Ostracism in the workplace has emerged as the burning issue for organizations, that grabbed the attention of researchers, practitioners and academicians to help corporate world. Thus, every organization is wandering the result-oriented solution to this issue to get employees satisfied and motivated. The research used ostracism as an independent, emotionally intelligence is mediator and counterproductive work behavior, aggressive behavior and workplace deviance as dependent variables. The research is significant for organizations, practitioners, and theory and policy makers. Quantitative research approach is used in this research. A Likert scale close ended questionnaire is used to collect respondents, response. Data is collected from the banking sector. The study has incorporated 300 respondents to collect data. The simple random sampling technique is used for research purpose. Results show that a statistically significant impact exists in the magnitude of counterproductive work behaviors (CWBs) and ostracism, aggressive behavior and ostracism and ostracism and workplace deviance.

Due to the advancement of technology, many businesses moved from physical locations to online businesses where they do business online. The objective of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting online shopping behavior among residents of Lasanod Somalia. This paper used a quantitative research approach. Data were collected from residents of Lasanod Somalia through questionnaires. 160 questioners were collected from respondents who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that factors such as trust, firm reputation, functionality, privacy, reliability, and firm value have an influence on consumers’ online buying behavior. The study found out there is a strong positive correlation between trust and firm reputation with an R-value of .612 and a significant level of .000 which is way below 0.01. This research focused on Lasanod city and cannot be generalized to the whole of Somalia. Furthermore, the sample size was not large.

This study analysed the relationship between credit risk and bank financial performance of selected commercial banks in Ghana for the period 2010 - 2014, using the banks respective financial statements. The study employed the quantitative research approach. The sample was Ghana Commercial Bank Limited, Zenith Bank Limited, UT Bank and Ecobank Plc. These four banks were selected using stratified random sampling technique. The data were primarily secondary and quantitative in nature. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyse the data. When the banks were compared, Ghana Commercial Bank Limited was found to be more liquid than Zenith Bank Limited. That of Zenith bank was also higher than UT bank and Ecobank Plc .However, profitability indicators showed that Zenith Bank Limited and Ecobank Plc utilised its assets better than Ghana Commercial Bank Limited and UT bank resulting in the two banks higher scores over the period. The findings show further that Ghana Commercial Bank Limited showed higher ratios for investment in the future while Zenith Bank Limited showed higher ratios of higher dividend immediately. However, Zenith Bank Limited capital adequacy level was far higher than the legal requirement of Banking sector while its counterparts fell slightly below it in terms of average. Based on the main findings and conclusions, it is recommended that Ghana Commercial Bank Limited should find a means of reducing its expenditure, introducing prudent assets management, should be cautious when assisting government in time of economic difficulty, and operate as an independent entity.

This research has been aimed at evaluating the effect on the performance of workers of the Finance Management Institute. Descriptive research approach has been utilized for this. Simple random sampling technique was used to select the respondents for this study. The sample consisted of 25 senior employees and 25 younger employees (thus 50 in total). For data gathering, structured questionnaires have been utilized. The results of the research show that workplace organization has an effect on the respondents. The study has also shown that if management addresses the issues that have been discovered throughout research, the workers would enhance their performance. Such problems include flexibility in the workplace, noise distractions, personal connection of supervisors with workers, the availability of job support, the use of feedback for promotion and incentives. The results of our research also indicated that in order to resolve employee complaints, the company must have regular meetings with its workers as part of the motivating element. Management should develop methods and means of informing its workers of its objectives and plans so as to accomplish its mission, vision and business.

The high incidence of aggressive behavior in adolescence needs further study, So, it is necessary to explore what factors influence aggressive behavior in adolescence. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence on aggressive behavior in late adolescence. This study was quantitative research, A cross-sectional analytical study was done in this research. The sample in this study consisted of 191 students at a private university in Kediri. The sampling technique used simple random sampling and the data analysis used a Spearman rank test.  Based on the results of the Spearman test, the p-value was 0.003 with a correlation coefficient of -0.212. This shows that there is a relationship between emotional intelligence and aggressive behavior. The higher a person's emotional intelligence, the lower level of aggressive behavior. It means That Emotional Intelligence gave an effect on aggressive behavior, but only a low effect.

