This e-learning website was built for students of SMPLB and SMALB on SLBN 1 Palangka Raya who have special needs in terms of hearing and moving. Teachers in the classroom more often use video and picture media, this is certainly not a problem when students are in class, but when students are at home and want to repeat the learning, of course this will be an obstacle. Based on thats problems, it is expected that this Palangkaraya SLBN 1 E-Learning Website can facilitate the teaching and learning process of overcoming these learning problems. Designing and building e-learning for students of Palangka Raya 1 SMPLB using the Waterfall software development method according to Sommerville (2011: 29-30) This website was built using PHP and SQLyog as a database processor and XAMPP as a web server. The testing method carried out on the website is a blackbox testing.

AbstrakDalam proses pembelajaran saat ini, pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis aplikasi dan internet adalah keharusan. Pembelajaran melalui jaringan internet untuk mendukung Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar juga sudah banyak dilakukan. Kegiatan belajar mengajar adalah proses transfer ilmu dari guru sebagai pengajar kepada siswa sebagai objek dalam mempelajari sebuah materi pelajaran. Guru dan siswa harus dapat berinteraksi secara timbal balik untuk saling mempengaruhi dan dipengaruhi satu sama lainya. Salah satu pelajaran yang cukup sulit dipahami oleh siswa kelas empat sekolah dasar adalah pelajaran sejarah. Pelajaran sejarah kurang dapat dipahami karena kurang menarik dalam proses pembelajarannya, terutama pokok bahasan tentang candi. Kegiatan belajar mengajar yang seperti itu membutuhkan media dengan memanfaatkan teknologi pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi interaktif. Website dan aplikasi mobile dipandang sangat baik untuk mendukung pembelajaran elektronik digital (e-learning). Salah satu teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan adalah teknologi virtual reality. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik wawancara dan studi literatur. Untuk pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan metode software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Aplikasi pembelajaran Virtual Reality ini membuat siswa lebih mudah. Aplikasi ini mendukung e-learning dengan memiliki kelebihan dapat belajar dimanapun dan kapanpun dengan konten-konten yang berupa text, image, serta video. Kata Kunci : aplikasi, virtual reality, candi, sekolah dasar  AbstractIn today's learning process, the use of application-based technology and the internet is imperative. Learning through internet networks to support Teaching and Learning Activities has also been widely practiced. Teaching and learning activities are the processes of transferring knowledge from the teacher as a teacher to students as an object in learning a subject matter. One of the subjects that are quite difficult to understand for fourth-grade elementary school students is history lessons. History lessons are less understandable because they are less interested in the learning process, especially the subject of temples. Such teaching and learning activities require media by utilizing learning technology by utilizing interactive applications. Websites and mobile applications are considered very good for supporting digital electronic learning (e-learning). One of the technologies that can be utilized is virtual reality technology. The research method used is a quantitative approach with interviews and literary techniques. For application development using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This Virtual Reality learning application makes students easier. Abstract The internet can be made as a way to transfer knowledge from lecturers to students, while Learning that utilizes the internet is one of the E-Learning Learning media. E-learning is distance learning that utilizes computer technology or computer networks or the Internet E-learning, so that it can enable the learning process through computers in their respective places without having to physically go to attend classes or lectures in class, Systems e-learning learning is a new way of teaching and learning. E-learning as a special learning media PAI courses provide a very important role and a large function in the course because so far there are many shortcomings and weaknesses such as the limitations of space and time in the teaching and learning