The information system of classroom division is a process done by Junior HighSchool 9 Palangka Raya to divide the students into several classes. In this process schoolsare still using manual methods. To support the system in the division of the classes to bebetter, then the information system of classroom division using k-means clusteringmethod by website based on Junior High School 9 Palangka Raya was made.This classroom divide information system uses the waterfall method. In this methodseveral steps to build software, namely: Requirements Definition, System and SoftwareDesign, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing and Operationand Maintenance. Creating a Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Entity Relationship Diagram(ERD), database design using PhpMyAdmin, User Interface design using Cascading StyleSheet, Dreamweaver and other tools to create reports.This classroom division information testing system uses Blackbox Testing thatfocuses on functional requirements in software based on the software requirementsspecification. Management of the system that is in the form of added data, change thedata, delete data and print data applied so that users can be active in this system.

The printer is an essential requirement in supporting the daily activities of several business fields, namely printing, design, office, and others. Damage to the printer needs proper handling and right so that if not handled immediately will be detrimental to the user. The design of this system uses the Waterfall software development method which consists of five stages, namely requirements definition (feature determination stage), system and software design includes two activities, namely analysis (Data Flow Diagram and Entity Relationship Diagram) (table design, navigation design using a sitemap and interface), implementation and unit testing (realize and test the design results), integration and system testing and operation and maintenance (maintenance). The system was tested with Blackbox testing, which resulted in the system's functionality running well. The calculation process using the Certainty Factor will produce damage experienced and the solution

Program Studi Teknik Industri (PSTI) adalah salah satu jurusan di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Diponegoro. Pada tahun 2015 PSTI telah memiliki gedung baru sebagai sarana perkuliahannya. Seiring dengan hal itu PSTI juga mendapatkan aset-aset penunjang perkuliahan seperti komputer, meja, kursi dan lain-lain. Namun pengelolaan aset di PSTI saat ini tidak berjalan dengan baik, PSTI tidak mempunyai database aset khusus untuk mempermudah pengelolaan dan penelusuran asetnya. Pengelola aset di PSTI selama ini hanya menggunakan pendataan menggunakan Excel untuk mendata ketersediaan asetnya dan itu juga sudah lama tidak diperbarui. Banyak aset di PSTI yang tidak memiliki nomor inventaris yang telah di berikan oleh Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Fakultas Teknik. Hal ini menyebabkan susahnya melakukan penelurusan aset. Permasalahan ini sering menyebabkan pengelola aset di PSTI sulit untuk mengetahui kondisi aset itu baik, rusak maupun hilang. Hal tersebut membuat proses penggantian aset PSTI yang rusak di ULP menjadi tidak maksimal. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi yang dapat menjalankan proses bisnis manajemen aset menjadi rapi dan terstruktur sehingga pengelola aset jurusan dapat dengan mudah untuk melakukan pengelolaan dan penelusuran aset. Proses perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Aset (SIMA) dimulai dengan identifikasi sistem pengelolaan aset yang berjalan saat ini di PSTI dan membuat sistem baru yang diusulkan. Selanjutnya dari sistem usulan tersebut dirancang DFD (Data Flow Diagram) serta ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dan juga desain antarmuka sistem informasi tersebut. Dari tahap perancangan tersebut kemudian dihasilkan sebuah Sistem Informasi berbasis website untuk mengelola aset di PSTI. Selanjutnya dilakukan verifikasi dan validasi untuk mengetahui kesesuaian rancangan sistem dengan hasil akhir SIMA yang telah dibuat. Bagian akhir penelitian ini adalah membandingkan sistem lama dengan sistem baru untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang terlihat setelah diimplementasikannya sistem baru tersebut.   ABSTRACT Program Studi Teknik Industri (PSTI) is one of the departments in the Faculty of Engineering, University of Diponegoro. In 2015 PSTI has had a new building to support lesson activity. Along with it PSTI also get lectures supporting assets such as computers, desks, chairs and others. However, asset management in PSTI is currently not running well, PSTI has no special asset database to simplify the management and tracking of assets. PSTI asset manager at this time only use data collection using Excel to record the availability of its assets and it also had not updated. Many assets in PSTI do not have an inventory number that has been given by the Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Faculty of Engineering. This condition make difficult for searching their asset. These problems often lead to asset managers in the PSTI is difficult to determine the condition of the assets is good, broken or missing. This makes the process of replacing damaged assets PSTI in ULP be no maximum. Therefore, needed an information system that can run the asset management business into a neat and structured asset management department can be easy to perform management and asset tracking. The process of designing Asset Management Information System (SIMA) begins with the identification of an asset management system that is currently running in PSTI and make the proposed new system. Furthermore, of the proposed system is designed DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and also the information system interface design. From the design stage and then produced a web-based information system to manage assets in PSTI. Further verification and validation to determine the suitability of the design of the system with the end result of SIMA have been made. Last is comparing the old system with a new system to determine the differences that looks after the implementation of the new system.

