ABSTRAK  Perkembangan desain dan produk membuat terbentuknya berbagai variasi produk. Semakin banyak pula kebutuhan orang-orang akan produk yang sesuai dengan keinginannya. Produk yang diinginkan pastinya produk yang inovatif, sesuai kebutuhan, dan tidak lupa desain yang menarik. Fungsi dan desain produk selalu berdasarkan konsumen atau pengguna produk. Begitu pula meja tamu yang memiliki berbagai macam jenis. Meja tamu merupakan salah satu produk yang selalu ada diberbagai macam tempat. Baik di rumah, kantor, maupun sekolah. Dalam laporan tugas akhir yang berjudul “Desain Meja Tamu PT Buran Nusa Respati” ini di desain khusus untuk PT Buran Nusa Respati yang didesain khusus dengan kebutuhan penggunanya. Nantinya diharapkan produk ini dapat menjadi inspirasi sekaligus alternatif baru dalam pengembangan desain mebel khususnya bagian meja tamu dalam dunia industri mebel. Dengan metode perancangan yang sudah dilakukan diantaranya yaitu pengumpulan data, analisis, alternatif desain, pengembangan desain dari alternatif terpilih, serta desain akhir. Sehingga dihasilkanlah desain meja tamu untuk PT Buran Nusa Respati. Kata Kunci: Meja Tamu, Desain Mebel, Kantor   ABSTRACT  Development of design and product make form of various products. More needs of people for products that based on what they need. They absolutely need innovative product, based on needs, and not to mention an interesting design. Function and design of a product always based on consumer and user of product. Similarly, the coffee table has a variety of types. Coffee table is one of a product that always at any places. Such as house, office, even school. In this final project report that titled as “Design of Coffee Table for PT Buran Nusa Respati” is design specially for needs of the user. Later writer hoped this product can be an inspiration as well be a new alternative for development wood design especially for coffee table in wood industrial. With this design method that already done which are gathers data, analysis, alternatives design, design development from chosen alternative design, and final design. ABSTRAK SMK Farmasi memiliki mata pelajaran yang mengharuskan pelajar melaksanakan praktikum di labolatorium. Kegiatan praktikum mengharuskan pelajar untuk memiliki peralatan pribadi yang wajib dibawa. Saat ini sebagai sarana bawa dan penyimpanannya, pelajar SMK Farmasi menggunakan kotak berbahan plastik yang biasa digunakan untuk tempat makanan. Hal inilah yang melatarbelakangi munculnya ide rancangan ini. Serta permasalahan yang ada saat ini adalah saat jadwal praktikum berlangsung, pelajar SMK Farmasi banyak membawa peralatan, diantaranya peralatan yang mudah pecah maupun yang tidak mudah pecah, namun belum adanya sarana bawa khusus untuk peralatan tersebut. Adapun tujuan rancangan ini adalah untuk mendesain sebuah sarana bawa yang dapat melindungi peralatan-peralatan yang dibawa, diantara lain; pipet tetes, cawan porselin, kaca arloji, batang pengaduk, tissue, lap, sendok tanduk, gunting, kayu penjepit, spatula, forcep, sikat tabung, etiket, label ni, zak plastik, dan botol kaca. Dengan metode perancangan yang sudah dilakukan diantaranya; pengumpulan data analisis, alternatif desain, pengembangan desain dari alternatif terpilih, serta desain akhir. Sehingga dihasilkan desain sarana bawa dan penyimpanan peralatan praktikum bagi Pelajar SMK Farmasi Samarinda yang memiliki sekat-sekat khusus peralatan praktikum pribadi Pelajar SMK Farmasi Samarinda, dan menggunakan gaya desain modern, serta sistem bukaan menggunakan resleting, dengan warna biru dan putih yang melambangkan ciri SMK Farmasi. Kata Kunci : Desain Sarana Bawa, SMK Farmasi Samarinda, Perlatan Praktikum   ABSTRACT Pharmacy Vocational Schools have subjects that require students to carry out practical work in laboratories. Practical activities require students to have personal equipment that must be carried. Currently as a means of carrying and storing it, students of Pharmacy Vocational Schools use plastic boxes that are used for food. This is the background of the emergence of this design idea. As well as the problems that exist today are when the practicum schedule takes place, many Pharmacy Vocational students carry equipment, including fragile and non-fragile equipment, but there is no special means of carrying it for the equipment. The purpose of this design is to design a vehicle that can protect the equipment carried, among others; drop pipette, porcelain cup, watch glass, stirring rod, tissue, cloth, horn spoon, scissors, wooden