Swa means one's own, belonging to oneself, innate, inherent, natural, inborn is also a reference to the soul, and asthi means present, existing or being. Therefore, swasthi means selfexistence, the fact that one is alive and awake. This essentially starts with purity of thought, which spreads as purity of ambience. Swasti acknowledges well being universally with an afrmative wish that the sound wellbeing of ambience and the self continues by the grace of the omnipresent component of all constituents of the Universe. Pure ambience attracts peace and prosperity.Isopanishad exhorts “This universe is the creation of the supreme, meant for the benet of all His creations. Individual species must, therefore learn to enjoy its benets by forming a part of the system in close harmony with other species. Let not any one species encroach upon the others right”. Charaka and Susruta observed not only that bodily health as a personal problem, but also its relations to heredity, geographical environment, climate, water supply, quality of air, time and seasonal variation.

The modern world is extremely diverse. The processes of globalization in it contribute to the disappearance of borders: political, economic, religious, informational, etc. Personality is continuously facing the values of other cultures and other religions. By the way, he or she is not always able to properly evaluate and interpret them, what in its turn leads to the situation of conflict of values. The choice of necessary values becomes a complicated task and it definitely arises the need of pedagogical support of the process of values developing. Therefore, the situation described makes the problem of looking for the best ways of developing the values of the modern individual who lives in the world of values, where the chaos dominates, really topical, and that was the purpose of our research. Our poll conducted among teenagers and adolescents (n=120) proved an orientation towards their own and their family's problems, especially material ones. Instead, the decline in morality is an important social and personal problem for only a quarter of respondents, which makes the necessity to acquaint modern children and young people with higher values even more urgent. Educational institutions are challenged to assist students in the process of values choice in the complex axiological situations existing in the world, which is in the constant process of globalization. The search for ways of developing the values of the modern personality allowed us to identify the specific methods that contribute to the mastering of socially and personally significant values. These include text analysis (artistic, documentary, etc.), biographical methods, crystallization of values, problem solving, and more. These methods imply the active work of the pupil in the selection, mastering and appropriation of values, which will contribute to the formation of a highly moral personality with an active life position.

The works presents an actual problem for practicing psychologists, regarding both the nature of psyche phenomena, and the methodology for its cognition. We focused our research at the archaic heritage of the psyche, which allowed to state a special role of the pralogical thinking of the subject in the formation (and in objectification) of the inner, unconscious, stabilized contradictions of the psyche. The articles proves the impotence of logical thinking of the subject both at the level of detection of the personal problem in its destructive impact on the psyche, and possibilities for its resolution. The very existence of pralogical thinking processes, as well as its impact on the social and perceptual perception, is outside the consciousness of the subject. This context of the studies defined the formulation of the problems associated with the study of the characteristics of the pralogical psyche initiatives objectification in the observed plane when using visualized tools. The solution of the problem, set in the topic of the article, entailed the need to clarify the corresponding methodological and pralogical parameters of the ASPC process which create favorable conditions for in-depth cognition of non-experiential (archaic) formations. The study determines how the opportunities for the research of the pralogical determinants of the subject’s personal problems, as well as diagnostic and corrective methods to resolve them; discloses the pralogical essence of the implicit order found when the respondent was ranking the visualized self-representations (especially topical psychodrawings and reproductions of paintings) according to their emotive significance. In-depth cognition of the psyche promotes the development of the subject’s logical thinking due to the optimization of the social and perceptual intelligence.

Developing a complete understanding of supportive communication in personal relationships requires considering the role of support seekers. We examined the influence of seeker expectations and verbal person centeredness (VPC) on the nature and outcomes of supportive interactions. Participants discussed a personal problem during an interaction with a fictional computer program called “ListenerBot.” Participants’ expectations about the helpfulness of ListenerBot and the quality of ListenerBot’s feedback in the form of VPC were manipulated. Participants in the helpful prime condition wrote more words during the interaction and evaluated ListenerBot more favorably than participants in the unhelpful prime condition. Relative to participants who received low VPC feedback, participants who received high VPC feedback evaluated ListenerBot more positively and experienced a greater reduction in emotional distress. Tests for indirect effects showed that VPC and the expectations prime contributed to participants’ reduction in emotional distress through influencing their evaluations of ListenerBot.

Although the utility of verbal person-centeredness (VPC) as a feature of social support messages has been demonstrated in numerous studies, questions remain about the scope and theoretical mechanisms that explain VPC effects. Two experiments were conducted to evaluate whether the salutary effects of VPC extend to generic VPC messages and to explore the role of validation as a theoretical mechanism. Participants discussed a personal problem with a fictional computer program named “ListenerBot” that provided standardized responses containing high or low levels of VPC. Participants who received high VPC feedback from ListenerBot experienced a greater reduction in emotional distress than participants who received low VPC feedback. Path models consistently showed that high VPC feedback validated participants’ feelings, which led them to reappraise their situation and ultimately reduced their emotional distress. VPC, however, did not impact participants’ discussion of their thoughts and emotions.

This paper discusses conflict of Sunni-Shi`a which occurs in East Java. The relationship among them is dominated by contravention, competition/contestation and conflict. The contravention occurs during the emergence of Shi`ite community in Madura. when the majority of Madurese community who are mostly Sunni rejected their first existence. For instance, Ali Karrar Shinhaji (The local Ulama) was against the decision of Kyai Makmun to deliver his son, Tajul Muluk, to study at YAPI Bangil that affiliated with Shi`i. The conflict further escalates because of Tajul Muluk’s and Roisul Hukama’s personal problem. Eventually, the conflict thus increases on the higher level in Sampang and in Province level.  This paper examines how the conflict of Sunn-Shi`i emerges, whether it is a pure of family conflict or involves the conflict among the religious authorities in Sampang society.  This paper utilizes Myers’ theory combined with critical discourse analysis on the causal factor of conflict. Through both bibliographical and empirical investigation, this paper finds that the conflict emerges from family to province, when the contestation and conflict between Tajul Muluk and Roisul Hukama increase to higher level, from community of Sampang to East Java Province. In addition, this conflict also involves the contestation among religious authorities, when the positivisation of fatwa, which is morally binding, transforms into a public policy of the government that legally binding is the evident of this conflict.
