This study aims to find out, describe and explain the results of the application of analysis from the prediction method of bankruptcy of the Altman Z-Score, Springate, and Zmijewski models used in assessing and predicting the potential for bankruptcy with the object of research at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk 2014-2018. The method used in this research is descriptive research method using a quantitative approach, and the operationalization of the variables used is the independent variable, namely the bankruptcy prediction model with the dependent variable is financial ratios. The data used are secondary data in the form of annual financial reports (annual reports) PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk for the period 2014 to 2018. The results of this study indicate that the Altman Z-Score, Springate and Zmijewski methods are able to measure and predict bankruptcy of companies with different portions according to the calculations applied in each of these analyzes.Keywords: Altman Z-Score, Springate, Zmijewski, and Bankruptcy

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of bankruptcy prediction model, leverage, audit lag, and company size towards obtaining a going concern audit opinion.  The samples in this study are 11 companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange being classified as manufacturing sector in the year 2008-2011. The sample in this study determined based on purposive sampling. Data used in this study is a secondary data such as annual reports or financial reports.  The results from this study are (1) bankruptcy prediction model having no significant impact on obtaining a going concern audit opinion, (2) leverage having a significant impact on obtaining a going concern audit opinion, (3) audit lag leverage having a significant impact on obtaining a going concern audit opinion, (4) company size having no significant impact on obtaining a going concern audit opinion. In banking industries, employees are entrusted with different roles and responsibilities, and training enables them to carry out these roles and responsibilities efficiently by let them to learn new things. Moreover, it will prepare them to take up higher responsibilities in the future. Therefore, this study focuses to analyze the employee perceptions on effectiveness of Training Programs in Myanmar Citizens Bank (MCB).  By using the descriptive research method, primary data are collected from the responsible persons and employees of MCB in head office, branches. Secondary data are gathered and scrutinized from relevant text books, records and annual reports from MCB. The research revealed that there are four kinds of training programs in MCB. Moreover, this paper revealed that MCB successfully delivered its training programs in year 2015 to 2018 and the trainees have positive perceptions on effectiveness of training programs in MCB. Based on these results, this paper pointed out the important facts that can give improvement actions for effective and efficient training programs in Myanmar Citizen Banks.

Audit delay and timeliness are important factors that influence the quality of accounting information in term of relevance. This study provides empirical evidence to answer the question of how bankruptcy possibility impacts on audit delay and timeliness.  This research studies manufacturing firms listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period of 2012-2016. Data are taken from official website of IDX. This study is a quantitative research that seek to find out relationship between independent variable and dependent variable. External secondary data used are annual reports accessed from IDX website. Measurement used is Z-Score Altman model prediction, while simple linear regression is employed as technical analysis. This study finds that bankruptcy possibility which is measured by ZScore is negatively influence audit delay and timeliness. Any decrease of Z-Score shows the possibility of a company experience bankruptcy and therefore causes audit delay and timeliness.

This study examines how the influence of a company's reputation on the quality of earnings generated from financial statements. The research data used are secondary data in the form of annual reports and financial reports from the Indonesia Stock Exchange within a period of 3 years (2016 - 2018). The research sample is non-financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The main variable in this study is the company's reputation as an independent variable and earnings quality as the dependent variable. The control variables used in this study are asset growth, company size and ROA. Panel data regression was used as a tool to test the hypotheses of this study.

This study aims to determine the prediction of bankruptcy in Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk for the period 2011 to 2018. Z-score is the independent variable (X) measuring by five ratios: working capital to total assets, retained earnings to total assets, earnings before interest and tax to total assets, the market value of equity to total liabilities, and sales to total assets. The background of this research is the government's ban on the export of raw minerals, which resulted in Aneka Tambang (Persero) Tbk no longer making overseas sales of nickel ore, which made the company's profit decline. This research method uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach, the source of the data used is secondary data based on financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the official website www.antam.com. The population used is the financial statement data for ten years, namely from 2009 to 2018, while the sample using for eight years, namely from 2011 to 2018. The data collection technique carried out using documentation and literature study techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out by discriminant analysis using the Altman Z-Score method and one sample t-test analysis. The Altman Z-Score uses five variables that represent liquidity ratios X1, profitability ratios X2 and X3, and activity ratios X4, and X5. The formula Z-Score Z = 0.717 X1 + 0.847 X2 + 3.107 X3 + 0.420 X4 + 0.998 X5. With criteria, Z> 2.99 categorized as a good company. Z between 1.23 to 2.99 categorized as a company in the grey area or area of ​​financial difficulty. Z <1.23 is categorized as a potentially bankrupt company.

