This study aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on customer loyalty on CV. Makmur Auto Sejahtera Medan, knows the effect of distribution channels on customer loyalty on CV. Makmur Auto Sejahtera Medan, and find out the effect of product differentiation and distribution channels on customer loyalty on CV. Makmur Auto Sejahtera Medan. The population in this study is CV. Makmur Auto Sejahtera Medan as many as 62 permanent customers. The sampling technique in this study used saturated samples. Thus, the number of research samples used was 62 permanent customers. Data were analyzed using the method of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis give the equation Customer Loyalty = 0,108+ 0,249 Product Differentiation + 0,383DistributionChannels + e. The results of the study partially indicate that product differentiation has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty CV. Makmur Auto Sejahtera Medan. This is evidenced from the acquisition of tarithmetic 4.834 > ttable 1.67065 and a significant value of 0,000 < 0.05 and the distribution channel has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty CV. Makmur Auto Sejahtera Medan. This is evidenced from the acquisition of the value of tarithmetic 4.818 > ttable 1.67065 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, product differentiation and distribution channels simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty CV. Makmur Auto Sejahtera Medan. This is evidenced from the acquisition of the calculated Farithmetic 30,308 > Ftable 3,15 and a significant value of 0,000 <  0.05. Product differentiation and distribution channels can explain customer loyalty by 49.0% and the remaining 51.0% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as customer satisfaction, brand and price.

This study aims to prove simultaneously and partially customer loyalty in terms of store atmosphere, convenience and trust in J&T Express Surakarta. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population is all J&T Express Surakarta service users. The number of samples used according to Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that store atmosphere, convenience and trust have a significant effect on consumer loyalty of J&T Express Surakarta. Keywords : Store Atmosphere, Convenience, Trust.

This study aims to determine the effect of Produrict Attbutes [Brand (X1), Packaging (X2), Label (X3),  Service  (X4),  and  Warranty  (X5)]  Tupperware  Customer  Loyalty  (Study  on  Lecturers  and Teaching Personnel  Faculty  of  Economics  University  of  Tadulako  ).  The  type of  research  used  is Causal Descriptive. Population in this research is Lecturer and Teacher of Faculty of Economics of University  of  Tadulako  loyal  use Tupperware  product.  Sampling  technique  in  this  study  using Purposive Sampling,  with  the  number  of  samples  of  60  respondents.  Data collection  using questionnaires.  The  method  of  analysis  using multiple  linear  regression  analysis.  Simultaneous  test results  (Test  F)  show that  variables  [Brand  (X1),  Packaging  (X2),  Label  (X3),  Service (X4),  and Warranty  (X5)]  together  significantly  influence  Tupperware Customer  Loyalty.  Partial  test  results indicate  that  Brand  (X1),  Label (X3),  Service  (X4),  and  Warranty  (X5)  variables  significantly influence Tupperware Customer Loyalty. While Packaging variable (X2) partially no significant effect on Customer Loyalty Tupperware (Study on Lecturer and Teaching Personnel Faculty of Economics, University of Tadulako). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Atribut Produk [Merek (X1), Kemasan (X2), Label  (X3),  Pelayanan  (X4),  dan  Garansi  (X5)]  Terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware (Studi pada Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan  adalah Deskriptif  Kausal.  Populasi  dalam  penelitian ini  adalah  Dosen  dan  Tenaga Kependidikan Fakultaas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako yang loyal menggunakan produk Tupperware. Teknik penarikan  sampel  dalam  penelitian  ini  menggunakan Purposive Sampling,  dengan  jumlah sampel  sebanyak  60  responden. Pengambilan  data  menggunakan  kuesioner.  Metode  analisis menggunakan  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda.  Hasil  pengujian simultan  (Uji  F)  menunjukan  bahwa variabel [Merek (X1), Kemasan (X2), Label (X3), Pelayanan (X4), dan Garansi (X5)] secara bersama-sama  berpengaruh  signifikan  terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware. Hasil  pengujian  parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Merek (X1), Label (X3), Pelayanan (X4), dan Garansi (X5) berpengaruh secara  signifikansi  terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware. Sedangkan  variabel  Kemasan  (X2)secara  parsial  tidak  berpengaruh  signifikan terhadap  Loyalitas  Pelanggan Tupperware (Studi  pada Dosen dan Tenaga Kependidikan Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako).