process through E-learning which prioritizes the efficiency of learning so students get full teaching even though they do not have to be face to face, can also be accessed anywhere, anytime, according to the assignments given by the lecturer usually scheduled with a specified deadline. The development of education towards e-learning is a must so that the quality standards of education can be improved, E-learning is one of the uses of internet technology in the delivery of learning and its broad reach. E-learning adalah pembelajaran jarak jauh (distance learning) yang memanfaatkan  teknologi komputer atau jaringan komputer atau internet E-learning, sehingga dapat  memungkinkan proses pembelajaran melalui komputer di tempat mereka  masing– masing tanpa harus secara fisik  pergi  mengikuti pelajaran atau pun  perkuliahan di kelas,  Sistem pembelajaran e-learning adalah cara baru dalam proses belajar mengajar. E-learning  sebagai   media pembelajaran khususnya mata kuliah PAI memberikan  peran   sangat   penting  dan fungsi yang besar pada mata kuliah tersebut karena selama  ini terdapat banyak  kekurangan  dan kelemahan seperti keterbatasan ruang dan waktu dalam  proses belajar  mengajar melalui E-learning yang  mengedepankan keefisienan dalam belajar sehingga  mahasiswa mendapat pengajaran yang penuh meski tidak harus bertatap muka, juga bisa di akses di mana saja, kapan saja,  sesuai dengan tugas yang diberikan oleh dosen biasanya terjadwal dengan  batas  waktu  yang  di tentukan. Pengembangan  pendidikan menuju e-learning merupakan suatu keharusan agar standar mutu pendidikan dapat ditingkatkan,  E-learning merupakan salah satu penggunaan teknologi internet dalam penyampaian  pembelajaran  serta  jangkauannya yang luas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembuatan aplikasi android menggunakan iSpring sebagai alternatif desain dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran daring. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode Library Research atau Kajian Kepustakaan. Ispring Presenter merupakan salah satu tool yang mengubah file presentasi yang kompatibel dengan Power Point untuk menjadikan bentuk Flash. Pembelajaran e-learning mengguakan iSpring membantu peserta didik dalam memanfaatkan teknologi dengan cerdas. Proses pembelajaran menggunakan iSpring, akan membantu peserta didik belajar sesuai dengan gaya belajar setiap peserta didik serta mendapatkan kebebasan saat belajar tampa keterbatasan waktu dan lokasi. Proses belajar mengajar lebih menarik, sehingga dapat memotivasi dan materi yang disampaikan dalam desain aplikasi iSpring lebih dapat dipahami. This research method uses the Library Research method or literature review. Ispring Presenter is a tool that converts PowerPoint compatible presentation files to Flash format. E-learning learning using iSpring helps students to use technology smartly. The learning process using iSpring, will help students learn in accordance with the learning style of each student and get freedom when learning without the limitations of time and location. The teaching and learning process is more interesting, so that it can motivate and the material presented in the iSpring application design is more understandable. A suggestion to School From Home during Covid-19 pandemic made learning process at RA Riyadlotul Uqul, Dusun Lowok, less optimally. Online learning takes place in the form of assignments, and those who haven’t gadgets continue to study at school in turn. The purposes of this service activvity is to develop learning media that is suitbale for the pandemic situation in RA Riyadlotul Uqul. The results of discussions with teachers at that school stated that there were threee suitable media to be developed, animated video, relay stick games, and hand puppets, where all produccts were equipped with user manuals book, so that teacher and parents could easily apply them at home. The product development method adopt ADDIE. The result shows that teacher feels helped by the existance of educational media that is developed, as a variation of teaching techniques, and also build good character for students, which guidebook contains the benefits of using developed media. The teacher, as user, gave suggestions that the video should be uploaded on YouTube, and the guidebook has been copied to make it easier for the teacher to distribute it to the parents of students. The hope is that parents can accompany children to learn while playing at their home.

