Human resources are part of a progress in science, development and technology. In order to achieve the objectives of an organization within the government environment, good employee performance is needed. A performance can be said to be good if in doing a job get results in accordance with the objectives, both in quality, quantity and time in accordance with predetermined targets and in accordance with established performance standards. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 68 respondents who were in the office of the district head of Sitinjau Laut and the office of Danau Kerinci. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has an effect on and significant on employee performance, empowerment has an effect on and significant on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline, empowerment and job satisfaction jointly has a significant and significant effect on the performance of employees in the office of the district head of Sitinjau Laut and the office of Danau Kerinci.

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot even be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. The government in carrying out its duties and responsibilities are required to produce good performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, competence and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study as many as 9 5 respondents who are at BKPSDMD Kerinci. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership influences and significantly affects employee performance , competence influences and significantly affects employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership , competence and work discipline jointly influences and significantly affects the performance of Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD employees.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the selection, training and employment systems. satisfaction both collectively and partially on the performance of employees at PT Lion Air Group from Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu before the pandemic  covid - 19. Data was collected through direct observation and surveys by distributing questionnaires and interviews to employees of PT. Lion Air Group Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu before the pandemic covid -19 to become a plague in Indonesia. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the selection system, training and job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance before the spread of the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment and significant effect on employee performance, work environment influences and significantly affects employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment, work environment and work discipline jointly influences and significantly affects employee performance Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD.

Humans descended as a khalifa on earth that one of its duties is to realize the prosperity of the ummah. In the context of Indonesia, one of the roles of khalifa is manifested in a governmental structure such as a village apparatus. Of course in carrying out the task a khalifa should have high motivation of work as a form of professionalism like the hadith narrated by Ahmad. This study aims to determine the relevance of human resource and work motivation in the performance dynamics of village office apparatus in Wongsorejo Subdistrict either partially or simultaneously. The population in this study is the government officials in the villages in entire Wongsorejo sub-district consists of 12 villages totaling 206 with a sample of 103 people selected by proportional random sampling. And then the data is analizing by using multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the research shows that the positive and significant influence of human resources and work motivation has significant effect to the performance dynamics either partially or simultaneously. The influence of human resources and work motivation to the dynamics of performance are by 42 percent.

The importance of Human Resources needs to be realized by every level of management in the company, in order to improve the company's development. This research was conducted by researchers with the aim of testing and analyzing the influence of communication, leadership and incentives on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. In this study, the method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Where the total population amounted to 176 consumers and the number of samples in this study amounted to 122 consumers. From the results of this study conducted by researchers, it was found that partially and simultaneously the quality of communication, leadership and incentives had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jaya Anugrah Sukses Abadi. The coefficient of determination is 0.653 which means 65.3% of employee performance which can be explained by communication, leadership and incentives, while the remaining 34.7% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, pengembangan karier, beban kerja, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Jeneponto. Metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, dokumen,  penyebaran kuesioner, serta studi literatur dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai khususnya pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Jeneponto, pengembangan karier mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, beban kerja, mempunyai pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja  mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai khususnya pada BKPSDM Kabupaten Jeneponto. This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of competence, career development, workload, work discipline on employee performance at the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM) Jeneponto Regency. Methods of data collection are through observation, documents, distributing questionnaires, and literature studies and data analysis techniques use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, especially at BKPSDM Jeneponto Regency, career development has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, workload, has a negative and significant impact on employee performance, work discipline, and has a positive and significant impact on employee performance, especially at BKPSDM Jeneponto Regency.

This research aims to find empirically evidence that has influence of motivation, organizational commitment, discipline, and job satisfaction to employee performance. The samples of this study was 65 employees who work as financial affair of corporative in lubuk linggau. The data obtained wers analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. The research concludes that: motivation, organizational commitment, discipline, and job satisfaction has positive influence on the performance of the who work as financial officer.Keywords : Motivation, Organisational Commitment, Discipline, Satisfaction, and Employee Performance.

This article aims to explain the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents 80 people taken based on the Slovin formula was used as the sample of this study. Based on the analysis results obtained by the linear equation Y = 1.031 + 0.076X1 + 0.368X2 + 0.297X3. From the results of the analysis it was found that the value of the test variable job satisfaction shows a significance value of 0.325> 0.05, then job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Tsig test value of organizational commitment variable shows a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, then organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. And the test value of the organizational culture variable shows a significance value of 0.009 <0.05, the organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.294. This means that the variable Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture affect Employee Performance at the Cut Meutia Hospital in Langsa City by 0.294 or 29.4%, while the remaining 70.6% It can be concluded that the variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously have a significant effect simultaneously on the Y variable. This means that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture together have a significant influence on employee performance

Background/ Purpose - To find out what factors influence employee performance at Semen Indonesia International University (UISI). Design / Methodology / Approach - This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were UISI employees and lecturers who had structural positions at UISI where only lecturers were not used as respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 79 respondents. The data analysis of this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the assistance of the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program as if the statistical data. Results and Discussion - The results of this study found that instrument testing, classic assumption tests, t tests, coefficient of determination (R2) and multiple linear regression analysis on the compensation variable hypothesis, work environment, organizational culture, leadership, motivation and job satisfaction showed no significant influence on employee performance so the hypothesis is rejected. While the variable work discipline shows a significant effect on employee performance. Conclusion - Based on the results of the study prove that all hypotheses are acceptable (compensation, work environment, organizational culture, leadership, motivation and job satisfaction have no significant effect on employee performance. While work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance). Research Implications - It is expected that the results of this study can add insight related to improving employee performance to pay attention to aspects of work discipline.

(3) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. (4) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. (6) Motivasi, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Alami Gresik.
