This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the selection, training and employment systems. satisfaction both collectively and partially on the performance of employees at PT Lion Air Group from Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Airport, Palu before the pandemic  covid - 19. Data was collected through direct observation and surveys by distributing questionnaires and interviews to employees of PT. Lion Air Group Mutiara Sis Al-Jufri Palu before the pandemic covid -19 to become a plague in Indonesia. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the selection system, training and job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on employee performance before the spread of the covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. Human resources are part of a progress in science, development and technology. In order to achieve the objectives of an organization within the government environment, good employee performance is needed. A performance can be said to be good if in doing a job get results in accordance with the objectives, both in quality, quantity and time in accordance with predetermined targets and in accordance with established performance standards. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, empowerment and job satisfaction on employee performance. The sample used in this study were 68 respondents who were in the office of the district head of Sitinjau Laut and the office of Danau Kerinci. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has an effect on and significant on employee performance, empowerment has an effect on and significant on employee performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance, work discipline, empowerment and job satisfaction jointly has a significant and significant effect on the performance of employees in the office of the district head of Sitinjau Laut and the office of Danau Kerinci.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the work environment and work facilities on the performance of the employees of PT. Telkom (Engineering Section) Merauke Branch. With data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and t-test results of 3.567 for X1 variables (work environment) and X2 variables (work facilities) 2.16 and f-test 12.724. The conclusion of this research is that by paying attention to the work environment and adding work facilities it will have a good impact on employee performance.

Human resources (HR) is one of the most important factors that cannot even be separated from an organization, both institutions and companies. The government in carrying out its duties and responsibilities are required to produce good performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, competence and work discipline on employee performance. The sample used in this study as many as 9 5 respondents who are at BKPSDMD Kerinci. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that leadership influences and significantly affects employee performance , competence influences and significantly affects employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership , competence and work discipline jointly influences and significantly affects the performance of Kerinci Regency BKPSDMD employees.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, competence and work environment on employee performance. The population in this study were all employees of the Pratama Tax Office in Bantul. The sample in this study amounted to 45 respondents using accidental sampling. By using a questionnaire to collect primary data, and respondents were 45. The technique used regression analysis to determine the effect of knowledge sharing, competence and the Work Environment on employee performance. The results show multiple linear regression analysis, namely the T test shows that competency has a significant effect on employee performance. F test results show knowledge sharing, competence and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Keywords: knowledge sharing, competence, work environment, employee performance. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, kompetensi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh kayawan kantor pelayanan pajak pratama Bantul. Sampel dalam penelitan ini berjumlah 45 responden dengan menggunakan accidental sampling.  Dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data primer, dan responden adalah 45. Teknik yang digunakan analisis regresi untuk mengetahui pengaruh knowledge sharing, kompetensi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil menunjukkan analisis regresi linear berganda yaitu pada uji T menunjukkan knowledge sharing tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,017 dimana nilai ini diatas 0,05. Sedangkan Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,048 dimana nilai ini dibawah 0,05. Lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 0,895 dimana nilai ini diatas 0,05. Kata kunci : knowledge Sharing, Kompetensi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan.

This research aims to find empirically evidence that has influence of motivation, organizational commitment, discipline, and job satisfaction to employee performance. The samples of this study was 65 employees who work as financial affair of corporative in lubuk linggau. The data obtained wers analyzed by using multiple linear regression analysis. This article aims to explain the effect of job satisfaction, organizational culture and organizational commitment on employee performance. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The number of respondents 80 people taken based on the Slovin formula was used as the sample of this study. Based on the analysis results obtained by the linear equation Y = 1.031 + 0.076X1 + 0.368X2 + 0.297X3. From the results of the analysis it was found that the value of the test variable job satisfaction shows a significance value of 0.325> 0.05, then job satisfaction does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Tsig test value of organizational commitment variable shows a significance value of 0.002 <0.05, then organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. And the test value of the organizational culture variable shows a significance value of 0.009 <0.05, the organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Adjusted R Square value of 0.294. This means that the variable Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture affect Employee Performance at the Cut Meutia Hospital in Langsa City by 0.294 or 29.4%, while the remaining 70.6% It can be concluded that the variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously have a significant effect simultaneously on the Y variable. This means that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and organizational culture together have a significant influence on employee performance

Background/ Purpose - To find out what factors influence employee performance at Semen Indonesia International University (UISI). Design / Methodology / Approach - This research is quantitative research. The sample in this study were UISI employees and lecturers who had structural positions at UISI where only lecturers were not used as respondents. The sampling technique uses simple random sampling and obtained a sample of 79 respondents. The data analysis of this study used multiple linear regression analysis using the assistance of the IBM SPSS Statistics 23 program as if the statistical data. Results and Discussion - The results of this study found that instrument testing, classic assumption tests, t tests, coefficient of determination (R2) and multiple linear regression analysis on the compensation variable hypothesis, work environment, organizational culture, leadership, motivation and job satisfaction showed no significant influence on employee performance so the hypothesis is rejected. While the variable work discipline shows a significant effect on employee performance. Conclusion - Based on the results of the study prove that all hypotheses are acceptable (compensation, work environment, organizational culture, leadership, motivation and job satisfaction have no significant effect on employee performance. While work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee performance). Research Implications - It is expected that the results of this study can add insight related to improving employee performance to pay attention to aspects of work discipline.

This study aims to determine the influence of Islamic work ethic and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of the BTN Syariah Malang Branch in 2018. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that based on multiple linear regression analysis test results (t test) note that Islamic work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise with organizational commitment that gives a significant effect on employee performance. Multiple linear regression analysis simultaneously (f test) known that the two independent variables of Islamic work ethic and organizational commitment have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of this study concluded that Islamic work ethic and organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance.

This study aims to analyze the influence of the application of work culture (corporate culture)  on employee performance at PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang. The processed  data is the result of a questionnaire from 32 respondents. The analytical method applied in this  research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that work culture  (X) has a simultaneous effect on employee performance (Y). This research is expected to  provide benefits to PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang to improve employee  performance.    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh penerapan budaya kerja (corporate  culture) terhadap kinerja pegawai pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Puskopat Palembang.  Data yang diolah merupakan hasil kuesioner dari 32 responden. Metode analisis yang  diterapkan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian  membuktikan bahwa budaya kerja (X) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai  (Y). Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat pada PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat  Puskopat Palembang untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya.
