Актуальность статьи обусловлена тем, что мотивация достижений у студентов спортивных вузов отличается разной степенью сформированности, что отражается в нестабильности их результатов. Автором рассмотрены наиболее актуальные проблемы формирования мотивации достижения. Целью статьи выступило изучение степени сформированности мотивации достижений у студентов спортивных вузов. Проведенное исследование показало, что мотивационная сфера студентов отличается следующими особенностями: не устойчивостью и разной степенью сформированности от низкого до высокого уровней. В исследовании показано наличие противоречий между высоким уровнем притязаний на достижения и страхом неудачи у студентов-спортсменов, что находит отражение в нестабильности их результатов и импульсивности поведения. Полученные выводы указывают на необходимость внедрения в учебно-воспитательный процесс вуза программы формирования мотивации достижений, которая должна быть направлена на развитие тех качеств личности, которые способствуют адекватному переживанию спортивных успехов и неудач. Статья предназначена для преподавателей спортивных вузов, аспирантов и студентов высших учебных заведений, практических работников образования. The relevance of the article is due to the fact that the motivation of achievements among students of sports universities differs in different degrees of formation, which is reflected in the instability of their results. The author considers the most pressing problems of the formation of achievement motivation. The purpose of the article was to study the degree of formation of achievement motivation among students of sports universities. The study showed that the motivational sphere of students is distinguished by the following features: not stability and varying degrees of formation from low to high levels. The study shows the presence of contradictions between a high level of aspirations for achievement and the fear of failure among student athletes, which is reflected in the instability of their results and impulsivity of behavior. The findings indicate the need to introduce a program for the formation of achievement motivation into the educational process of the university, which should be aimed at developing those personality traits that contribute to the adequate experience of sports successes and failures. The article is intended for teachers of sports universities, graduate students and students of higher educational institutions, practical education workers.

The article addresses the problem of evaluating the results of specialists as they graduate from their training. There are difficulties, not only with the decreasing number of students in training courses, but also with inadequate methods for educational management. There is a growing need for managers and subject lecturers to obtain information on the results of specialists’ training and graduation. This article sets out a method for evaluating the results of the educational management using the probability multiplication theorem for dependent events. The study shows that the results of the educational process can - and should - be managed if the results of training and graduation are periodically evaluated. At the same time, the evaluation results are of great value to the university and improve the educational management. They show the scale of the specialists’ training and graduation in relation to their training task and create a data base for subjects enabling appropriate managerial decisions aimed at maximizing approaching the results of the specialists’ graduation to their training task. It is of practical and scientific importance for the permanent staff of vocational educational institutions when developing managerial decisions for qualified specialists’ training, as well as for graduate students and researchers involved in the study of the effectiveness of educational management.

The article is devoted to the analysis of topical ideas on the problem of teaching students of high school pedagogical сonflictology. Specific emphasis is put on the technology of its study. The urgency of the problem lies in the fact that in today's Ukraine, pedagogical conflictology is gradually formed due to theoretical-empirical research. Scientists are actively developing historical, comparative, methodological, didactic and other aspects of it. From the beginning of the XXI century. pedagogical conflicts began to be studied in higher educational institutions due to the new discipline – pedagogical conflictology. The article discusses some of the features of teaching translation in regional higher educational institutions. The factors influencing the organization of the learning process are considered, and the possibilities of using modern approaches in the preparation of professional translators are analyzed. Today, life itself dictates the need to create a new system of personal and professional development of modern specialists in the field of intercultural communication. The following factors can be identified as the main ones affecting the efficiency and success of the educational process: geographical, social and economic and educational. Geographic refers to the growing number of universities that train translators not in the capital but in regional higher educational institutions. Higher educational institutions, which yesterday were technical, economic and even agricultural have recently received the status of universities and today are actively engaged in the training of future translators. Under the socio-economic component, the problem of the material and technical base of the university and the provision of such faculties and departments with qualified specialists is considered. Educational factor means the level of foreign language proficiency and it should be mentioned that it is not enough profound for translation activity. The training of translators is based on the position that training in translation and interpretation should be carried out by different methods. It is necessary to provide practice in this activity to each student Practice shows that significant difficulties in teaching translation arise due to a lack of understanding of the textual nature of the translation process, due to the inability to isolate nationally specific features, and also due to insufficient knowledge of the algorithm of translation actions. Therefore, from the very beginning, the training of future translators should be aimed at the formation of professional translation competence. The inclusion of the educational process in real life, allows the teacher to demonstrate clearly what the knowledge and training in the classroom turned out to be successful and useful, and what needs correction and improvement for successful work.

The article shows the expediency and significance of the work on social-pedagogical adaptation of first-year students of higher educational institutions under the new sociocultural conditions of our time. The search for effective ways of harmonizing the relations (interaction) with the social environment, being the basis for successful socialization and professional training of a future specialist, plays an important role under imperfect organizational and pedagogical support of social-pedagogical adaptation of the first-year students of higher educational institutions. The objective of the research is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions of successful social-pedagogical adaptation of the first-year students of higher educational institutions. The research uses theoretical methods (theoretical analysis, generalization and synthesis), empirical methods (observation, questioning, conversation); experimental work; the Student’s criterion and correlation analysis were used as methods of mathematical processing of experimental data. To provide the process of social-pedagogical adaptation of the first-year students, the authors propose the following pedagogical conditions for successful adaptation of the first-year students, allowing, from the viewpoint of integrity of the social-pedagogical adaptation processes, to design and implement the group and individual strategies of the personal trajectories of students’ self-development, and to simultaneously solve the tasks of social, personal and professional development of future specialists: 1) the ability of the university professor to assist a student in their self-cognition, stimulating their personal self-development through motivating their interest in the chosen profession basing on pedagogy of cooperation, creating adequate conditions for expanding the possibility of personally significant and professional qualities of each student; 2) organization of an educational environment aimed at reducing anxiety, apprehension, inner discomfort, where a student realizes themselves as a team member, feels comfortable, which ensures the transformation of the structural components of professionalism as socially important qualities into personal ones; 3) social-pedagogical adaptation of the first-year students becomes an integral part of the university, when the student, without continuous internal and external conflicts, successfully carries out any activity in the educational environment in the context of personality-activity approach, and serves as a means for students to develop adequate self-esteem, advanced self-regulation, and high productivity, which is the basis for the development of activity, independence, and creativity.The authors provide the ways of implementing the revealed pedagogical conditions and the results of the formative experiment, which lead to the following conclusions: active social-pedagogical intervention, timely correction of the educational process, aimed at effective adaptation of the first-year students, through personal interaction basing on pedagogy of cooperation, ensures rapid adaptation of students in a new educational environment, which leads to value attitude to their future profession.

The purpose of this article is to consider the content characteristics of the process of formation of speech abilities of students of higher educational institutions, methods of teaching speech and the possibility of their application in the educational process. The main methods of research of speech competence were theoretical and methodological analysis of the problem, comparative analysis, experiment, as well as mathematical methods of data processing that allow us to determine stable relationships and relationships, trends and patterns. In the course of the research, the coherence and complexity of students ' utterances were considered at the speech level. The analysis of the products of students 'speech activity allowed us to consider the linguistic characteristics of the text at the language, speech and content-semantic levels, and psychological, operational-dynamic, motivational, cognitive, emotional, regulatory and productive components of students' speech actions.
