Leadership is one of the factors that have an important role in achieving the company's vision and mission. The purpose of the research is to find out the influence of leadership on job satisfaction and employee performance at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. (GSI). There were three hypotheses tested: 1) The effect of leadership on job satisfaction, 2) The influence of leadership on employee performance, and 3) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance. The research was conducted at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. in Jakarta. Sampling is done on a census basis (saturated samples). The data analysis method used is SEM-PLS analysis, with the help of smart PLS software. The results of statistical test analysis obtained that leadership variables have a real (significant) effect on job satisfaction and employee performance at Geo Space Intimatika Ltd. In addition, job satisfaction variables also affect employee performance. Thus it can be concluded that leadership factors greatly affect the company's performance.

This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance. This research was conducted at Dira park Ambulu Jember. The population in this study were all employees of Dira park Ambulu Jember, totaling 186 employees. The sample used was 46 respondents chosen by random sampling. Data analysis method uses path analysis. To determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between leadership and employee performance was analyzed using the sobel test. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. The results of this study also showed that job satisfaction did not significantly influence employee performance. In the results of this study also explained that the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate the effect of the relationship between leadership on the employee performance of Amba Jember Park. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on performance through job satisfaction of non ASN employees of the Jember Regency Government. The population in this study was all non ASN employees of Jember Regency Government working period 2020. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method that is the technique of determining the sample with certain considerations. The number of samples in this assessment was 52 respondents from the Regional Secretariat and all Agencies in the Jember Regency Government. This research uses primary data in the form of questionnaire. Data analysis method used in this study is the path analysis method. Based on the results of research and discussion shows that compensation has an effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, compensation has an effect on performance, the work environment has an effect on performance, and the work environment has an effect on Job Satisfaction

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the effect of job transfer on employee performance with motivation and job satisfaction as mediating variables. The research population was 52, all of whom were tax inspectors at KPP Madya Malang Indonesia. All members of the population are used as samples. A total of 52 questionnaires were distributed to tax inspectors, and 36 questionnaires were returned, resulting in a response rate of 69.23%. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that job transfer did not affect employee performance. Furthermore, it was also found that motivation did not mediate the effect of job transfer on employee performance. Finally, this study found that job satisfaction mediates the impact of job transfer on employee performance.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, kedisiplinan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja APIP, pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja, pengaruh kompetensi dan kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja APIP melalui kepuasan kerja. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, observasi, interview dan dokumentasi, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur, pengujian hipotesis dan analisis sobel test. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan pengaruh secara nyata terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja, kompetensi dan kedisiplinan memberikan dampak terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh nyata terhadap kinerja APIP. Kepuasan kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh secara parsial kompetensi dan kedisiplinan  terhadap kinerja APIP. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of competence, discipline on job satisfaction and performance of APIP, the effect of job satisfaction on performance, the influence of competence and discipline on APIP performance through job satisfaction. The data were collected through questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation, with data analysis techniques using path analysis, hypothesis testing and sobel test analysis.  The results of the study show that competence and discipline had a significant effect on increasing job satisfaction, competence and discipline had an impact on improving employee performance. Job satisfaction has a real influence on Apip's performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the influence of competence and discipline on APIP's performance

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance. The population in this study amounted to 285 employees and a sample of 167 respondents. This research was conducted in the Engineering Department, PT. Semen Padang by using primary data obtained through questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is Path Analysis technique and is operated through SPSS 16.0. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, compensation had a significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation and compensation directly had a significant effect on employee performance, motivation through job satisfaction had a significant effect on employee performance, compensation through satisfaction work on performance has no significant effect.

Waqf is a legal act of Waqif to separate and or hand over part of their wealth to be exploited forever or for a specified period. Usefulness of waqf itself for purposes of worship or public welfare according to the Shari'a. The purpose of the endowment given to nadzir of Waqif is to utilize waqf property in accordance with its function. The method used is a method socio-juridical with descriptive analytical research specifications, while the data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion can be concluded that the power of the waqf agreement under the hand can be executed as long as their witnesses from several parties. During the relevant parties agree to the provision of the giiving waqf endowments by Waqif to nadzir have a valid legal provisions. Legally positive endowments implementation should be done with a pledge made before the Endowment Agreement Official Pledge (PPAIW) with two witnesses and should be made in the form of an agreement of Pledge of Endowments pursuant to Article 17 of Act No. 41 of 2004 on waqf: 1. Endowments statement implemented by Waqif to nadzir before PPAIW to be implemented by two witness; 2. Endowments statement referred to in paragraph (1) shall be declared orally and / or in writing and set forth in the agreement of pledge endowments by PPAIW.Keywords: Waqf, Endowments Authority, Under Hand Agreement.

This study aims to analyze personality, job satisfaction and the influence of personality on job satisfaction of employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai. Respondents in this study were employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai consisting of 43 respondents. The data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and simple regression. The results of the test show that the personality of openees to experience is a prominent personality of the employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai with an average score of 3.8889. Meanwhile, the average value of descriptive statistics for the job satisfaction variable was 3.1457, indicating that the employees of PT Surya Windu Pertiwi Serdang Bedagai still did not have good job satisfaction. The results of the analysis show that personality does not have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees with a P-value of 0.382 greater than 0.05. The managerial implication that can be given is that companies need to consider the factors of employee personality, especially when recruiting employees. Companies also need to consider aspects of job satisfaction, especially in terms of good salaries

The results showed that: 1) there was an influence on career development and motivation on job satisfaction, 2) there was an influence on career development and motivation on employee performance, 3) there was an effect on job satisfaction on employee performance and 4) there was no influence on career development and motivation on performance employees through job satisfaction PT. Jabar Jaya Perkasa. This means that the direct effect is greater than the indirect effect, the variable job satisfaction cannot mediate between motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Jabar Jaya Perkasa.

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of motivation, job satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, while the nature of the research is descriptive explanatory research. The research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The research was carried out for 3 months. The population in this study amounted to 96 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The sample in this study was the total population taken as a sample. Thus the number of samples is equal to the population (census or saturated samples). So that the sample is 96 employees at the Regional Secretariat of Maros Regency. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between work motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline on the performance of the Maros Regency Regional Secretariat employees.
