This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of motivational factors through the financial aspects, Work Environment and employee performance appraisals, the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. The hypothesis put forward is a hypothesis I, Simultaneously Finance, Working Environment Award and affect the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. Hypothesis II partial financial aspect is more dominant influence on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province. Through a questionnaire submitted to the respondent on the financial aspects with 20 items of questions, aspects of the work environment with 11 items of questions, and aspects of the awards with 9 items of questions, with three alternative answers a, b and c with a score of 3.2, and 1. The questionnaire performance with 16 items of questions and respondents as many as 102 people. The results showed that the hypothesis I stating together the financial aspects, work environment and rewards affect the performance of employees at the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province, is acceptable. Hypothesis II stating financial has more dominant influence on the performance of employees in the Civil Service Bureau of the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Provinceconvicted.Keywords: Finance, working environment, and Performance Award

<em>This research was conducted based on the existence of problems in the competence and physical work environment of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competencies and physical work environment simultaneously or partially on the performance of employees of PT. Suzuki Indomobil Motor. The sampling technique is the sample random sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive and verivative research methods, with data collection techniques using primary data and secondary data. The results showed that competency, physical work environment, and performance were categorized quite well. Based on the calculation, it can be seen that simultaneously the competence and physical work environment have a positive and significant influence on the performance of the employees of PT. Abstract.Of the many factors that influence employee performance, this research focuses on work discipline and working environment. Lack of discipline and inadequate working environment in the company, can have an impact on the implementation of the work process becomes inefficient. This study aims to determine the influence of labor discipline and the work environment to employee performance as well as the dominant variable influence on employee performance. The population in this study is an all employees at PT Ardian Putra MandiriSidoarjo totaling 126 people. The analysis model is a linear regression. Hypothesis testing using F test and t test at 5% significance level and supported by econometric tests. The results showed that jointly or in partial, work discipline and the work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. From both the independent variables studied, showed that having a dominant influence on employee performance is the work environment..

The purpose of this study to determine: 1) Motivation, Competence, Work Environment and Performance of Employees in Private-owned Politechnic; 2) to determine the effect of motivation on Employee Performance, 3) to determine the effect of Competence on employee performance; 4) to determine the effect of Work Environment Employee Performance; 5) to determine the effect of Motivation, Competence and the Work Environment simultaneously on Employee Performance Politeknik Swasta. The method is a method of research used census (population) of 35 respondents using descriptive analysis and verifikatif. From the results of descriptive analysis showed that the total effect of motivation (X1) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 63.3%, the total effect of Competency (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) of 14.8%, and the total effect of Work Environment (X3) Performance of Employees (Y) of 7.7%. While the influence of Competence, Motivation, Corporate Culture of Performance jointly or simultaneously have the effect of a total of 85.8%.

Work environment is where the employees work or perform activities, work environment can bring positive and negative impact for employees in the effort to achieve the results of work, a conducive working environment will bring a good impact for the survival of employees at work, and vice versa Positive impact will can understand individual behaviors such as co-workers, superiors, or subordinates. Individual backgrounds can make individual traits or individual characteristics that bring individuals within an organization's environment, especially the work environment. There is the opinion that motivation is a process that explains the intensity, direction and persistence of an individual to achieve his goals. We know that motivation is the result of interaction between the individual and the situation (in this case the work environment). Good employee performance, reflected in the work environment and motivated good employees too. Performance is the work of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in performing their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to employees concerned, and performance is the result achieved by employee according to the size applicable to the work in question.

This study was aimed at finding out the influence, both simultaneously and partially, of the variables ‘competence, work environment, and work discipline’ on the performance of the staff of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Malang City and finding out the most dominant between the variables ‘competence, work environment, and work discipline’ in influencing the staff of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Malang City. The variables in this study consisted of independent variables: competence, work environment, and work discipline, while the dependent variable is the performance of the staff of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Malang City. The population was all staff of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Malang City as many as 110 people. The sample was taken using an accidental sampling technique, namely a paired sample, so the study sample was 110 people. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the variables ‘competence, work environment, and work discipline’ are simultaneously proved to influence the performance of the staff of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Malang City and the three variables cannot be separated from each other and are a unified whole in supporting the staff performance with a contribution of 68.8%, while the remaining 31.2% were influenced by other variables not included in this study. Meanwhile, separately, the three variables are proved, partially/individually, to have a significant influence on the performance of the staff of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Malang City. Of the three independent variables ‘competence, work environment, and work discipline’, the one has the most dominant influence on the performance of the staff of the Regional Civil Service Agency of Malang City is the variable ‘competence.’ The purpose of employee performance appraisal is to provide feedback to employees to improve their performance and increase organizational productivity.

