The purpose of this study to determine: 1) Motivation, Competence, Work Environment and Performance of Employees in Private-owned Politechnic; 2) to determine the effect of motivation on Employee Performance, 3) to determine the effect of Competence on employee performance; 4) to determine the effect of Work Environment Employee Performance; 5) to determine the effect of Motivation, Competence and the Work Environment simultaneously on Employee Performance Politeknik Swasta. The method is a method of research used census (population) of 35 respondents using descriptive analysis and verifikatif. From the results of descriptive analysis showed that the total effect of motivation (X1) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 63.3%, the total effect of Competency (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 14.8%, and the total effect of Work Environment (X3) Performance of Employees (Y) of 7.7%. While the influence of Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture of Performance jointly or simultaneously have the effect of a total of 85.8%.

The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the working environment, competence, motivation and work performance of the employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office; and to know the influence of the working environment andwork motivation against the competencies and performance of pergawai; as well as to know the influence of work motivation on performance. To answer the research objectives, the author uses the theory that studies related to the variable of researchi.e. working environment theory, competence, motivation and work performance. In addition the author also searched for relevant earlier research in the form of articles/journals and previous thesis to support this research. The population in this research is an employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office East of 65 employees.Due to the number of population in this study less than 100 people then in this research sampling method using the method of census. Analysis techniques using pathanalysis to see the direct and indirect influence, and was succeeded by testing the RSquare and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneous with t-test and F-test of the test path analysis is done, the results the research showed that the work environment has an impact on the competence and motivation of working and performance of employees. Where on the basis of the results of the test t (partial) and F (Simultaneous) indicate that the work environment and competence has a significant and positive influence towards the working motivation and performance, as well as the motivation of working also has the influence of the significant and positive towards the performance of employees. This explains that if an organization has a good working environment and supported by employees who have good competence, then it would have an effect on the motivation of work that have implications for improved performance against employees on Tanjung Jabung District Education Office. This research makes some conclusions based on results of research i.e. work environment,competence, motivation and performance of employees at Tanjung Jabung DistrictEducation Office in a pretty good condition; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect against the motivation of working either partially or simultaneously; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect on performance clerk either partially or simultaneously; the motivation of working effect on employee performance; and the work environment and competence together through motivation affect direct and indirect employee performance against at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office.Keywords: work environment, competence, Motivation and Work performance.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

The purpose of this research are to knowing, analyze, and reviewing the influence of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction and impact on employee performance at Land Office, Regency of Merangin, Jambi Province. The analysis method used are descriptive analysis and verification analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to reveal the facts of the object that have been research. While verification analysis is used to test and measure the influence of independent variable X1 (Work Environment) and X2 (Motivation) to the dependent variable Z (Performance) with intervening variable Y (Job Satisfaction).      The result of this research and hypothesis testing that have been conducted got the result that : 1) Effect of work environment on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 9,001%; 2) The influence of motivation on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 69,739%; 3) Effect of work environment and joint motivation to job satisfaction is 78,740%; 4) The effect of working environment on the performance directly and indirectly is -1,945 %; 5) The influence of motivation on performance directly and indirectly is 15,639%; 6) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performamce is 13,693%; 7) The effect of job satisfaction on performance is 15,682%; 8) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performance through job satisfaction is 14,009%.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of motivational factors through the financial aspects, Work Environment and employee performance appraisals, the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. The hypothesis put forward is a hypothesis I, Simultaneously Finance, Working Environment Award and affect the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. Hypothesis II partial financial aspect is more dominant influence on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. Through a questionnaire submitted to the respondent on the financial aspects with 20 items of questions, aspects of the work environment with 11 items of questions, and aspects of the awards with 9 items of questions, with three alternative answers a, b and c with a score of 3.2, and 1. The questionnaire performance with 16 items of questions and respondents as many as 102 people. The results showed that the hypothesis I stating together the financial aspects, work environment and rewards affect the performance of employees at the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province, is acceptable. Hypothesis II stating financial has more dominant influence on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Provinceconvicted.Keywords: Finance, working environment, and Performance Award

Human Resource is considered main asset in an organisation because the employees are the one that will contribute in productivity of the organization. Motivation and performance of the employees are crucial in determining the the effectiveness of an organization. Many factors affect employee performance in the long run. This paper will evaluate and identify the factors that influence employees’ performance. This paper aims to analyze four factors which are, working environment, motivation, personal problem and training. The data has been presented in the form of frequency tables and the histogram chart. The data has been analysed to see whether it meets the objectives or not. A total of 175 employees from SEGi University were the respondents of the present study. Therefore, the findings shows that, two variables which are working environment and motivation that have significant relationship on employees’ performance. Overall, the findings of this research will assist to an effective and better implementation for future researcher on the factors influencing employees’ performance.