This study aims to identify and analyze the accurate models of Financial Distress in retail companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 using the Zmijewski (X-Score) and Altman (Z-Score) Model. The sample used is 70. This study uses secondary data from the 2014-2018 annual financial reports. This study tested the hypothesis using the normality test and the Kruskal Wallis test or the difference test using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the Zmijewski (X-Score) model is the model that has the highest accuracy rate in predicting bankruptcy with an accuracy rate of 90%.

Altman Z-Score is a method of scoring bankruptcy. The bankruptcy prediction method that will be used in this study is the Altman Z-Score method that is in accordance with the financial ratios which also have a cut-off point to determine the value of bankruptcy. This study uses five ratios, that is Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) to the Asset Sector (X1), Earnings Balance on Total Assets (X2), EBIT to Total Assets (X3), Market Value of Debt Book Value (X4), and Interest Income on Total Assets (X5). This research is a descriptive study conducted on 32 banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Financial reports for 2013-2016 Taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) then bankruptcy analysis is used the Altman Z-Score modification model. Based on the results of research and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded from 2013-2016 that banks in a healthy condition is 22.66%, banking in gray areas or gray is 34.38%, and bankrupt is 42.97 %.

This study aimed to compare the use of bankruptcy prediction model Altman Z-Score and Zmijewski on delisting companies on the Stock Exchange the period 2011 - 2015. The study population is a company delisting from the Stock Exchange in the period 2011-2015. The sample consists of 7 companies using method. purposive sampling Secondary data used in the form of financial statements of companies that issued from stock for bankruptcy in the period 2011-2015. The data analysis in this research is to perform the calculation of financial ratios in each sample, according to the variables of bankruptcy prediction model were compared to the model of Altman Z-Score and Zmijewski. Furthermore, the company classifies conditions appropriate point cut-off of each model and did calculations the accuracy of each model. Keywords: Altman Z-Score, Delisting, Bankruptcy, Zmijewski.

<p>This study aims to determine the results of the CAMEL ratio analysis (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings and Liquidity) at the soundness level of a Sharia BRI Bank for the period 2018-2019. The soundness level of a bank is an assessment conducted by the OJK for each bank to determine whether the bank is in good health or not. Regulations regarding the assessment of the level of health at commercial banks are contained in Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 13/1/PBI/2011 and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 8/POJK.03/2014 and Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 4/POJK.03/2016. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. Descriptive research method is the method used to describe the research results by analyzing data from financial statement sources. While the quantitative research method is a study that uses data in the form of numbers as a means of analyzing and calculating. For this reason, the source of data needed in this study is secondary data which is the financial statements of a Sharia BRI Bank for the period 2018-2019. Through the data source in the form of financial reports can find out the soundness level of BRI Syariah Bank in 2018-2019 by calculating and analyzing the CAMEL ratio.</p>

The development of sharia banking in Indonesia very rapidly grow up preceded by Bank Muamalat Indonesia and in 2013 ranked as the bank with the highest loyalty and the best among other sharia banking nationally. Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun is one of the first branch in Madiun and currently has many competitors from other sharia banking. Based on this background, in this study take what factors affect the size of customer loyalty Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun. Based on the result of research, it is found that the level of loyalty of customer of Bank Muamalat of Madiun branch is mostly influenced by product innovation with value of t test value obtained by t-count 2,493, while second factor is influenced by service quality with result of tcount 2,268. So the least influenced factor by the value of the customer is with value of 2.217. This research is a descriptive research method and associative / relationship, this matter to know the value of independent variable. While population of this research is funding customer of Bank Muamalat Indonesia branch of Madiun with amount of 22.196 customer by taking data using random sampling method as much as 108 customer.
