The digital India is that the results of the varied technological and innovative advancements. These change the lives of people and also empower the society during a good manner. The ‘Digital India’ programme, a dream project of honorable Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi, emerge new progress in mostly sector related from IT. the most objective behind this idea is to form transparent & participative system. A vision of Digital India could even be a dream project of the govt. to vary India into a digitally empowered & knowledgeable economy atmosphere within the society, with better facilities for citizens by bringing coordination publicly accountability, digitally connecting and delivering the govt. services & programs to mobilize the potential of data technology across government sectors. Digital India program is an initiative to form technology access to every citizen of the country with a vision to rework India in to a digitally empowered country. It’s citizen-centric and should change the system of delivery of services hence will change the standard of life. A Vision of Digital India supported 3 Key Areas – (i) Digital Infrastructure as a Utility to every Citizen, (ii) Governance & Services on Demand, (iii) Digital Empowerment of Citizens. Nine Pillars of Digital India program are the numerous areas like Broadband Highways, Universal Access to Mobile Connectivity, Electronics Manufacturing, e-Governance, Public Internet Access Program, e-Kranti, IT for Jobs, Information for all and Early Harvest Projects. Each Pillar has own challenges which we've to manage and overcome to form the program a successful mission.

Abstract: Digital India is an umbrella programme that covers multiple Government Ministries and Departments. It is an effort to weave a large number of ideas and thoughts into a single, comprehensive vision so that each of them can be implemented as part of a larger goal. Digital India is to be implemented by the entire Government with overall coordination being done by the Department of Electronics and Information Technology (DeitY). It provides the much needed thrust to the nine pillars of growth areas, namely Broadband Highways, Universal Access to Mobile Connectivity, Public Internet Access Programme, eGovernance: Reforming Government through Technology, e-Kranti - Electronic Delivery of Services, Information for All, Electronics Manufacturing, IT for Jobs and Early Harvest Programmes. A number of digital health initiatives have also been rolled out under the programme, including in context of COVID-19 and pandemic response. A comprehensive real-time based IT platform ‘COVID India Portal’ has been launched in March 2020 in response to COVID -19 pandemic, for monitoring the situation, preparedness and management to control the COVID in the country.

High rise office building design is one of the essential buildings in construction industry due to the limited space especially in the urban area. After home, a high rise office building is an important space for human in modern era. Due to the issue of high energy consumption especially inefficient artificial light strategy, side-day lighting becomes the best solution for a high rise office building design. Despite providing efficient energy consumption, side-day lighting creates a positive impact to the worker as well as the office's indoor environment. Hence, this paper aims to explore the basic passive side-day lighting considerations that educate people especially for those who are involved in the building construction industry. Beside, this paper focuses on the passive design considerations due to the various advantages that not involved especially with complex electrical and mechanical system. A systematic literature review is the main methodology for this paper to identify the basic passive side-day lighting considerations for a high rise office building design. Base on this research, it revealed that eight elements for building design considerations should be applied to provide a better day lighting impact for a high rise office building design. Considerations for non-building design aspects should also need to be applied since those aspects contribute to produce a better day lighting impact for a high rise office building design.