<p>The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the bank’s image and trust on customer satisfaction, as well as the effect of the image of the bank, trust, and satisfaction on customer loyalty. The study used sample of 100 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique. This research utilized multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis. Based on the hypothesis test, the results show that the image of the bank was significantly has positive effect on customer satisfaction, but trust has no significant effect on customer satisfaction. In addition, the bank’s image has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Moreover, trust and customer satisfaction significantly have positive effect on customer loyalty. Mediation test shows that customer satisfaction mediates the effect of the bank’s image on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction does not mediate trust on customer loyalty. <br />Info</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan Azis Birdfam di Boyolali. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner dan studi dokumen yang dilakukan pada bulan mei tahun 2020 sampai juli tahun 2020. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan bertepatan, semua sampel data telah dianalisis dari analisis regresi linier berganda memperoleh nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 4,9 % variabel produk, harga, kualitas pelayanan berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan selisihnya 95,1 % berdampak oleh variabel lain seperti ikatan emosional, kepercayaan, kemudahan, kepuasan pelanggan dan pengalaman dengan perusahaan. Hasil pengkajian ini merumuskan bahwa produk, harga dan kualitas pelayanan menggunakan uji secara parsial memiliki dampak berdasarkan relevan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Azis Birdfam di Boyolali. ABSTRACT   This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, service quality of Azis Birdfam in Boyolali. The data collection techniques used interviews, questionnaires and document studies conducted in May 2020 to July 2020. The sampling technique used was coincidental, all data samples were analyzed from multiple linear regression analysis to obtain an adjusted R Square value of 4.9%. product variables, price, service quality have an impact on customer loyalty, while the 95.1% difference has an impact on other variables such as emotional ties, trust, convenience, customer satisfaction and experience with the company. The results of this study formulate that the product, price and service quality using a partial test has an impact based on relevance to customer loyalty to Azis Birdfam in Boyolali.

<p>This study aimed to examine and explain the effect of variables of customer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty in the smartphone Samsung Galaxy.It takes 55 users of smartphones who have Samsung Galaxy in Jombang as the research sample.The sampling technique used non-probability, particularly  accidental  sampling  technique. Data are then analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The objective of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of relationship marketing that consists of dimensions of trust, commitment, communication, and conflict handling on the loyalty of the customers of Bank BNI in Jember, especially for the BNI Taplus Savings product. The population was all customers of BNI Taplus Savings in Jember. The sample used in this study was 105 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that, partially and simultaneously, trust, commitment, communication, and conflict handling, as part of relationship marketing, have a significant effect on the loyalty of the customers of BNI Taplus Savings in Jember. These results imply that the good relationship marketing programs conducted by BNI, by increasing trust and commitment, creating effective communication and conflict handling, will finally increase customer loyalty. This study was conducted to determine the effect of price and promotion on the loyalty of domestic and export coal customers during the COVID 19 pandemic at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk. The population in this study were all domestic and export coal consumers who made purchases during the COVID-19 pandemic at PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk in 2020 as many as 58 companies. Determining the sample in this study uses a purposive sampling technique. With consideration to save time and effort and get more accurate results, the number of samples used in this study was 100 respondents distributed through distributing questionnaires. The multiple linear regression analysis results show that price has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty for domestic and export coal during the COVID-19 pandemic at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk. Sales promotion positively and significantly affected customer loyalty for domestic and export coal during the COVID 19 pandemic at PT Bukit Asam, Tbk. The price variable is expected to make adjustments in determining the price of coal by surveying competitors who sell coal. In the sales promotion variable, it is expected that the company can improve in doing more attractive advertising.

Organizational commitment is a level or awareness of a person to recognize the extent of an organization and is bound to its goals so as to accelerate the organization to achieve its objectives. Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him, so he can do cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by someone in carrying out their functions in accordance with the responsibilities given to him.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of commitment and competence on employee performance at PT. BPR Duta Bali. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study was 40 employees. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the study state that the commitment variable has a positive effect on employee performance. Competency variables do not affect employee performance. Commitment and competency variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance

This is a field research to highlight the issue of halal lifestyle in East Java Regional Office employees. This problem will be broken down into two basic problems, namely; firstly how is the halal lifestyle perception related to food, pharmacy and cosmetics among employees in the Ministry of Religion of East Java Province, and second how is the halal lifestyle behavior related to food, pharmacy and cosmetics to employees in the Ministry of Religion of East Java Province. Data obtained through questionnaires to respondents with purposive sampling technique. The analytical method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis and linkert scale. The results of this study indicate  that  halal  food,  halal  pharmacy and  halal  cosmetics simultaneously have a significant influence on Halal Lifestyle of East Java Regional Office of Ministry of Religion.
