College of Vocational IPB University (SV-IPB) uses a client-server system as an information technology architecture. The server provides several services that are used to assist the teaching and learning process at the IPB Vocational School. The application used to provide services is the Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (MOODLE) which is used for e-learning. SV-IPB provides two Virtual Machines which are used as a web server and a database server. The use of a single web server to replace the request is certainly less stable because there is no web server to back it up so that the service will stop. This situation states that the use of a single web server does not have high information (high available). To overcome this problem, the cluster technology can be used to group several web servers in SV-IPB. The web server clustering technology used is the Gluster File System (GlusterFS) with the volume type used, namely Distributed-replicated volume. Based on the tests that have been carried out, this project can solve the problem that has been described earlier that "one web server is down, there is still another web server that can so that the client request process does not stop. In addition, the clustering technology used is required for the use of load balancing web servers so that it can reduce the load on each server because the request process will be sent alternately between web servers.

Teaching and learning process in SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang are still conventional, where the students and teacher activities are only conducted in classroom. Various teaching concepts and techniques have been developed to complement the conventional methods that rely solely on a one-way method of learning andteaching in the classroom. One of teaching methods is currently being developed is e-learning. E-learning is Teachers’aid in distributing their materials where they must not attend in classroom, but use internet access. It is the best way to maximized the studying time in limited rooms.E-learning could help teaching and  learning process more efficient. To realize E-learning Application in SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang, it can be carried out by Learning Management System (LMS) design using Moodle. Moodle (Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) is one off the free LMS that can be downloaded, be utilized and be modified with a license as GPU (General Public License). The E-learning website will be used as additional discussion media for discussing unfinished learning materials, and multiple-choice exams and submitted tasks.

Objective - E-learning has been an integrated teaching and learning approach in higher educational institutions and considered as a way forward in creating lifelong learners. In Architectural studies, where design is a major component, software's are vastly used as designing tools. Recent years saw an increasing awareness of green architecture, taking into account the sustainability where the absence of or efficient technology in a building playing a major role in creating sustainable architecture. In an attempt to enhance the design through technical module a traditional case study project has been converted into a simulation project to create a dynamic learning much needed by Architecture students. This paper examines the value of using simulation to study the effectiveness of shading device and its effect on student's learning. Methodology - The investigation is conducted by evaluating the learning outcome of architecture students in a private institute of higher education in Malaysia by using a questionnaire to collect data from a group of 30 volunteers from 105 architectural students whom have completed the module. Findings - Architecture Design Studio based learning in a Technical Study module, students were able to enhance their critical thinking skills based on the scientific approach. Overall, it allowed for the development of the student's discipline-specific knowledge, gaining new knowledge and skills to simulate using digital tool and enhance their analytical skills. Novelty – The paper emphasises the dynamic learning as an integrated approach to designing and an effective way to intensify lifelong learning by instilling e-learning methods as a way forward in teaching and learning architecture students. With the explosive use of internet, contemporary web servers are susceptible to overloads during which their services deteriorate drastically and often lead to denial of services. Many companies are trying to address this problem using multiple web servers with a front-end load balancer. Load balancing has been found to provide an effective and scalable way of managing the ever-increasing web traffic. Load balancing is one of the central problems that have to be solved in parallel queueing web server system. To analyze load balancing this paper presents a queueing system that has two web servers. Firstly the centralized load balancing system is considered. The next, two routing policies are studied, the average response time and the rejection rate are derived. Finally some of our results are further considered.

This e-learning website was built for students of SMPLB and SMALB on SLBN 1 Palangka Raya who have special needs in terms of hearing and moving. Teachers in the classroom more often use video and picture media, this is certainly not a problem when students are in class, but when students are at home and want to repeat the learning, of course this will be an obstacle. Based on thats problems, it is expected that this Palangkaraya SLBN 1 E-Learning Website can facilitate the teaching and learning process of overcoming these learning problems. Designing and building e-learning for students of Palangka Raya 1 SMPLB using the Waterfall software development method according to Sommerville (2011: 29-30) This website was built using PHP and SQLyog as a database processor and XAMPP as a web server. The testing method carried out on the website is a blackbox testing.

Many South African educational institutions are adopting learning management systems (LMS) into their daily teaching and learning practice. The Western Cape Education Department piloted Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (Moodle), an LMS for improving teaching and learning. The objective of the research reported on here was to determine whether Moodle improved Grade 10 learners’ conceptual understanding of the topic, functions, in mathematics. The research investigated two classes; one dependent upon a traditional chalk-and-talk teaching method (control), and another exposed to Moodle (experimental). It was found that learners constructed their own knowledge by drawing on resources embedded in Moodle and framed within a Social Constructivist theory. A hybrid e-learning framework was deployed; learners acquired knowledge by interacting with computers. Interaction was monitored and results were recorded using online surveys and tests. A quasi-experimental design was employed to compare the groups. The comparisons were statistically analysed. Results showed that the functionalities within the Moodle LMS were instrumental in improving conceptual understanding of mathematical functions.