tongs, spatulas, forceps, tube brushes, etiquette, labels, plastic bags, and glass bottles. With the design method that has been carried out including; analysis of data collection, alternative design, design development of selected alternatives, and final design. So that the design of the carrying facilities and storage of practicum equipment for Samarinda Pharmacy Vocational School students who have special barriers to the personal practicum equipment of Samarinda Pharmacy Vocational School students, and using a modern design style, and openings system using zippers, blue and white symbolize the characteristics of Pharmacy Vocational Schools. ABSTRAK. Arsitektur rumah sakit/ klinik merupakan bangunan fisik dimana dalam perancangannya didekati dengan indikator kenyamanan, keindahan, serta keberpihakan pada lingkungan, yang dapat membangun citra layanan kesehatan rumah sakit/ klinik itu sendiri. Pada kasus penyakit kanker, kondisi psikis pasien memiliki karakteristik cukup berbeda dengan pasien penyakit lainnya, yaitu tingkat kecemasan dan depresi yang cukup tinggi akan penyakitnya. Keberhasilan proses penyembuhan kanker tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kondisi fisiologis saja, tetapi juga kondisi psikologis. Dalam kaitannya dengan tujuan mengembalikan keseimbangan antara kondisi fisik dan psikologis pasien, maka isu healing architecture dipilih dengan warna sebagai komponennya pada Klinik Kanker yang berlokasi di Perumahan Citra Raya Surabaya. Berdasarkan studi literatur dan wawancara dengan pasien kanker, maka didapatkan bahwa warna hijau, biru, kuning, dan cokelat merupakan warna-warna yang dapat membantu proses penyembuhan pasien. Proses desain pada rancangan ini menggunakan Design Development Spiral, dimana terdapat imaging, presenting, dan testing pada tahap perancangannya, sedangkan metode desain adalah dengan menggunakan alam sebagai cara untuk menghadirkan kreatifitas dalam arsitektur. Konsep rancangan dikaitkan dengan kriteria desain: warna sebagai representasi dari alam, warna sebagai elemen estetika, dan warna sebagai representasi dari material pembawanya, yang kemudian diwujudkan pada rancangan tapak, denah, bentuk dan facade bangunan, serta interior. Bangunan yang dihasilkan adalah sebuah Klinik Kanker dengan massa yang dipisahkan oleh void sebagai taman dan kolam yang terbuka dengan alam, serta ruang-ruang yang berorientasi pada warna yang diperoleh dari properti alam dimana pasien dapat mengakses alam tersebut dari dalam dan luar bangunan. Kata kunci: healing architecture, klinik kanker, warna  ABSTRACT. Healthcare buildings are the physical buildings that have been approached with indicator of comfort, beauty, and in the context of environment. In the case of cancer, patient’s psychological condition has quite different characteristic―the level of anxiety and depressions are quite high about this disease. The success of cancer curing process is not only determined by physiological conditions, but also the psychological state. In the aim of restoring the balance between physical and psychological condition, the healing architecture was selected with the color as its component in Cancer Clinic design located in Citra Raya Residence of Surabaya. Based on literature and interviews with cancer patients, it was found that green, blue, yellow, and brown are the colors that help the healing process. Design process that has been used is Design Development Spiral, which have imaging, presenting, and testing on the stages, then the design method has used nature as a way to create architectural creativity.The design concept is connected to the design criterias: color as a representation of the nature, color as aesthetic elements, and color as a representation of its material, which are presented in the site plan, floor plan, form and building façade, and interior. The building form is separated by void as garden space and pond that blending with the nature and the treatment areas are oriented to the color taken from the nature’s color properties. Thus, the patients could access those natures from inside and outside of the building. Keywords: healing architecture, cancer clinic, color