Pemikiran ini didasari ulasan penelitian teknologi tampilan 3 dimensi pada website dengan menerapkan teknologi Collada sebagai teknologi penampil objek 3 dimensi yang diharapkan dapat memenuhi kepuasan dan ketertarikan pengunjung dalam pemantauan objek website galeri landmark dunia. Metode yang telah digunakan meliputi analisis kebutuhan fungsional, proses bisnis sistem yang diajukan, perancangan-perancangan seperti; Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 0, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 1, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), skema database serta perancangan antarmuka website dan pengujian blackbox pada tiap fungsi tombol dan proses penampil 3 dimensi. Collada memproses file obj dengan ukuran beragam. Proses penampilan 3 dimensi landmark dunia berjalan dengan baik, kecuali pada file obj berukuran lebih dari 2 mega byte mengalami stuck saat proses pembacaan file.</p><p align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The world landmark gallery website can be presented thoroughly by applying the presentation of 3-dimensional objects. This thinking is based on research reviews of 3 dimensional display technology on the website by applying Collada technology as a 3 dimensional object viewer technology that is expected to meet the satisfaction and interest of visitors in monitoring the object of the world landmark gallery website. The methods used include functional requirements analysis, proposed business process systems, designs such as; Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 0, Data Flow Diagram (DFD) level 1, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), database schema and website interface design and blackbox testing on each key function and 3-dimensional viewer process. Collada processes the obj file with various sizes. The process of 3-dimensional world landmark appearance goes well, except on the obj file sized more than 2 mega byte will experience stuck during the process of reading the file.</em></p>

This study aims to design and build a Web-Based Academic Information System of SMK Negeri 3 Sumbawa in order to (1) Assist Curriculum section work in managing school academic information which was previously still manual by printing and pasting on the bulletin board, so that the information system built makes curriculum part work is more effective and efficient. (2) Facilitate students and teachers in obtaining schoolrelated academic information such as student data, teacher data, lesson schedules, value data whenever needed. This research belongs to descriptive qualitative research. The use of descriptive type is intended as a problem-solving procedure that is investigated by describing the state of the subject and object under study at present based on facts that are visible and as they are. Development of information systems with PHP programming languages and MySQL databases. In this study using the method of software development extreme programming, data collection methods with observation, interviews, and literature studies, system modeling using a structured model namely ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and DFD (Data Flow Diagram), while testing the system with the black box method testing is testing the system in terms of functionality.

Pelayanan resep rawat jalan meliputi kegiatan administratif dan kegiatan pelayanan farmasi klinik. Kebutuhan pengguna dalam pelayanan resep rawat belum sepenuhnya didukung oleh Hospital Pharmacy Information System (HPIS), sehingga perlu dilakukan desain sistem pelayanan resep rawat jalan di RSUD Blambangan menggunakan pendekatan user centered. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuat desain sistem pelayanan resep rawat jalan di RSUD Blambangan melalui pendekatan user centered yaitu berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna di instalasi farmasi. Penelitian ini merupakan rancangan deskriptif yaitu analisis kebutuhan pengguna menggunakan metode focus group discussion (FGD) dan telaah dokumen. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 24 otang yang terdiri dari 9 orang apoteker, 13 orang tenaga teknis kefarmasian (TTK), dan 2 orang tenaga administrasi. Kebutuhan data dalam pelayanan resep rawat jalan meliputi data pasien, data obat, data admisi, data pemeriksaan fisik, data pemeriksaan klinis, data pemeriksaan laboratorium, dan data pelayanan resep yang selanjutnya dikelompokkan dalam kebutuhan data skrining resep, labeling, dan penyerahan obat. Desain sistem pelayanan resep rawat jalan yang dibuat merupakan desain dalam bentuk data flow diagram (DFD). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah perlu dibuat desain model lanjutan pelayanan resep rawat jalan yaitu entity relationship diagram (ERD), data dictionary, dan system flowchart.

Layanan jasa seksi ABC information system is a system used by ABC lembaga DEF staff for process of saving and processing data of customer and customer’s product. This system facilitated by lembaga DEF to support making a document for testing. Previously seksi ABC lembaga DEF staff still use Microsoft Access and manual record. Therefore seksi ABC lembaga DEF staff require a new information system that quickly and efficiently so that improve customer services. In making this new information system the author uses Microsoft Visual Basic and MySql. The design of information system using prototyping method and using the database design with the concept of context diagram, Data flow Diagram (DFD), flowchart and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). The new application system is based on desktop applications and integration with SMS gateway.