The success of an organization in achieving its objectives, cannot be separated from the human resources factor. This is because human resources is a key factor to mobilize other resources that exist within an institution. To realize these goals can be achieved by improving the performance of human resources with the many factors that influence it. The purpose of this research is; 1) to analyze empirically significant influence Work Environment, Supervision, Competency, Motivation, Employee Compensation Dishubkominfo to Tegal. 2) To analyze empirically significant influence Work Environment, supervision, competence, motivation, the employee's performance Dishubkominfo Tegal. 3) To determine empirically significant influence as an intervening variable compensation to employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal. This type of research is explanatory research (explanation) using a quantitative approach. The location of this research is Dishubkominfo Office of Tegal. With the object of study include: 1) Work Environment, 2) Supervision, 3) Competence,               4) Motivation, 5) Performance and Compensation office clerk Dishubkominfo Tegal. Office workers Dishubkominfo population numbered 204 people with various strata covering court clerks, staff and leaders in the ranks Dishubkominfo Office Tegal as the sample is equal to 135 Employees who are civil servants and non-civil servants. The results showed that: 1) Work Environment, competence significantly influence employee compensation Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 2) Monitoring Motivation significantly influence employee compensation Dishubkominfo Tegal is not proven. 3) Working Environment Monitoring significant effect on employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 4) Competence Motivation significant effect on employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. 5) Compensation as an intervening variable is a significant positive influence between work environment, supervision, competence and motivation to employee performance Dishubkominfo Tegal is proven. Work environment is where the employees work or perform activities, work environment can bring positive and negative impact for employees in the effort to achieve the results of work, a conducive working environment will bring a good impact for the survival of employees at work, and vice versa Positive impact will can understand individual behaviors such as co-workers, superiors, or subordinates. Individual backgrounds can make individual traits or individual characteristics that bring individuals within an organization's environment, especially the work environment. There is the opinion that motivation is a process that explains the intensity, direction and persistence of an individual to achieve his goals. We know that motivation is the result of interaction between the individual and the situation (in this case the work environment). Good employee performance, reflected in the work environment and motivated good employees too. Performance is the work of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to employees concerned, and performance is the result achieved by employee according to the size applicable to the work in question.

<p>Ab</p><p>stract: This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation on employee performance in PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency, understand the relationship work environment on employee performance in PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency, and to figure out the relationship between motivation and work environment on employee performance in PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency. This research was conducted in PTPN XI work unit PG Soedhono Ngawi Regency. Technique of determining the location and population in this study is purposive sampling technique respondents using Slovin Formula where the number of samples are 76 employees. The techniques of collecting data are observation, interviews and recording. The basic analysis is descriptive analysis of the survey technique. The data analysis used Rank Spearman Correlation analysis. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance in PG Soedhono with weak strength criteria. The work environment has a negative relationship and no significant effect on the performance of employees in PG Soedhono criteria very weak force. While the motivation and the working environment has a positive correlation to the performance of employees in PG Soedhono with weak strength criteria.<br /><br />Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi terhadap<br />kinerja karyawan di PG Soedhono Kabupaten Ngawi, mengetahui hubungan<br />lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PG Soedhono Kabupaten Ngawi, serta<br />mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PG<br />Soedhono Kabupaten Ngawi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PTPN XI unit kerja PG<br />Soedhono Kabupaten Ngawi. Teknik penentuan lokasi dan populasi pada penelitian<br />ini dilakukan secara purposive dengan teknik pengambilan sampel responden<br />menggunakan Formula Slovin dimana jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 karyawan. Teknik<br />pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan pencatatan. Analisis dasar yang<br />digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan teknik survey. Analisis data yang<br />digunakan dengan analisis Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan<br />bahwa motivasi memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja<br />karyawan di PG Soedhono dengan kriteria kekuatan yang lemah. Lingkungan kerja<br />memiliki hubungan yang negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PG<br />Soedhono dengan kriteria kekuatan yang sangat lemah. The purpose of this study are: 1. To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City. 2. Measuring the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of Public Works and Spatial Planning Padang City. This research was conducted in August 2017 at Public Works Department and Spatial Planning of Padang City The samples used in this study were 83 respondents. The independent variable in this research is Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3). The dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y) Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count&gt; R-table item declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic&gt; R-table so the item is declared valid. Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) and Performance (Y) Valid. All of the research variables had Cronbach's alpha values above 0.70 and thus expressed reliably or reliably. The value of Cronbach's alpha variable Leadership Style (X1) is 0.857, Job Motivation (X2) is 0.813, Job Discipline (X3) is 0.736, and the performance variable (Y) is 0.844. In the hypothesis testing of the study found the result that the significance value of leadership style variable (X1) is with the value (sign β = 0,049, p &lt;0,05), Work Motivation variable (X2) with value (sign β = 0.001 p &lt;0.05) , and Work Discipline variable (Y) with value (sign β = 0,041 p &lt;0,05). With the finding of sign β above mentioned, it is stated that Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant effect on performance (Y) of Public Works and Spatial Planning Official of Padang City. The magnitude of the influence of the three variables on the performance of employees of Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City is 27.8% (R2 = 0.278).

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT.