AbstractFencing is a martial arts using weapons that had been develoed into an agility sport with weapons that emphasize on ability techniques such as cutting, stabbing or fending off opponent's weapons by using the skill in utilizing hand agility. In order to gain high skill the athletes must do routine exercises. For the purpose the athletes need some carrying device that is design accordingly. The research conduct in order to design specific carrying device for this specific purposes. The design method begin with data collecting, analysing the data, determine the design concept, create alternative design, develop alternative design, until the final design. A special carrying device for placing the fencing equipment is then designed for specific purpose that is for routine exercise. Equipped with a regular and neat configuration, and prioritizes comfort and security for users the carrying device is design adopting the Vintage style, for a more luxurious, elegant, yet traditional.Keywords: fencing, evintage, fencing equipment, carrying tool.

Pontianak City has the potential for training and development of Malay cultural arts. The arts in West Kalimantan generally include dance, music, theater (folklore) and handicrafts. Special events in West Kalimantan will be the culmination of these arts and cultural performances, namely through festivals. This art can be used as a mainstay to face the ASEAN Economic Community. The final project of the Malay Art and Culture Hermitage of West Kalimantan aims to produce a special building design for Malay art and culture with the scope of cultural arts education, recreation, and tourism that can attract public interest. Design boundaries include the arts of music, dance, theater, crafts and cooking in West Kalimantan. The design method of the Malay Art and Culture Hermitage of West Kalimantan was carried out in several stages, namely ideas, data collection, identification, analysis, synthesis, and design development. The concept used in the design is based on the Facilities and Infrastructure Course and Training Institute Standards in 2017. Design analysis produces three functions, namely primary (education), secondary (administration, exhibition, performance) and tertiary (maintenance) functions. The result is that these three functions are combined in one into nine main buildings with a centralized organizational pattern of space, circular circulation, facades, and forms with Malay characteristics.

ABSTRAK Peralatan atau perkakas pembersih sepatu pada umumnya menggunakan box atau kotak yang menggunakan material kayu maupun plastik kaca sehingga akan memiliki jangka waktu penyimpanan yang tidak cukup panjang. Tetapi, sarana pembawa peralatan pembersih sepatu yang ada saat ini hanya diperuntukan untuk pengguna sepatu berbahan kulit. Sehingga, memiliki keterbatasan untuk pengguna sepatu sneaker yang berbahan kanvas, nylon, suede, dan kulit sintetis. Untuk perawatannya sendiri masih menggunakan metode dry cleaning untuk jenis sepatu sneaker berbahan suede. Tetapi belum menerapkan metode pembersihan wet cleaning untuk sepatu sneaker yang berbahan kanvas, nylon, dan kulit sintetis. Oleh karena itu, perancang berencana membuat sarana membawa peralatan pembersih sepatu sneaker yang disertai meja alas pembersih sepatu sneaker dengan metode dry cleaning dan wet cleaning. Dalam laporan ini yang berjudul “Desain Sarana Bawa Peralatan dan Workstation Pembersih Sepatu Sneaker” memberi alternatif baru dalam desain sarana bawa khususnya pembersih sepatu sneaker. Metode perancangan yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan preliminary design, design development dan final design. Sehingga dihasilkan sarana bawa peralatan pembersih sepatu sneaker dengan desain yang lebih ergonomis, dan estetis yang bernuansa minimalis modern yang dilengkapi dengan meja workstation dan penyimpan peralatan pembersih sepatu sneaker dalam satu desain produk. Kata Kunci : alat, pembawa, pembersih, sarana, sneaker   ABSTRACT Shoe cleaning tools or tools generally use boxes or boxes that use wood or plastic glass materials so that they will have a long enough storage period. However, the existing shoe cleaning equipment carriers are only intended for leather shoes users. So, it has limitations for users of sneakers, canvas, nylon, suede and synthetic leather. For his own treatment, it still uses the dry cleaning method for suede shoes. But it has not yet applied the wet cleaning method for sneakers, made from canvas, nylon, and synthetic leather. Therefore, the designer plans to make a sneaker shoe cleaning equipment carrier with a shoe sneaker cleaning table with dry cleaning and wet cleaning methods. In this report entitled "Design of Facilities to Bring Equipment and Sneaker Shoe Cleaning Workstations" provides a new alternative in the design of the means to carry it, especially