Abstract This paper is aimed at contributing to the scarce empirical literature on mortgage valuation by ranking the factors that influences mortgage valuation inaccuracy in the Kaduna Residential property market. A quantitative research approach using a survey design was adopted and structured closedended questionnaires were designed and administered to 57 registered Estate Surveying and Valuation (ESV) firms in Kaduna metropolis; 51 out of the 57 administered questionnaires were returned and used for analysis. A simple random sampling technique was employed and the 5-point Likert scale used as the scale of measurement, while causative factors were ranked using the Relative Importance Index (RII). The study analyzed the data using percentages. Findings indicated that data inadequacy, imperfection in the property market and clients’ pressure are the most trending in the absence of a unified valuation approach. The regulatory framework and valuation methodology are least contributory to valuation inaccuracy in the study area. The research will be of interest to practitioners and academic researchers interested in mortgage valuation as a guide for conducting mortgage valuation in the study area.

21st-century leaders need strong leadership skills to effectively lead schools. They must use and implement 21st-century skills for long term change. The study aimed to identify the practices of secondary school leaders of Rawalpindi city about [recommended] 21st century 4 Cs leadership skills (Competence, Character, Compassion & Courage) during the pandemic of Covid-19. This was exploratory research following the quantitative research approach. One hundred and nine school leaders were selected through a simple random sampling technique to complete an adapted survey questionnaire. Descriptive statistics were used for analyzing and reporting the findings. Quantitative data analysis indicates that school leaders are using 21st-century leadership skills during Covid-19, but the level of use is dissimilar to the recommended 21st century 4 Cs leadership skills. It was identified that school leaders use relationship (mean= 4.21), Accountability (mean= 4.45), and Self-Belief (mean= 4.37) skills more than other sub-skills in their leadership practices. The findings recommend that policymakers and professional development organizations should plan workshops on these recommended leadership skills for school leaders so they can perform well under situations like Covid-19.

Research methodology: Quantitative research approach Research design: Randomised control trial/Quasi experimental design Population: In this study population consists of nursing officers working at selected government and private hospital’s critical care units of Mysore Sampling technique: Simple Random sampling technique. Sample size: 30 nursing officers working at selected government and private hospital’s Critical care units of Mysore Conclusion: FAST HUG is an effective checklist which reduces the complications in ICU patients. It gives guidelines for nurses to follow proper technique in providing essential care to patients.

Abstract :   Brand trust is the main thing in purchasing decision making, and this is followed by consumer perceptions and how the process of distribution channels that consumers expect after purchasing Honda car products at the company. The research approach used is quantitative research. The population in the study was 150 respondent and using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 109. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and documentation study. The hypothesis partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by using a comparison of the value of tcount> ttable> and Fcount> Ftable.Abstrak:  Kepercayaan merek merupakan hal yang utama dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian, dan hal tersebut diikuti dengan persepsi konsumen dan bagaimana proses saluran distribusi yang diharapkan konsumen setelah melakukan pembelian produk mobil merek Honda di perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 150 responden dan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 109. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) significantly transforms the global agricultural sector, thereby boosting the foreign economy. Primarily, the study focuses on the social practices of Agro-companies operating in Pakistan, thus influencing consumer buying intention. The study presents the extended theoretical contribution to the theory of planned behavior. However, it provides a fundamental framework for integrating CSR orientation with consumer buying behavior. The data of 587 respondents has been collected through questionnaires by adopting a quantitative research approach and simple random sampling technique. Results reveal that consumers prefer brands and are unwilling to pay the higher price for products involved in CSR activities. Both emotional and purchasing factors affect purchasing intentions. Consumers are willing to support CSR cause and intend to buy their products without compromising on elements of purchase intentions.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of abusive supervision on employee creativity with the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion on the Research & Development sector in twin cities of Pakistan. The population of the research study is Research & Development employees working in the private sector-based organization. Data was collected through quantitative research techniques by using questionnaires from a sample of 214. A simple random sampling technique was adopted. Data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS software. Results of the study shown that abusive supervision is a negative and significant effect on employee creativity. Similarly, the study showed that emotional exhaustion has a mediating effect on abusive supervision and employee creativity.