The saving and loan information system of the Employees Cooperative in PTPN XII (Persero) Kebun Sumber Tengah is an enterprise dealing with saving and loan particularly for the employees of PTPN XII (Persero) Kebun Sumber Tengah giving such a service for the members especially in saving and loan. The data management is already computerized even though it is still run by using  Microsoft  Office that it does make the members who want to do saving and loan should wait in longer time because it usually appears data redundancy in the saving and loan data itself. The researcher raises a problem based on what is faced in the saving and loan data management. It is then expected to help the cooperative staffs increase their service to the members as well as save the data or any important documents, so the information can be presented faster and more accurately.The method of developing the information system applies system developing tools such as Flow Map Context Diagram (Contex Diagram), DFD (Data Flow Diagram) and design tools while the database proposed is ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) relation table. The saving and loan information system that is designed aims at building a computerized information system that can enable the employees in the cooperative department manage the data of member, data of saving, data of loan, and data of installment.

AbstrakPada Unit Pelayanan Teknis Kesatuan Pengelolaan Hutan Produksi (UPT-KPHP) Kapuas Tengah Unit XI  Kapuas Tengah Unit XI dalam melaksanakan tugasnya masih belum menerapkan sistem informasi untuk memfasilitasi pengolahan data pegawai, pengolahan Daftar Urut Kepangkatan, pengolahan Sasaran Kerja Pegawai (SKP), pengolahan Penilaian Kerja Pegawai (PKP), serta Kenaikan Pangkat untuk jabatan struktural. Hal tersebut menimbulkan beberapa masalah bagi UPT-KPHP Kapuas Tengah Unit XI seperti penyimpanan informasi dalam bentuk cetakkan pada kertas, pencarian suatu berkas yang disimpan pada rak-rak berkas, kerusakan atau kehilangan arsip, dan sarana penyimpanan arsip. Sehingga, penyelesaian dari masalah ini adalah dibangunnya sebuah sistem informasi kepegawaian berbasis website bagi UPT-KPHP Kapuas Tengah Unit XI. Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian dirancang dan dibangun metodologi waterfall menurut Ian Sommerville. Adapun tahapannya yaitu Requirements Definition, System dan Software Design,  Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and Maintenance. Pada tahap Requirements Definition dilakukan pembuatan flowchart. Pada tahap System dan Software Design dilakukan pembuatan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) dan Entity Relational Diagram (ERD). Metode testing yang digunakan website ini adalah metode Blackbox. It caused several problems for the unit such as storing information in the form of paper print, searching for a file in the stored file shelves, and damaging of archives or storing archives. Thus, the solution to this problem was the construction of a website-based personnel information system for Central Kapuas Unit XI.The personnel information system is designed and built a waterfall methodology by Ian Sommerville. There are some stages; Requirements Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, Integration and System Testing, Operation and Maintenance. Requirements Definition stage is conducted by creating a flowchart. While in System and Software Design stage, there is creation of Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relational Diagram (ERD). Current technological developments can be done to facilitate work. One of them can be applied to support management information system that focus on management TK Mekar Sari. The problems that exist in the process of acceptance of new students are still conventional (manual) and the class division process is still shared conventionally (manually) using Microsoft Excel. So it can take much time for class and student division in each semester. Based on the problem, the system is called "Kindergarten Management Information System (case study: Kindergarten (TK) Mekar Sari village Ambawang)". The system is built using the PHP programming language with a native framework. While the database development uses MySQL that works for the database server. Design of the display interface that author builds are created using Adobe XD CC 2019. As well as the draft database using Entity Relationship Diagram, Data Flow Diagram and Flowchart. This system can facilitate admins, principals and prospective registrants in the registration process, class division and Administration data collection to make it easier, faster and efficient both in terms of time, place, cost and energy at kindergarten (TK) Mekar Sari in Ambawang village.

A group-based sharia savings and loan cooperative is different with the common cooperatives out there. This unique cooperative’s process business made its staff not being able to use a usual cooperative information system without being customized. A SWOT analysis has been conducted to decide whether this kind of cooperative need to develop a new information system or not. The results showed that a new information system is definitely needed. An information system of sharia-based savings and loan cooperative with special features to handle group transactions of cooperative members has been designed and developed, although it’s not yet perfect, to help ease the staffs’ workloads. User centered design approach was used to develop this information system since the users are the ones who know best what they need and do. Several diagrams were created to design the system, such as: use case diagram, architecture system diagram, data flow diagram, entity relationship diagram, and the user interface mockup. This information system has several main modules, such as: Member Service, Transaction, Authorization, Back-Office, Reports, and System Configuration. Blackbox tests have been done to test whether the system is functioning properly or not.