cleaning sneakers. The design method that is carried out is conducting preliminary design, design development and final design. So that a means to carry sneaker shoe cleaning equipment with a more ergonomic, aesthetic design with modern minimalist nuances is equipped with a workstation table and sneaker shoe cleaning equipment storage in one product design. This study was conducted based on the facts about the lack of maximal outcomes of learning English in almost all levels of education, especially in vocational school. Although English has been studied for many years, but the majority of students can not master English well, especially speaking. Many factors cause this phenomenon, and all parties should concern to work together to formulatebetter system and process of English learning at vocational school.The research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan, by taking the students of class XII as subjects research. The sample of this research consists of 94 students of Business Travel and Tourism,Network Computer Engineering, and Engineering Software classes. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. It is used to describe the students’ speaking competence, particularlyin presenting final task report. This research also identifies the internal and external functions to formulate a strategy to improve the students’s speaking competence. The results showed that based on the analysis of English speaking competency of SMK Negeri 1 Pacitan students, it can be concluded as follows: a). Based on the students absorption analysis of presenting final project report, shows that English competency level of students is in the category of “pretty”, with evidence of the studentsvalue average in presenting final project report is more than the passing grade value (7.50),it is 79.5. While the number of student, who passed the presentation test,is 66 students.So it can be obtained the percentage level of mastery learning students on the presentation test of final report is only 70.21%, and it is categorized “less”, because the percentage of students who passed this exam is still under 75%. b). While the analysis of the questionnaire can be scribed that the average overall score of 3.44 speaking competence components are categorized “pretty”, and it can be concluded that the level of competence of English speaking students generally categorized “enough”. Based on the level ofstudents’ English speaking competence , it can be formulated the strategies to increase its competence. They are: a). Maximizing the use of English as a language instruction and reducing the use of Indonesian, especially in the learning process, to improve English language competency, so that students can have the ability to explain the sequence of events and the students can pass the exam well. b). Having more English presentation activitiesin other topics to encourage the students’ bravery and self-confidence in speaking English, so that students have good Englishcompetence as preparation to getjobs or to continue their study at university.c). Having more exercise of using body language to improve the mastery of speech, and smooth attitude, so that students have good English competence,and they are able to compete in the global world in obtaining employment. d). And maximizing the use of school’s facilities by using various methods of learning, and focusing on the students’ center method to improve the studentsEnglish competency so that they are able to compete for educational scholarships in this country and abroad.

From the perspective of the design office, this paper examines the manner in which computers are streamlining and changing the design process for today's sailing yachts. Starting with preliminary design and progressing through the more detailed aspects of final design, the computer's varying roles in the design process are traced with examples drawn from currently implemented programs. In addition to its customary role as a bookkeeper, the computer's remarkable graphics capabilities are highlighted. The authors offer a glimpse of what programs and hardware tomorrow's yacht designer will use as frequently as his curves and battens. The paper covers such subjects as design follow-up, sailing analysis and feedback into the original design process. Since designers are not the only ones to benefit from the computer revolution, the authors have included sections on computer generated sailing aids for the yachtsman and possible CAD/CAM applications for the boatbuilder.
