The objectives of this study were: 1) to determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 2) to determine and analyze the influence of competence on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 4) to identify and analyze the effect of training, competence and motivation simultaneously on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo. This research uses quantitative research methods with observation data collection techniques, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and literature review. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 20 program, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that the researchers conducted show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between training variables on employee performance in the office; 2) there is a positive and significant influence between competency variables on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of  Gorontalo; 3) there are positive and significant influence between motivation variables on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of  Gorontalo; 4) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between training, competence and motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of  Gorontalo.

The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.

<p>This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. SNS Madiun. The method used in this study using quantitative research methods. And samples used in this study as many as 45 employees. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained that the Organizational Culture and Leadership Significant positive influence on employee performance. The better the culture of the organization, then the employee's performance will increase. Leadership positive influence on employee performance means that if the leadership is getting better, then the employee's performance will increase.  </p><p><br /><strong>Keywords:</strong> Organizational Culture, Leadership, Employee Performance</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh modal usaha terhadap pendapatan Pedagang Kaki Lima. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan data primer. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 40 Pedagang Kaki Lima yang berlokasi di belakang Mall Jatiland Ternate. Tipe penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal usaha berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan Pedagang Kaki Lima yang berada di Belakang Mall Jatiland Ternate. Uji F dengan alfa 5% menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal bisnis berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan Pedagang Kaki Lima yang berlokasi di Belakang Mall Jatiland Ternate.Kata Kunci: Modal Usaha, Lokasi Bisnis, Pendapatan This study aims to menganalisis the effect of business capital on the income of street vendors. This study used multiple linear regression analysis with primary data. The study population is 40 street vendors selling behind jatiland mall Ternate. This type of research is a quantitative research that is a study that aims to obtain the proof of a hypothesis. Data collection is done by filling the questionnaire and direct observation. Data analysis using statistical testing with the help of SPSS program. The result of the research shows the test of the partial regression coefficient (t test) with α= 5% that on the variable of business capital showed a poitive but not significant influence to the income of the hawkers behind the jatilland mall Ternate and for the wide variables of business shows a positive and significant influence to the income of the back fifth jatilland mall Ternate. F test results with α= 5% indicate that together variable of business capital and business area have an effect against the merchants income behind the jatilland mall TernateKeywords: Business Capital, Business Area, and Income

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and human relations to the performance of employees. This research is a quantitative research consisting of performance as dependent variable, job satisfaction and human relation as independent variable. The sample of the research is employee at University X with 50 subject. The sampling technique was done by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction and human relations simultaneously on employee performance. Partially there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance and there is no influence of human relations to employee performance.

Cargo shipping service company is one of the companies engaged in services to meet the needs of consumers in the process of shipping goods, whether done by individuals or agencies to support various companies in completing their performance, especially goods or manufacturing companies. Whether or not the company's performance can be measured by the overall performance of employees. The higher the enthusiasm of employees in working and completing their work will further increase the potential of a company to achieve its goals. This study aims to examine the extent to which the role of leadership, and work stress is able to improve the performance of employees of Cargo Shipping Services in Batam City, using quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis and the number of samples used by 224 respondents. The results of this study are; Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership and work stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of Cargo Shipping Services in Batam City. This research aims to revealed and look over the impact which caused by the training, compensation and leadership style towards the employee performance at PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia. This research were in type of causality research with a quantitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research was an explanatory survey method with the population was 1328 people with filtered sample to 100 respondents (Slovin, 10% error tolerance). The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis in way to examine the research hypothesis. The results showed that training, compensation, and leadership style had an influence both partially and simultaneously towards the employees performance at PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia.

From this research, it can be concluded that Leadership, motivation and work environment there is no significant partial positive effect on the performance of sub-district officials in Lumajang District. partially on the performance While the discipline there is a significant positive influence of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. Simultaneously Leadership, motivation, discipline and work environment there is a significant positive influence partially on the performance of subdistrict officials in Lumajang District. The variables studied have an effect of 40.2% on employee performance, and the rest is influenced by other variables.

This study aims to determine how much effect the implementation of SMK3 policies on workforce satisfaction in construction projects. In this study using descriptive quantitative research methods. The data collection method used a questionnaire that was distributed to the project workforce using 25 people as a sample. The research instrument test used the validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, and probability plot normality test, while the data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. The research results can be concluded as follows. First, the SMK3 policy variable that has the most dominant influence on workforce job satisfaction is the variable of implementing the K3 plan. Second, the SMK3 policy variables, namely, the establishment of OHS policies, OHS planning, implementation of K3 plans, monitoring and evaluation of K3 performance, and reviewing and improving SMK3 performance have a joint effect on job satisfaction of workers in the project.

Employee performance is something that is considered important for the company. Employees have high performance will certainly be able to work optimally so that the objectives of the institution itself will be easily achieved. Through the improvement of the working environment and working discipline expected the resulting performance can be optimized within the enterprise. In this study to determine the three variables that can affect employee performance (Y), the work environment variables (X1) and discipline (X2). Simultaneous and partially on the performance of employees at PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Type of research is quantitative research. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with sempel amount of research is 100 respondents.Data analysis techniques in research using descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability test and partial test ( Test T) and a simultaneous test (Test F). Results of research conducted using SPSS 2.2 (ststitical program for social science), from the results obtained that the working environment (X1) were significant influence on employee performance (Y) on PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia because work environment variables t = 3.231 > t table 1.660 with sig = 0.002 < 0.05. Labor discipline (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Work environment (X1) and discipline (X2) simultaneously significant effect on employee performance (Y) PT. Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia.The results obtained on the whole of the working environment (X1) and discipline (X2) are all very significant influence on employee performance (Y) in PT.Fuji Seimitsu Indonesia. Keywords:Work Environment, Work Discipline and Employee Performance