Riset dampak pemberitaan penyalahgunaan formalin di sektor kelautan dan perikanan telah dilakukan pada tahun 2006. Riset ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauhmana dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat pemberitaan tentang penyalahgunaan formalin di sektor kelautan dan perikanan pada produsen dan konsumen. Pendekatan studi digunakan melalui analisis kebijakan. Data primer dan sekunder dirumuskan sesuai keperluan analisis kebijakan ini yaitu penelusuran terhadap dampak pemberitaan formalin terhadap produsen dan konsumen di sektor kelautan dan perikanan. Kemudian data hasil verifikasi dan survey lapang yang berasal dari kuesioner dan catatan lapangan (field notes) diolah secara deskriptif untuk mendapatkan interpretasi logis. Lokasi studi ditetapkan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan kriteria tersebut merupakan sentra penanganan dan pengolahan produk perikanan dan diberitakan banyak menggunakan bahan kimia formalin yaitu Jawa Barat (Karawang), Jawa Tengah (Semarang), DKI Jakarta dan Bandar Lampung. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa bagi produsen yang meliputi nelayan, pengolah dan pembudidaya ikan dampak negatif dari pemberitaan formalin adalah menurunnya permintaan ikan hasil tangkapan dan olahan sehingga pendapatan nelayan dan pengolah menjadi berkurang, sedangkan bagi konsumen dampak negatifnya konsumen jadi takut mengkonsumsi ikan laut dan hasil olahan sehingga lebih memilih mengkonsumsi tempe/tahu dan telur. Dampak positifnya bagi produsen baik nelayan dan pengolah yaitu sebagian dari mereka jadi mengetahui bahwa formalin tersebut membahayakan dan berusaha tidak menggunakan lagi. Dampak positif bagi konsumen bertambah pengetahuan tentang bahaya formalin sehingga mereka akan lebih hati-hati dalam mengkonsumsi ikan dan untuk sementara konsumsi ikan mereka dialihkan ke ikan hasil budidaya yang banyak dijual dalam kondisi hidup. Tittle: The Impact of Announcement on The Mis-used of Formalin in Marine and Fisheries SectorResearch on impact of mis-used of formalin in marine and fisheries sector have been done in 2006. The aim of the research was to show the impact of announcement on the mis-used of formalin to producers and consumers. Policy analysis approach was used as the method of study. Primary and secondary data were formulated accordingly to meet the requirement of the policy analysis, that is impact of media release on both side of producers and consumers. Verified data and field survey processed descriptively to build logical interpretation.The locations of study were specified in purpose to represent the center of handling and processing of fisheries product indicated with formalyn abuse. These location were West Java (Karawang), Central Java (Semarang), DKI Jakarta and Bandar Lampung. The results of study showed that the negative impacts of the news on formalin abuse to the producers were decreasing on demand of catch and processed fish products, which in turn reduce the income of the fisherman and fish processors. On the other side, the consumer shift their preference to other products such as tempe, tofu and eggs. The positive impacts to the fisherman and fish processors were the knowledge of the danger of formalin abuse on their products and they avoid to use the chemical. The positive impact on fish consumers were the awareness on formalin use on health arose and temporary their fish consumption shifted to the aqucultured fish which sold in living form.

Since May 2006, the BRAC Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) Programme in Bangladesh has enabled more than 30 million people to achieve hygienic sanitation, contributing to an increase in sanitation coverage from 33 to 83% in programme areas and rapid progress towards universal access. In rural areas, most families have single pit latrines that need to be emptied when full. Since 2007, BRAC has promoted the use of hygienic double-pit latrines. Use of double-pit latrines, where appropriate, is also recommended in the Bangladeshi Draft National Water Supply and Sanitation Strategy. More than 800,000 double-pit latrines are in use in BRAC WASH areas, delaying the need for emptying and allowing time for the fecal matter to decompose while the resting pit is sealed. This paper focuses on a study undertaken by BRAC WASH to treat and safely use fecal material from double pit latrines as an organic fertilizer for rice and other crops. The study investigated the removal of pathogens from pit waste through simple solar drying and conducted analysis on nutrient properties of fecal sludge. The study showed a significant positive impact on developing organic fertilizer from fecal sludge.

Access to ‘all the world’s knowledge’ is an ancient aspiration; a less venerable, but equally vigorous, universalism strives for the borderless protection of authors’ rights. Late 19th-century law and politics brought us copyright universalism; 21st-century technology may bring us the universal digital library. But how can ‘all the world’s knowledge’ be delivered, on demand, to users anywhere in the world (with Internet access), if the copyrights of the creators and publishers of many of those works are supposed to be enforceable almost everywhere in the world? Does it follow that the universal digital library of the near future threatens copyright holders? Or are libraries the endangered species of the impending era, as publishers partner with for-profit Internet intermediaries to make books ubiquitously available? Does access-triumphalism therefore risk giving us not the universal digital library, but the universal digital bookstore? And, whether libraries or commercial intermediaries offer access, how will the world’s authors fare?

On May 20, 2014, the Royal Army imposed martial law on Thailand, with the declared purpose of restoring peace to the people. Allegedly, the military intervened to put an end to seven months of political turmoil that had begun when the PDRC—the English acronym for the Thai People's Committee for Absolute Democracy with the King as Head of State—occupied key street intersections and government offices in Bangkok. The conservative mobilization had demanded the deposition of elected Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra and the complete dismissal of “the Thaksin system”—a network that had dominated electoral politics in the previous thirteen years, in the PDRC's view through corruption and vote-buying. To fight this injustice, the PDRC had called for deep constitutional reforms before the next elections could be held.
