The rapid growth of data collection has led to a new era of information. Data is being used to create more efficient systems and this is where Recommendation Systems come into play. Recommender systems are among the most effcient tools for information filtering to improve the quality of search results and provide items that are more relevant to the search item or are realted to the search history of the user, especially from big data on Internet. Among those, movie recommendation systems are the useful tools to assist users in classifying them with similar interests. This makes them a central part of websites and e-commerce applications. This paper aims to describe the implementation of a movie recommender system built on the Wordpress platform to be able to take advantage of the plugin support system and outstanding management and statistical features. The obtained results indicate that the proposed approach may provide high performance regarding reliability, efficiency, and accuracy. Moreover, the user-friendly interface and suitable display for devices ranging from desktop to mobile devices are also the advantages.

Abstract Starting in the 1990s, international organizations (IOs) have created various opportunities of access for civil society to voice criticism. While international relations (IR) scholarship has increasingly addressed the resulting interaction between IOs and civil society with a focus on NGOs, we know little about the particular reactions to IOs’ opening up by social movements. This paper analyzes reactions to opening up by a transnational social movement centrally addressing IOs: the Global Justice Movement (GJM). Examining reactions by different groups of the GJM in Europe and Southeast Asia to IOs’ opening up, we demonstrate that reactions differ considerably depending on activists’ assessments of the nature of opening up. In particular, we identify four pathways of reactions on a continuum from (1) strong cooperation with IOs as a reaction to opening up, (2) temporally limited cooperation with different IOs, (3) a hybrid reaction that combines cooperation with specific IOs with a strong opposition to other IOs in reaction to their opening up, to (4) a continuous rejection of all cooperation with IOs. We show how these different reactions are shaped by activists’ perceptions of the quality of the international opening up in conjunction with national and local context factors. Furthermore, our analysis demonstrates that such perceptions can significantly change over time depending on experiences of interactions. Reactions to opening up are therefore not predictable on the basis of a movement's shape and resources only, but rather depend on a variety of factors such as the movement's perception of the IO's sincerity in a strategic and consequential interaction, as well as the movement's ideological framework and its history of interaction with institutions at other levels, especially in the domestic realm.

Chapter 4 focuses on the personal and professional background of many do-it-yourselfers who employ sophisticated knowledge of professional planning and scholarly urbanism in their interventions. In doing so, it begins to challenge binary notions of formality and informality in urbanism. The chapter includes discussion of the history of informality in cities and the development of professionalized urban planning and placemaking practices. It then discusses how many do-it-yourself urban designers have professional design training that they to use in their projects. Where others lack such a background, they often seek information from official sources in order to strengthen and legitimate their interventions, from tools, techniques, and guidelines to justifications grounded in social science research. Although this may lead to better-designed and more effective improvements, it also gives the individuals a certain confidence in the quality of their actions and their right to make them.

A city park is an open space in an urban area that functions as a balance between nature and greenery andhuman activities, such as recreation or a place to rest from daily activities. This condition requires a gardendesign that provides comfort, so it needs vegetation and other facilities supporting street furniture. Openspace in public facilities is called public open space and includes green open space (RTH). The function ofRTH is to improve the quality of life of urban communities, encourage the creation of public space activitiesfor the community, add aesthetic value to urban areas, create a comfortable atmosphere for pedestrians, and so on. The focus of the study in this research is on the City Recreation Park (tarekot), which is located inthe center of Malang city, not far from Tugu square. The condition of the park, in general, has not undergonemuch development, so there has been no increase in the number of visitors. The problem is the pattern ofless functional space for visitors (especially children), the lack of a level of security because this park islocated beside a river, there is no division of games based on age. A garden will be safe and comfortable forthe broader community if facilities are provided for children to play in the playground. This research limits theprovision of facilities for children. The research method used is a design method with a thinking approachfrom Gold (1980), Hakim (2012), and Setyabudi (2016). The results of this study are the results of a proposedredesign with the concept of a children’s playground. Keywords: City Park, Green Open Space, Suitable for Children, Redesign

