Abstract :   Brand trust is the main thing in purchasing decision making, and this is followed by consumer perceptions and how the process of distribution channels that consumers expect after purchasing Honda car products at the company. The research approach used is quantitative research. The population in the study was 150 respondent and using the Slovin formula obtained a sample of 109. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and documentation study. The hypothesis partially and simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions by using a comparison of the value of tcount> ttable> and Fcount> Ftable.Abstrak:  Kepercayaan merek merupakan hal yang utama dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian, dan hal tersebut diikuti dengan persepsi konsumen dan bagaimana proses saluran distribusi yang diharapkan konsumen setelah melakukan pembelian produk mobil merek Honda di perusahaan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian sebanyak 150 responden dan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel sebanyak 109. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, kusioner dan studi dokumentasi. Hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan menggunakan perbandingan nilai thitung > ttabel > dan Fhitung > Ftabel.Keywords:  Brand Trust, Consumer Perception, Distribution Channels, Consumer Decisions

The development of business and technology in the current era of globalization is growing rapidly and is characterized by a level of competition between companies that is getting higher and tougher. With current technological developments have changed the pattern of human work to be increasingly fast, effective and efficient in doing a job, especially in data processing. So there needs to be an adjustment between work patterns with technological developments. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence consumer behavior in purchasing decisions at Adhya Multi Sukses printing. The population in this subject are consumers who have made purchases at the Adhya Multi Sukses Printing in 2017. The sampling technique in this study is to use simple random sampling, which is a method of sampling non probalities by simple random methods and each respondent has the same possibility of being selected as a respondent. To determine the number of samples using the Slovin formula, 95 samples were obtained from a population of 1,845 people. The results showed that the product, price, promotion, and distribution channels affected the purchasing decisions at Adhya Multi Sukses printing

Store atmosphere is an atmosphere that refers to the physical characteristics of exterior buildings and interior spaces, which shape the store image and bring in customers. This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere on consumer purchasing decisions at Gramedia Manado Sam Ratulangi. The problem in this study is the problem of parking where when going to Gramedia is less comfortable, jammed and narrow, there is a lack of sanitary hygiene, and sometimes changes in shelves and location marks make consumers confused. The type of research used in this study is descriptive quantitative research, using questionnaires and using a Likert scale. The population is all Gramedia Sam Ratulangi Manado consumers whose population size is unknown. Samples taken amounted to 80 respondents using probability sampling method that is by simple random sampling technique. The statistical analysis used in this study is a simple regression analysis using SPSS 25 for windows. The results of this study indicate that store atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. The amount of store atmosphere influence on purchasing decisions is 54.7% and 45.3% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study such as product quality, price, promotion and store associate factors that were not examined in this study.

<p class="IABSTRAK"><strong>Abstract: </strong>This study aims to describe the source of student well-being in Javanese ado­lescents. This research uses quantitative research approach and supported by qualitative. Research location in Banyumas with cluster random sampling technique. Instrument data collection using the scale of student well-being and open source questionaire student well-being and interview guide. Quantitative data analysis using descriptive. The results of the study are: 1) The sources of student well-being are the dimensions of social relations, cognitive, emotional and spiritual. 3) The inhibiting factor of achieving student well-being is if there are problems in the social, cognitive, emotional, physical and spiritual.</p><p class="IKEYWORDS"><strong>Abstrak: </strong>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sumber <em>student well-being</em> pada remaja Jawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan didukung dengan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Banyumas dengan teknik <em>cluster random sampling</em>. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan skala <em>student well-being</em> dan <em>openquesioner</em> sumber <em>student well-being</em> serta panduan wawancara. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan <em>deskriptif</em>. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) Sumber-sumber <em>student well-being</em> adalah dimensi hubungan sosial, kognitif, emosi dan spiritual. 3) Faktor penghambat tercapainya <em>student well-being</em> adalah jika ada masalah dalam dimensi sosial, kognitif, emosi, fisik dan spiritual.</p>

Due to the advancement of technology, many businesses moved from physical locations to online businesses where they do business online. The objective of this paper is to investigate the factors affecting online shopping behavior among residents of Lasanod Somalia. This paper used a quantitative research approach. Data were collected from residents of Lasanod Somalia through questionnaires. 160 questioners were collected from respondents who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that factors such as trust, firm reputation, functionality, privacy, reliability, and firm value have an influence on consumers’ online buying behavior. The study found out there is a strong positive correlation between trust and firm reputation with an R-value of .612 and a significant level of .000 which is way below 0.01. This research focused on Lasanod city and cannot be generalized to the whole of Somalia. Furthermore, the sample size was not large.