The research had purposed to analyze the influence of Leadership, Motivation and Work Environment toward Employees Performance and to determine the variable that had dominant influence on imployees Performance on Department of Agriculture in Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province. The research had been done through survey opproach, the sample of research were the employees on Department of Agriculture in Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province and the amount about 50 people. The data collected by questioner’s deployment and documentation. Analyzing tool used are validity test, reliability test, and test of classic assumption, multiple linier regression, t test and coefficient determination (R), then the data was processed use the SPSS. Result of research shows that partially work environment had negative and insignificant influence on employee’s performance, while leadership and motivation positively and significant had influence toward imployees performence on Department of Agriculture in Boalemo Regency, Gorontalo Province.

The purpose of this research is to gain an overview of the working environment, competence, motivation and work performance of the employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office; and to know the influence of the working environment andwork motivation against the competencies and performance of pergawai; as well as to know the influence of work motivation on performance. To answer the research objectives, the author uses the theory that studies related to the variable of researchi.e. working environment theory, competence, motivation and work performance. In addition the author also searched for relevant earlier research in the form of articles/journals and previous thesis to support this research. The population in this research is an employee at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office East of 65 employees.Due to the number of population in this study less than 100 people then in this research sampling method using the method of census. Analysis techniques using pathanalysis to see the direct and indirect influence, and was succeeded by testing the RSquare and hypothesis testing partially and simultaneous with t-test and F-test of the test path analysis is done, the results the research showed that the work environment has an impact on the competence and motivation of working and performance of employees. Where on the basis of the results of the test t (partial) and F (Simultaneous) indicate that the work environment and competence has a significant and positive influence towards the working motivation and performance, as well as the motivation of working also has the influence of the significant and positive towards the performance of employees. This explains that if an organization has a good working environment and supported by employees who have good competence, then it would have an effect on the motivation of work that have implications for improved performance against employees on Tanjung Jabung District Education Office. This research makes some conclusions based on results of research i.e. work environment,competence, motivation and performance of employees at Tanjung Jabung DistrictEducation Office in a pretty good condition; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect against the motivation of working either partially or simultaneously; the work environment and the competence of a positive and significant effect on performance clerk either partially or simultaneously; the motivation of working effect on employee performance; and the work environment and competence together through motivation affect direct and indirect employee performance against at Tanjung Jabung District Education Office.Keywords: work environment, competence, Motivation and Work performance.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Objective - This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Occupational Health and Safety, and the Working Environment on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) with sample on DAOP I Jakarta. Methodology/Technique - The study population numbered 292 employees and 75 respondents be adopted as a sample of the study. Techniques of analysis using a statistical test structural equation model-based variance (SmartPLS). Findings – The results showed that, (1) Occupational Health and Safety had no effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, (2) the Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance (3) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (4) Occupational Health and Safety has no effect on Employee Performance even though through Job Satisfaction mediation, (5) the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through mediation of Job Satisfaction, (6) Occupational Health and Safety, and the Work Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with the coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,533, (7) Occupational Health and Safety, Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction simultaneously have a positive effect and significant to Employee Performance with coefficient of determination, which is equal to 0,890. Novelty - The company is expected to provide adequate rest periods, maintain the nutritional intake of its employees by providing healthy food, provide educational scholarships for further levels for employees, safeguard the work environment from chemical hazards and other hazards, and give positive motivation to the employees. The purpose of this research are to knowing, analyze, and reviewing the influence of work environment and motivation on job satisfaction and impact on employee performance at Land Office, Regency of Merangin, Jambi Province. The analysis method used are descriptive analysis and verification analysis. Descriptive analysis is used to reveal the facts of the object that have been research. While verification analysis is used to test and measure the influence of independent variable X1 (Work Environment) and X2 (Motivation) to the dependent variable Z (Performance) with intervening variable Y (Job Satisfaction).      The result of this research and hypothesis testing that have been conducted got the result that : 1) Effect of work environment on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 9,001%; 2) The influence of motivation on job satisfaction directly and indirectly is 69,739%; 3) Effect of work environment and joint motivation to job satisfaction is 78,740%; 4) The effect of working environment on the performance directly and indirectly is -1,945 %; 5) The influence of motivation on performance directly and indirectly is 15,639%; 6) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performamce is 13,693%; 7) The effect of job satisfaction on performance is 15,682%; 8) The influence of working environment and joint motivation on performance through job satisfaction is 14,009%.
