The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Service Quality and Promotion on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The research methodology used is quantitative descriptive method, the unit of analysis in this study is STIE Eka Prasetya and the observation unit is students from STIE Eka Prasetya. The population in this study were 993 respondents from STIE Eka Prasetya. The technique of determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and amounted to 91 respondents. The research method used is the technique of data collection through the distribution of questionnaires that conducted systematically based on research objectives. The analytical method used to solve problems and prove hypotheses is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t and F tests, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of the t test show that the variable Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction, and the Promotion variable has a positive and significant effect on OVO Customer Satisfaction. The results of the F test show that the Service Quality and Promotion simultaneously effect the Customer Satisfaction. The result of coefficient of determination test results (R2) shows that Customer Satisfaction was effected by Service Quality and Promotion variables, while the remaining is explained by other variables such as perception, digital marketing and personal selling that are not discussed in this study.

This study aims to determine customer satisfaction at the Keris Batik Outlet. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study used sample 100. Then the researchers used SPSS version 21 with quantitative analysis which included validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing with the F test and t test and the coefficient of determination. The main purpose of this research is to identify the influence of product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) towards King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The population of this research is King Cake’s customers. The sample size is 63 respondents. Respondents are selected using non-probability sampling, which is Purposive Sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The validity and reliability testing to each indicator is taken before performing the multiple linear regression analysis. The research shows that  product quality (X1) and service quality (X2) significantly influences King Cake’s customer satisfaction (Y). The finding shows that service quality (X2) gives more significant value towards customer satisfaction (Y) than product quality (X1) does.

The purpose of this study is to study the majority of service quality and brand image of the service user loyalty offered by Sriwijaya air. The determination of the sample in this study used a purposive sampling method of 250 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study were descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability, comparative analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis using SPSS version 18.0.The results of this study indicate the quality of service and brand image on the loyalty of service users who are supported by Sriwijaya Air at Kualanamu International Airport, Medan, which is stated to have a significant and partially significant effect simultaneously with a value of 72.2%. For service quality variables get the results of analysis with a t test of 7.140 and brand image of 3.809. The data of this study were obtained from distributing online questionnaires to respondents who had used Sriwijaya Air at Kualanamu International Airport, Medan.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at PT Aneka Tata Niaga using slovin sampling technique with a margin of error of 5% of 155 customers so as to produce 112 respondents who are customers at PT Aneka Tata Niaga. Data collection methods are questionnaires. Data quality test in this study uses the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses (t test) and (F test ) by using SPSS version 23 software program. the results show that service quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction and product quality has a partially significant effect on customer satisfaction, and service quality and product quality together have a significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction at PT Various Commerce. Keywords: Service Quality, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction

<em>The research objective was to determine the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction in using Building Automatic System services at PT. Azbil Berca Indonesia. The analytical method was used, is quantitative analysis, with using test instruments, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneously test of product quality variables and service quality on customer satisfaction in using Building Automatic System services at PT. The development of business today is characterized by increasingly intense competition,to be able compete with other culinary businesses, companies must pay attention to promotions, service quality and customer satisfaction. Attractive promotions and good service quality can increase customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of a positive and significant effect between promotion variables and service quality on consumer satisfaction at the Restoran Bakso Lapangan Tembak Senayan with a purposive sampling technique, the number of samples in this study amounted to 100 respondents. Data collection method is questionnaire. Data quality in this study uses validity and reliability test, the classic assumption and the influence test in this study using multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination analysis (R2), while the hypothesis testing in this study uses t test and F test using SPSS version 23 software program. Customer Satisfaction in terms of Shopee's Lifestyle, Promotion, and Service Quality. Thesis, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 2021. This study aims to prove the simultaneous and partial effect of Customer Satisfaction in terms of Lifestyle, Promotion, and Shopee E-Commerce Service Quality. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all Shopee E-commerce buyers. The number of samples used by Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the study indicate that the F-test of lifestyle, promotion, and service quality simultaneously and significantly affects Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction. The t-test results show that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Shopee's e-commerce, the promotion has a positive and significant effect on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that lifestyle, promotion, and service quality variables on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction. The most dominant influence on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction is lifestyle variables because it has the largest.

This research was conducted at PT Valmatic, Indonesia, which is engaged in the distributor of valve products. This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of promotion, distribution channels, and service quality on the purchase decision of valve products at PT Valmatic Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative, descriptive, and explanatory approach. The population of this study was 161 customers of PT. Valmatic Indonesia. To calculate the sample, the Slovin formula is used with a simple random sampling technique of 115 respondents and 30 respondents out of the sample for testing the validity and reliability. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially promotion, distribution channels, and service quality had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase valve products at PT Valmatic Indonesia. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it can be seen the effect of the studied variables is 37, and the remaining% is influenced by other variables not examined that is equal to 62.4%. Penelitian ini diadakan di PT Valmatic Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang distributor produk valve. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi, saluran distribusi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk valve pada PT Valmatic Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, deskriptif kuantitatif dan explanatory. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 161 pelanggan PT. Valmatic Indonesia. Untuk menghitung sampel digunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 115 responden dan 30 responden diluar dari sampel untuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial promosi, saluran distribusi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk valve pada PT Valmatic Indonesia. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui besarnya pengaruh variabel yang diteliti adalah sebesar 37,% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti yaitu sebesar 62,4%.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Influence of Promotion Mix which Most Influences on Student Decisions in Choosing Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative method, the unit of analysis in this study is Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University and the observation unit is the students of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The population in this study were 4,270 respondents from Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The technique for determining the number of samples used in this study is the Slovin formula and totals 135 respondents. The research method used is data collection techniques through questionnaires which are carried out systematically in accordance with the research objectives. The analysis method used to solve problems and prove the hypothesis is descriptive analysis and regression analysis. This analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing through the F test and t test, the coefficient of determination (R2) and thetest Standardized Beta Coefficient. The results of the F test show that simultaneously Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion and Publicity have a positive and significant effect on student decisions in choosing Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The results of the t test partially show that the Advertising variable and the Sales Promotion variable have a positive and significant effect on student decisions in choosing Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University, the Personal Selling variable and the Publicity variable have no positive or significant effect on student decisions in choosing Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test show that student decisions are influenced by the variables of Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, and Publicity, while the rest is explained by other variables not discussed in this study. Judging from the results of Standarized Beta Coefficient, it shows that the most dominant variable in this study and the most influential on student decisions is advertising.

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.