Marital harmony will be difficult to achieve without a good interpersonal relationship between husband and wife. In creating a good interpersonal relationship needs effective communication so as to prevent yourself from situation that could damage the relationship and can lead to not harmonious marriage. This study aimed to determine the relationship between interpersonal communication with marital harmony.   This study is a quantitative research that used a product moment correlation. The sampling technique used is the technique simple random sampling, with 110 subjects. The scale used in this research are scale interpersonal communication and scale marital harmony. Based on the results obtained correlation values (r) of 0,649 with probabilities of 0,000 (p<0,05). The result from test data analysis is that there is a positive and significant correlation between interpersonal communication with marital harmony. The effective contribution to interpersonal communication with marital harmony is 42,2% and the others are 57,8% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.   Keywords: Interpersonal communication, marriage harmony

This research was conducted to determine the effect of personal selling on product purchasing decisions partially at Sibolang Durian Business, Medan. The sample used simple random sampling which directly selected 38 consumers. This type of research uses quantitative research with a causal associative research approach by using questionnaires which are considered appropriate to the research conducted which aims to determine the causal relationship between the independent variable (influencing variable) and the dependent variable (influenced variable). In this study, using validity and reliability and normality testing and using data analysis techniques, namely multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 20 software. t test), namely t count (2.229)> t table (1.688) with a significance value <0.05. This means that the personal selling hypothesis H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. So it can be concluded that sales through personal selling marketing means carried out by the Sibolang Durian business also have an influence on consumer decision making in buying Sibolang Durian products.

Customer satisfaction plays an important role in efforts to improve purchasing decisions. The research objective is to test and analyze the influence of Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust and Distribution Channels on Steel Purchasing Decisions at PT Suminsurya Mesindolestari Medan. This research uses descriptive quantitative method with the population in this study amounting to 204 customers of PT Suminsurya Mesindolestari Medan and the samples in this study were 134 customers, the sampling technique used is random sampling and significant towards the Steel Purchasing Decision at PT Suminsurya Mesindolestari Medan. Increasing these three variables both partially and together can increase purchasing decisions optimally. AbstractThis research discusses the influence of online gaming on the obedience of students at department of Islamic Education of University of Muhammadiyah Malang, especially in students of the class of 2017 and 2018. This research is based on the excessive intensity of online gaming that affects the obedience of student worship. This research is using field research, with a type of quantitative research. The sampling technique used in this study was Simple Random Sampling with 52 respondents. While data collection technique using questionnaire methods. The results of the correlation coefficient significant test using product moment correlation analysis the result was -0,276 < 0,279 < 0,361. The meaning is there is no positive and significant correlation between the intensity of online gaming to the obedience of students at the Department of Islamic Education of University of Muhammadiyah Malang.Keywords: Online Games, Obedience to Worship

Introduction: Continuing Professional Development (CPD) implementation is not optimal. There is no evaluation regarding CPD implementation by nurses in RSUD R.A. Kartini, Jepara Regency. The purpose of this study was to describe the implementation of PKB by nurses in RSUD R.A. Kartini, Jepara Regency.Methods: This study used quantitative research design using descriptive studies. The sampling technique used simple random sampling with 169 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire containing 55 question items from Indonesian National Nurses Association.Results: Description of CPD by nurses at R.A. Kartini Hospital in Jepara Regency are as follows: professional practice activities (100%), scientific activities (94.67%), scientific development activities (26.62%), and community service activities (71%).  Conclusion: Based on the research results, nurses should optimize themselves in various aspects of the form of CPD activities so that it can fulfill the achievement of 25 credits in five years while increasing the self-development of nurses.

Abstract The reading habits of the class V A and V B MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung are relatively moderate. While the reading ability of students in class V A and V B MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung is still relatively low. This is due to the process of learning a monotonous reading. This research aims to find out the correlation between reading habits and the ability to read the understanding of students of the V class MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung. This type of research is quantitative research with correlational design. This research was conducted in MI Ismaria al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung, August to September 2017. The total research population of the V grade students at MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung amounted to 154 students. Sample research of 70 students determined by using simple random sampling technique. The instrument consisted of a questionnaire and a test. Questionnaire is used to measure reading habits. The test is used to measure reading comprehension skills. Data analysis techniques using simple correlation analysis techniques. Based on the calculation of the coefficient with a significant status of 5% with rhitung > rtabel atau 0,593 > 0,240, thus Ha is acceptable. These results showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between reading habits with the ability reading comprehension of 0,593 and effective contribution of 35,2%   Keywords: Reading habits, The ability reading comprehension.   Abstrak Kebiasaan membaca pada siswa kelas V A dan V B MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung terbilang sedang. Sedangkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas V A dan V B MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung masih terbilang rendah.  Hal ini disebabkan karena adanya proses pembelajaran membaca yang monoton. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kebiasaan membaca dan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa kelas V MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung, bulan Agustus sampai dengan September 2017. Populasi penelitian seluruh siswa kelas V MI Ismaria Al-Qur’anniyah Bandar Lampung berjumlah 154 siswa. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 70 siswa yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen terdiri dari angket dan tes. Angket digunakan untuk mengukur kebiasaan membaca. Tes digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan membaca pemahaman. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi sederhana. Berdasarkan perhitungan koefisien dengan taraf signifikan 5% dengan rhitung > rtabel atau 0,593 > 0,240, dengan demikian Ha diterima. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang positif dan signifikan antara kebiasaan membaca dengan kemampuan membaca pemahaman sebesar 0,593 dan sumbangan efektifnya sebesar 35,2%.   Kata Kunci : Kebiasaan Membaca, Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman.
