is emphasized in his statement, namely believing only in Allah SWT, believing in the oneness of Allah and Allah who is the creator of the universe, and believing in the names and attributes of Allah SWT that are in the Al-Quran. The values of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal's monotheistic education can be grouped into three main values, namely: the values of the behavior of a Muslim in relation to Allah SWT, himself and to fellow humans. Keywords: Educational Values, Tawheed, Imam Ahmad bin Hambal

The aims of this paper is to explain the use of high heels as an agency for a woman's body. Agency context refers to pain in the body but pain is perceived as something positive. In this paper, the method used is a literature review by reviewing writings related to the use of high heels. The findings in this paper that women experience body image disturbance or anxiety because they feel themselves are not beautiful or not attractive. The use of high heels, makes women more attractive and more confident, on the other hand the use of high heels actually makes women feel pain and discomfort. However, for the achievement of beauty standards, women voluntarily allow their bodies to experience pain. However, the agency's willingness to beauty standards here is meaningless without filtering and directly accepted. Instead women keep negotiating with themselves so as to make a decision why use high heels.

It is clear that there are other educator metaphors and associated behaviors. To some extent, the actions of the different educator metaphors overlap, but they differ in their purpose and perspective on the educational process and the person to be educated. First, a short time diagnosis is made, which describes the context of this metaphor of the educator as manager. Subsequently, on the one hand, the various motifs, tasks and objectives of an educator as manager are discussed. On the other hand, it is asked if it is possible in the current discourse to take a different perspective on the educational process.

Sustainable urban stormwater management (SUSM) is essential to urban sustainability. However, barriers to adopting it are observed even in places where SUSM is more widespread. Recent studies have evaluated strategies for overcoming some types of barriers. However, any study has systematically analyzed the strategies available for overcoming the most common barriers, contributing to widely adopting SUSM. Thus, this article aimed to provide a literature review on these strategies. Sixty-six documents were evaluated, resulting in eight solution strategies, detailed by 81 implementation measures, which were critically analyzed. The interrelationships among the solution strategies and their applicability to overcome the SUSM-related barriers were evaluated. This analysis showed that the solution strategies are interdependent, so it would be inefficient to adopt the strategies in isolation. On the other hand, adopting a strategy can help overcome several barriers, also enhancing other strategies, and consequently contributing to the global scenario of effective SUSM adoption. The availability of this systematized information helps break through common barriers and optimizing efforts to adopt SUSM where it is incipient.

Historically, the American school has been regarded as an essential vehicle by which the child can prepare for adult success. Despite substantial theoretical argument that childhood learning can both prepare children for later schooling and also be an interesting process in itself, the schools, led more often by “people-activists” rather than “scholar-activists,” have tended on the one hand to be uninteresting or on the other hand to lack depth and substance. The paper argues that every child has a right to an interesting school and goes on to propose that, in its best sense, an interesting school is a place which respects the child's interest in a learning process that is deep and filled with intellectual and emotional substance.
