The determinant of success in one's service is sustained by good and true character. Various attempts were made by educational institutions to implement character building in the learning process. But how can success in service if they do not have good character like Christ's character? The purpose of this study is to reduce the teaching of the theology of Matheus Mangentang about the character of God's servants in ministry at Sekolah Tinggi Teologi Injili Arastamar (hereinafter abbreviated SETIA) Jakarta and Gereja Kristen Setia Indonesia (hereinafter abbreviated as GKSI). The method used is an interview with Matheus Mangentang as the primary source of data and collecting data on centralization relating to the discussion of this topic. As a result, the character of God's servants in the theology of Matheus Mangentang is still relevant and can be integrated in the service of God's servants in SETIA and GKSI. The conclusion of this study is that the character of God's servants in the framework of the theology of Matheus Mangentang is very much needed in carrying out special services in SETIA and GKSI.

This study reports on the planning and management of Islamic Boarding School  Daarul Abror in developing curriculum of Islamic Education Subject. This study attempts to address the following question; (1) How is the administration management at Islamic Boarding School DaarulAbror?  (2) How are the development and implementation Islamic Education Subject at Islamic Boarding School DaarulAbror? It is conducted at Islamic Boarding School Daarul Abror Bangka, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The data for the study are obtained through two instruments; The interview and observation.The interview is conducted to obtain the clarification and expanation from the boarding school. The observation is done during the interaction in the teaching learning process to observe the activities done in the school. The subject of this study is the vice-head master of the school  who has been a teacher as well as curriculum developer in the Islamic Boarding School. The finding reveal that, (1) the administration management at Islamic Boarding School Daarul Abror is conducted based on the educational institutions of the Ministri of Religious Affair and the Ministri of Education and Culture Republic Indonesia. (2) the development of and the implementation of Islamic Education subjetcs is by applying education in a classroom as well as out of classroom refering to the achievement life skill and the Islamic character building in dayly life. Based on the finding it is recommended that the stakeholders of the Islamic Boarding School should keep managing their institution to develope and applying nowdays educational system.

ABSTRACT Education contributes greatly to the progress of a nation and is a vehicle for translating constitutional messages and means in building national character (character building). An intelligent society will give a smart nuance of life and will progressively form independence. Schools as one of the educational institutions which are an expansion of the individual's social environment for the development of social relations capabilities and at the same time are new environmental factors that are very challenging or even worrying for him. This is because the factors of the situation or circumstances that affect the learning process in students related to the students themselves, the state of learning, the learning process, teachers who provide lessons, friends learn and get along, as well as learning programs taken. This study aims to explain the application of hypnoteaching method in spiritual values learning. This type of research is library research. This research is qualitative research. The primary source used in this study is the thought of Muhammad Noer in his book entitled Hypnoteaching For Success Learning. This research concludes that the hypnoteaching method is a learning method that combines teaching and learning with hypnosis. This method can be used as one of the methods in the process of learning spiritual values. In its application, the hypnoteaching method emphasizes the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of students through positive suggestions. This article describes the administration of special services. The teaching and learning process requires the support of facilities that are not directly used in the classroom. Facilities that do not directly include school libraries, school cooperatives, school health businesses and school cafeterias. Management of special services in schools is effective and efficient School Based Management (SBM). School is one of the facilities that can be used to improve the quality of Indonesia's population. Schools not only have responsibilities and duties to carry out the learning process in developing science and technology, but must maintain and improve students' physical and spiritual health.Special service management in schools is basically defined and organized to facilitate or facilitate learning, and can meet the special needs of students at school. Abstrak- In general, this research aims to find out and analyze what is administration in various specialized service fields. This research uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of Educational Administration. Special service administration, namely providing special services or a business that is not directly related to the teaching and learning process in the classroom. But specifically given by schools to students so that they are more optimal in implementing the learning process. The types of special services are libraries, labor, UKS, cafes, religious facilities and dormitories. There are several roles of a teacher in the administration of special services, namely: Teacher involvement in library administration for example introducing books to students, knowing the types and mastering general criteria that determine the merits of a library of books, and promoting the library both for use and for guidance.

This paper presents learning analytics as a mean to improve students’ learning. Most learning analytics tools are developed by in-house individual educational institutions to meet the specific needs of their students. Learning analytics is defined as a way to measure, collect, analyse and report data about learners and their context, for the purpose of understanding and optimizing learning. The paper concludes by highlighting framework of learning analytics in order to improve personalised learning. In addition, it is an endeavour to define the characterising features that represents the relationship between learning analytics and personalised learning environment. The paper proposes that learning analytics is dependent on personalised approach for both educators and students. From a learning perspective, students can be supported with specific learning process and reflection visualisation that compares their respective performances to the overall performance of a course. Furthermore, the learners may be provided with personalised recommendations for suitable learning resources, learning paths, or peer students through recommending system. The paper’s contribution to knowledge is in considering personalised learning within the context framework of learning analytics.

The paper attempts to discuss processes and strategies for innovations in schools. Committed and thoughtful teacher educators, translate their knowledge, expertise, skills and research work for bringing innovations in the teaching learning process in order to keep the system most engaged and updated. The notion of shared explicit philosophy of teaching learning is central, to innovations in the schools. Sebagai salah satu problem yang sering muncul dalam proses pembelajaran tentang bagaimana pola hubungan antara guru dan peserta didik. Kaidah Kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim perlu diimplementasikan dalam lembaga pendidikan. Eksistensi pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan yang terkandung dalam kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim sebagaimana yang diterapkan dalam lembaga-lembaga pendidikan. seperti apa yang sudah diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Manajemen Pendidikan dalam kitab Ta’lim al-muta’allim sangatlah bagus diterapkan dalam lembaga pendidikan saat ini. Pengajaran tentang cara menjadi seorang siswa dan guru yang baik. Pemikiran dan keyakinan Syekh Az Zarnuji tentan kaifiyah etika menuntut ilmu yang itu semua dapat meraih kemanfaatan dan keberkahan ilmu. Manajemen pendidikan yang mengamalkan kaidah kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim di SMP Plus Ar Rahmat tentang Pembiasaan karakter yang di terapkan dalam kaidah Ta’lim al-Muta’allim adalah kejujuran, kedisiplinan, kerja keras, fokus kepada tujuan, pantang menyerah, kesederhanaan, menghargai proses, pentingnya keseimbangan ihtiar lahir dan batin, need of achievment, dan beberapa filosofi hidup dan motto yang berisi motivasi. Eksistensi manajemen pendidikan kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim di Ar-Rahmat yang masih begitu eksis pelaksanaannya.As one of the problems often arising in the learning process on the pattern of relationships between teachers and students, the rules of the so-called Ta'lim al-Muta'allim need to be implemented in educational institutions. The implementation of education management contained in the Ta'lim a-Muta'allim as applied in educational institutions as what implemented by the principal. The results of the study show that the education management in the Ta'limul Muta'allim is extremely important applied in educational institutions today. It teaches on how to be a good student and teacher. The thoughts of Syekh Az Zarnuji on the ethics of studying in addition to achieving the benefits and blessings of knowledge. Educational management that practices the rules as contained in the Ta'lim al-Muta'allim in Ar Rahmat about the character habituation is honesty, discipline, hard work, focus on goals, never give up, simplicity, respect for the process, the importance of balance of physical and spiritual exercise, need of achievement, and several life philosophies and mottos that contain motivation.