The aim of the article is to show the relationship between the aspirations to improve the quality of life and improve social relations and the undertakings serving the renovation of urban spaces. In the first part of the text—after formulating more general remarks about the social significance of space—a few of the concepts of town modernization implemented in the modern history of the developed world (Cerdá, Haussmann, Le Corbusier) are presented, while pointing out their most often ambivalent social results. Attention to the latter has been paid by, among others, critics of modernism and supporters of alternative visions (Jacobs, representatives of the new urbanism, advocates of the ideas of a socially cohesive or fair-shared city, etc.). As the national empirical illustration, the author then characterizes the case of urban and social changes taking place in the last two decades in the Powiśle district of Warsaw. Their effect, regardless of the general benefits of modernization and the desired and long-awaited approximation of the capital to the river, are also controversial, often critically evaluated gentrification processes.

Urban neighbourhoods are experiencing an increase in density, placing greater importance on a vibrant and invigorated public realm. By focusing on enhancing place-based relationships, the quality of public spaces can be rejuvenated, improving social relations while creating an enhanced sense of community. The contemporary common is a multi-faceted public space that functions as a unifying platform for social inclusion, collective culture, and civic inculcation. This is accomplished through the use of topophilic design, a place-based design methodology that focuses on the creation of interventions that facilitate the definition of place. These ideas are tested through the establishment of a community hub within St. James town. The common has the potential to revitalize the public realm, attempting to enable culturally-rich spaces. Creating this identity for Toronto's public parks can improve civic formation, ultimately establishing neighbourhoods resilient to the current carceral archipelago of Toronto's urban green spaces.

At the current stage of social development, human life becomes increasingly interlinked with the cities. Cities play a significant role in history, especially in the history of culture, Cities and culture are inseparable concepts, having such close relation that comprise an entire object of cognition. Namely these factors bestow individuality and adaptiveness upon urban environment. Space opens more opportunities for communication, exchange of experience and running social campaigns. Therefore, the conditions for existence of a new cultural environment are associated not only with changes in the created design solutions and/or aesthetic trends. Based on the method of comparative analysis, the author examines the concept of “cultural environment of a city” and its impact upon arrangement of public space. The novelty of this study consists in the thesis that the efficiency of organization of the urban cultural environment affects development potential of the cities in their social and economic unity, with focus on the degree of population content with the quality of life. Cultural environment also impacts consumer culture and interests of the community, as well as contribute to the development of urban space.

The article has as its object the elucidation of the history of the Vyshnivetsky Castle Library, definition of the content of its fund, its historical and cultural significance, correlation of the founder of the Library Mychailo Servaty Vyshnivetsky with the Book. The Vyshnivetsky Castle Library was formed in the Ukrainian historical region of Volyn’, in the Vyshnivets town – “family nest” of the old Ukrainian noble family of the Vyshnivetskies under the “Korybut” coat of arm. The founder of the Library was Prince Mychailo Servaty Vyshnivetsky (1680–1744) – Grand Hetman and Grand Chancellor of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, Vilno Voievoda. He was a politician, an erudite and great bibliophile. In the 30th–40th of the 18th century the main Prince’s residence Vyshnivets became an important centre of magnate’s culture in Rich Pospolyta. M. S. Vyshnivetsky’s contemporaries from the noble class and clergy knew quite well about his library and really appreciated it. According to historical documents 5 periods are defined in the Library’s history. In the historical sources the first place is occupied by old-printed books of Library collection and 7 Library manuscript catalogues dating from 1745 up to the 1835 which give information about quantity and topical structures of Library collection. The Library is a historical and cultural symbol of the Enlightenment epoch. The Enlightenment and those particular concepts and cultural images pertaining to that epoch had their effect on the formation of Library’s fund. Its main features are as follow: comprehensive nature of the stock, predominance of French eighteenth century editions, presence of academic books and editions on orientalistics as well as works of the ideologues of the Enlightenment and new kinds of literature, which generated as a result of this movement – encyclopaedias, encyclopaedian dictionaries, almanacs, etc. Besides the universal nature of its stock books on history, social and political thought, fiction were dominating. The reconstruction of the history of Vyshnivetsky’s Library, the historical analysis of the provenances in its editions give us better understanding of the personality of its owners and in some cases their philanthropic activities, and a better ability to identify the role of this Library in the culture life of society in a certain epoch.
