The development of the business world today more rapidly resulting in tight competition. This is demanding business players in order to leap ahead of the competition with how to improve the quality of human resources and expected employee can improve performance. To be employee performance and the company is also required to pay attention to the factors that can affect the performance of the employees. This research is a type of quantitative research, data obtained with the spread of the questionnaire to 45 respondents. The population in this research is all employees on CV. Putri Sion which numbered 45 people. The Data obtained and then in the analysis using the validity test, test reliability test, classical assumptions, determination coefficient test, t test, F test and multiple linear regression analysis. This research result shows that partially, job satisfaction and leadership style significantly affect to employee performance meanwhile the most dominant affecting performance is employee jobs satisfaction.

This study aims to determine autocratic leadership style, communication and work motivation Against Employee performance at PT. Candi Jaya Amerta. This research includes the type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 72 employees at PT. Candi Jaya Amerta. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient (R2), multiple correlation coefficient (R), f test, t test, and classic assumption test using SPSS version 18 for windows. Primary data in this study were obtained from questionnaires whose measurement used a Likert scale that was tested for validity and reliability. The results of this study prove that Autocratic Leadership Style, Communication and Work Motivation Against Employee Performance simultaneously affect employee Performance. communication partially affects employee performance, work motivation partially influences employee performance, job satisfaction also partially affects employee Performance.

CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik is a company that produces micro hydro and turbine, as well as body warmers drinks in the food and beverage division (makmin). The company has 135 employees. Employee satisfaction is one of the important things that must be considered by a company because as this will impact on the performance of employees. Employees who are satisfied will have the awareness to do the more responsible duties at the company. But the reality on the ground there are some employees who are often absent from work, it is seen through the attendance percentage of employees who are still far from the target of work presence that is equal to 95%, while the rate of attendance of employees in 2015 was only 84.25%. There are also as many as 40% of employees feel less satisfied with promotion opportunities provided by the company. This resulted in employees feel lazy to work because they feel his efforts are not appreciated despite working diligently but can not get the appropriate results in the form of promotion (promotion). This study aims to determine job satisfaction and employee performance as well as the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in CV Cihanjuang Inti Teknik. The method used is quantitative research methods. Data analysis methods used are descriptive statistical analysis, the classical assumption test, simple correlation analysis, linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this study were 101 respondents. In the data collection used questionnaire with Likert scale. Based on the results of data processing, employee job satisfaction in the category both in terms of Work Itself, benefits, promotion opportunities, supervision, and Coworkers. Then the employee's performance was in the category good views of the Working Quantity, Quality of Work, Knowledge About Work, Personal Quality, Cooperation, Trustworthy, and Initiative. The conclusion of this research that there is an influence of job satisfaction on the performance of employees is 49,9%.

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and human relations to the performance of employees. This research is a quantitative research consisting of performance as dependent variable, job satisfaction and human relation as independent variable. The sample of the research is employee at University X with 50 subject. The sampling technique was done by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 17.0 for windows. The results showed that there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction and human relations simultaneously on employee performance. Partially there is a very significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance and there is no influence of human relations to employee performance.

This study aims to examine the relationship perceived high workload, job motivation and job satisfaction on performance. Research conducted at the Office of Cileungsi First’th Tax Service by taking 89 employees as the research sample. Quantitative research was conducted by describing and verification data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the statistic approach to data analysis. The study produced three major findings consistent with the hypothesis put forward, that is: (1) the workload of employees are in the high category, (2) work motivation is in the high category, 3) job satisfaction is in the high category and the performance is in the medium category. Base on research finding, in order to increase employee performance, can be done by managing the workload of employees, increase work motivation and increase job satisfaction. This study to determine effect quality of personnel administration services on employee performance in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City, and determine  effect of employee job satisfaction on employee performance in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City. This type of research is causal research . The method of data collection by questionnaire, a sample of 47 employees  of the Treasury and Regional Cash of the City of Probolinggo with a sampling method that is saturated sample. Data analysis method in the form of multiple linear regression analysis. The results that employee job satisfaction has a significant influence on employee performance variables in the Treasury and Regional Cash Fields of Probolinggo City.

The main objective of this research is to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work involvement on the performance of employees at Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) in Surakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach and the data used in this study are primary data sourced from questionnaires distributed to BSM employees totaling 60 questionnaires as respondents (according to the number of BSM employees in Surakarta). The sampling method in this study is to use a total sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis test, t test, and R2 test. The results showed that partially job satisfaction variables, organizational commitment variables, and work engagement variables significantly influence employee performance at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Surakarta. <p><em>This study titled influence the quality of work life and job satisfaction on employee performance of PT Pertamina Persero RU Cilacap. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the quality of work life by partial performance, determine the effect of job satisfaction on performance partially, and determine the influence of the quality of work life and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance. The independent variable in this study is the quality of work life and job satisfaction, the dependent variable in this study is the performance. The population of this study were 600 permanent employees shift part of PT. Pertamina Persero RU Cilacap. Sampling technique using census sampling methods and techniques Probability Proportionate Random Sampling Strarified totaling 221 employees. Data collection method used was a questionnaire and the data mengalisis using the multiple linear regression analysis.</em></p><em>These results indicate that the quality of work life has significant influence but not the performance, job satisfaction has a significant impact on performance, while the quality of work life and job satisfaction has a significant impact on employee performance remains part of PT Pertamina Persero shift RU Cilacap.</em>

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauh mana pengaruh budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Wae manurung di Kabupaten Bone . Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 67 pegawai PDAM Wae Manurung di Kabupaten Bone. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program SPSS versi 24. Teknik sampling yang dipakai adalah teknik sampel acak sederhana dan teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda, untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan budaya organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dan secara parsial yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah budaya organisasi   Kata Kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai.   ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the extent of the influence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in the Regional Water Supply Company (PDAM) Wae Manurung in Bone Regency. out through questionnaires and carried out on 67 employees of PDAM Wae Manurung in Bone Regency. Data analysis in this study used SPSS version 24. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique and data testing techniques used in this study include the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis, to test and prove the research hypothesis. The analysis shows that simultaneous clarity of Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction influences employee performance and partially the dominant effect on employee performance is the organizational culture.   Keywords: Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance.

The objectives of this study were: 1) to determine and analyze the effect of training on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 2) to determine and analyze the influence of competence on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 3) to determine and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo; 4) to identify and analyze the effect of training, competence and motivation simultaneously on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of Gorontalo. This research uses quantitative research methods with observation data collection techniques, interviews, questionnaires, literature study and literature review. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 20 program, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research that the researchers conducted show that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between training variables on employee performance in the office; 2) there is a positive and significant influence between competency variables on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of  Gorontalo; 3) there are positive and significant influence between motivation variables on employee performance in the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of  Gorontalo; 4) there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between training, competence and motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Djalaluddin Airport Operational Unit of  Gorontalo.

This research aims to revealed and look over the impact which caused by the training, compensation and leadership style towards the employee performance at PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia. This research were in type of causality research with a quantitative research methods. The data collection technique in this research was an explanatory survey method with the population was 1328 people with filtered sample to 100 respondents (Slovin, 10% error tolerance). The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis in way to examine the research hypothesis. The results showed that training, compensation, and leadership style had an influence both partially and simultaneously towards the employees performance at PT. Adhimix RMC Indonesia.