One of the providers of cloud computing services is the Google Cloud Platform developed by Google LLC. PT Lintas Data Indonesia as a vendor and distributor of technology devices is in dire need of a web server for the publicity of its products. At present, PT Lintas Data Indonesia's web server system still uses the services of hostgator hosting providers with packages with limited resources and also cannot implement system load balances and fail over on the current server system, in terms of latency access speed when pinging web servers in HostGator is quite high up to 200Ms. To improve the performance of a web server so that a load balance and fail over system can be implemented, migrating to the Google Cloud Platform environment is a solution that is expected to be able to handle existing problems. The advantages of Google Cloud Platform are servers that are rented for web servers in the form of Virtual Private Servers (VPS) so that they are easy to maintain and if you want to upgrade services. The addition of three web servers in the cluster with HAProxy server makes PT Lintas Data Indonesia's web server service more reliable in handling requests, load balances with round robin methods and fail over web servers and with HAProxy it is proven that it can increase up to 150% in handling latency issues previously it was around 30Ms.

Lecture courses in the English Language Education Study Program of STKIP Setiabudhi Rangkasbitung are still conducted in face-to-face class, so the students who do not attend lectures cannot know the pronunciation material at that time, because the Pronunciation course is a practical course in the English pronunciation system. The E-Learning Pronunciation is built so that lectures can be carried out anywhere and anytime without reducing the quality of the teaching and learning process. Therefore, the students who are left behind can continue to follow the Pronunciation course material, as well as habituating students in utilizing communication and information technology. E-Learning Pronunciation is important to be built to improve the ability of students’ pronunciation when doing distance learning, so that students are clearer and more firm in understanding Pronunciation so that there are no errors in English pronunciation. Participants in this study were first semester students of English education study programs. This study uses an experimental research design with the Prototype System development method and system of testing uses Black box testing.

Abstract The internet can be made as a way to transfer knowledge from lecturers to students, while Learning that utilizes the internet is one of the E-Learning Learning media. E-learning is distance learning that utilizes computer technology or computer networks or the Internet E-learning, so that it can enable the learning process through computers in their respective places without having to physically go to attend classes or lectures in class, Systems e-learning learning is a new way of teaching and learning. E-learning as a special learning media PAI courses provide a very important role and a large function in the course because so far there are many shortcomings and weaknesses such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process through E-learning which prioritizes the efficiency of learning so students get full teaching even though they do not have to be face to face, can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, according to the assignments given by the lecturer usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The development of education towards e-learning is a must so that the quality standards of education can be improved, E-learning is one of the uses of internet technology in the delivery of learning and its broad reach. E-learning adalah pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance learning) yang memanfaatkan  teknologi komputer atau jaringan komputer atau internet E-learning, sehingga dapat  memungkinkan proses pembelajaran melalui komputer di tempat mereka  masing– masing tanpa harus secara fisik  pergi  mengikuti pelajaran atau pun  perkuliahan di kelas,  Sistem pembelajaran e-learning adalah cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar. E-learning  sebagai   media pembelajaran khususnya mata kuliah PAI memberikan  peran   sangat   penting  dan fungsi yang besar pada mata kuliah tersebut karena selama  ini terdapat banyak  kekurangan  dan kelemahan seperti keterbatasan ruang dan waktu dalam  proses belajar  mengajar melalui E-learning yang  mengedepankan keefisienan dalam belajar sehingga  mahasiswa mendapat pengajaran yang penuh meski tidak harus bertatap muka, juga bisa di akses di mana saja, kapan saja,  sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen biasanya terjadwal dengan  batas  waktu  yang  di tentukan. Pengembangan  pendidikan menuju e-learning merupakan suatu keharusan agar standar mutu pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan,  E-learning merupakan salah satu penggunaan teknologi internet dalam penyampaian  pembelajaran  serta  jangkauannya yang luas. E-learning  juga dapat menjadi jawaban dari suatu permasalahan kesehatan yaitu Pandemi Corona (Covid-19) ini yang sangat berpengaruh juga pada setiap aspek kehidupan terutama bidang pendidikan.Kata kunci  :  Keefektifitas, Pemanfaatan, Pendidikan Agama Islam,  E-Learning, Covid 19.

Electronic learning or online learning is a part of recent education which is dramatically used in universities all over the world. As well as the use and integration of e-learning is at the crucial stage in all developing countries. It is the most significant part of education that enhances and improves the educational system. This paper is to examine the hindrances that influence e-learning in Nigerian university system. In order to have an inclusive research, a case study research was performed in Evangel University, Akaeze, southeast of Nigeria. The paper demonstrates similar hindrances on country side. This research is a blend of questionnaires and interviews, the questionnaires was distributed to lecturers and an interview was conducted with management and information technology unit. Research had shown the use of e-learning in university education which has influenced effectively and efficiently the education system and that the University education in Nigeria is at the crucial stage of e-learning. Hence, some of the hindrances are avoiding unbeaten integration of e-learning. The aim of this research is to unravel the barriers that impede the integration of e-learning in universities in Nigeria. Nevertheless, e-learning has modified the teaching and learning approach but integration is faced with many challenges in Nigerian University.
