"Harmony" course plays a very important role in the talent training system of Normal universities and colleges in China. In order to continuously improve the teaching quality of the Harmony Course, many predecessors and colleagues have made great efforts. With the deepening of China's educational reform, the evaluation of teaching quality has become an important aspect of teaching reform.And the evaluation of students'learning quality is an important part of teaching evaluation. Research on it will help to improve the teaching quality of our country and promote the overall improvement of students' morality, intelligence, physical fitness and beauty.Therefore, this study takes 108 literatures related to the study of learning quality evaluation in China as the research object, uses content analysis method, carries out statistical analysis on the annual number of literatures, Journal distribution, author status, paper influence, research content, etc., analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the study of learning quality evaluation in China, and puts forward the need for further deepening.On the basis of these questions, possible future research directions are proposed.

Over the past five decades, services for the mentally ill in India have steadily improved. From a predominantly mental hospital based service, provision has now moved to general hospitals and primary health centres. A variety of factors have contributed to changes in the quality of services. This paper briefly reviews the changes and discusses the relevance of some of them.

PURPOSE: Skin-related issues have a significant impact on health, activities of daily living, and quality of life among people with spina bifida. Data presented by select clinics that participate in the National Spina Bifida Patient Registry reported that 26% of individuals had a history of pressure injuries with 19% having had one in the past year. The spina bifida community lack direct guidelines on prevention of these and other skin related issues. The Integument (skin) Guidelines focus on prevention, not treatment, of existing problems. METHODS: Using a consensus building methodology, the guidelines were written by experts in spina bifida and wound care. RESULTS: The guidelines include age-grouped, evidence-based guidelines written in the context of an understanding of the whole person. They are presented in table format according to the age of the person with spina bifida. CONCLUSION: These guidelines present a standardized approach to prevention of skin-related issues in spina bifida. Discovering what results in successful minimization of skin-related issues with testing of technology or prevention strategies is the next step in protecting this vulnerable population.

Through the research on the existing problems of Chinese colleges PE major in the process of developing multimedia teaching, the paper finds out the problems in following aspects.The insufficient leading officials’ concern, the insufficient hardware facilities and equipments, lack of matching software and lower teachers’ operation ability. Moreover, it also puts forward the relevant countermeasures to promote the application and popularization of multimedia teaching methods in PE teaching. This research will further promote modern teaching reform of PE major, optimize the PE teaching class, improve PE teaching quality and plays a certain role.

For vocational education, modern apprenticeship is of great importance to its teaching quality, and the application of modern apprenticeship in training e-commerce professionals in higher vocational colleges can promote the training of e-commerce professionals. The article examines the state of the audit services market in Russia over the past three years. The author highlights the most important and relevant problems, such as dumping, the unattractive nature of the profession itself, the insufficient level of quality of service provision, and a decrease in income. The work reflects the factors that have the greatest impact on the activities of audit organizations, examines the possibilities for solving existing problems, and proposes measures to improve regulation in this area. In Russia, the market for audit services tends to enlarge its participants. Small companies face a choice when they must either join big enterprises or leave the market. The number of audit organizations and certified auditors is constantly declining. Since organizations limit their audit costs, audit companies reduce the cost of services they provide to retain their clients or acquire new ones. Currently, such price dumping is becoming large-scale. Another problem is the decline in the prestige of the profession. The lack of prospects in this area directly affects the decrease in the number of qualified specialists in the audit services market. Low demand for services has the greatest impact on audit organizations and individual auditors.