A variety of tools are available to collect, process and analyse learning data obtained from the clickstream generated by students watching learning resources in video format. There is also some literature on the uses of such data in order to better understand and improve the teaching-learning process. Most of the literature focuses on large scale learning scenarios, such as MOOCs, where videos are watched hundreds or thousands of times. We have developed a solution to collect clickstream analytics data applicable to smaller scenarios, much more common in primary, secondary and higher education, where videos are watched tens or hundreds of times, and to analyse whether the solution is useful to teachers to improve the learning process. We have deployed it in a real scenario and collected real data. Furthermore, we have processed and presented the data visually to teachers for those scenarios and have collected and analysed their perception of their usefulness. We conclude that the collected data are perceived as useful by teachers to improve the teaching and learning process.

Learning to code is considered as a difficult and challenging task for a significant number of novice programmers in programming education. Novice programmers have to acquire different skills such as problem solving, program design, comprehension, and debugging at the same time. On the other hand, most introductory programming courses focus more on syntax of the programming language. In this study, we developed and introduced a ‘PROBSOL’ application in three different learning systems (E-learning, M-learning and Game-based learning) to enhance the problem solving skills of novice programmers in an introductory programming (IP) course. A survey was conducted with the IP students to determine their perception about all the three applications in the IP course. Gender differences were determined by comparing both female and male students’ responses for each question in the survey. The results of comparison show that male students were more satisfied with all the three applications compared to female students. Both female and male students perceived that all the three applications are user-friendly, enabled them to accomplish tasks more quickly, and enhanced their learning productivity. Overall, both male and female students appreciated all the three applications in the teaching and learning process of the IP course. This study implies that instructors can also use all the three applications as an additional teaching tool in the teaching and learning process of programming education.

Pendidikan merupakan hak semua warganegara, tak terkecuali bagi warganegara yang memiliki kelainan fisik, emosional, mental, intelektual dan/atau sosial, yang berhak memperoleh pendidikan khusus. Salah satu implementasinya adalah berupa kebijakan dari dinas pendidikan kabupaten/kota yang menyarankan sekolah reguler siap sedia memberikan program inklusi jika memiliki siswa Inklusi atau berkebutuhan khusus, salah satunya adalah siswa inklusi kesulitan belajar. Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi dalam penetapan siswa inklusi adalah saat menyelenggarakan proses belajar mengajar, kepala sekolah bersama dengan guru-guru harus memilih dan menetapkan peserta didik yang patut mendapakan pendidikan inklusi sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Saat ini penilaian dari setiap kriteria belum menggunakan suatu metode keputusan, sehingga penilaian antar peserta masih menggunakan prediksi atau perkiraan yang dapat menimbulkan penilaian bersifat subyektif. Dampak lebih lanjut dari permasalahan tersebut yaitu menimbulkan kurang tepatnya pemilihan siswa inklusi kesulitan. Dengan perkembangan teknologi informasi yang mencakup segala bidang, perlu dirancang sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu dalam penetapan siswa inklusi kesulitan belajar, agar  dapat membantu mempermudah pihak sekolah dalam menyeleksi dan menetapkan siswa inklusi kesulitan belajar, sehingga hasil yang diinginkan tepat sasaran dan sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hal tersebut dapat terbantu dengan sistem pendukung keputusan penetapan siswa inklusi kesulitan belajar menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarcy Process (AHP) yang mampu membantu memecahkan persoalan yang kompleks menjadi lebih sederhana dan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan. Abstract Education is the rightful authority of all citizens, not to the exception of citizens with physical, emotional, mental, intellectual and / or social impairments, who are entitled to special education. One of the implementation is in the form of policy from the district / municipality education office that recommends regular schools are ready to provide inclusion program if they have Inclusive or special needs students, one of them is student of learning inclusion difficulties. The problem often encountered in establishing inclusive students is when conducting the teaching and learning process, the principal along with the teachers should select and assign learners who deserve inclusion education in accordance with predetermined criteria. Where the assessment of each criterion has not yet used a decision method, so assessment among participants still uses predictions or estimates that may lead to subjective judgments. So as to elicit precisely the selection of student inclusion of learning difficulties. With the development of information technology covering all fields, it is necessary to design a system that can assist in determining student inclusion of learning difficulties, in order to help facilitate the school in selecting and establishing student inclusion of learning difficulties, so that the desired results on target and in accordance with the criteria that have been set.

On 18 March, the WHO announced that COVID-19 was a global pandemic, and the Ministry of Health instituted a COVID-19 lockdown. After the period of restrictions ended, blended learning was initiated at the universities. The research aims to evaluate the responses of students, teachers, and quality units in the teaching and learning process by Quality Matter standards. The survey was constructed using a Google form. The research recorded positive data in most of the Quality Matter Standards (QM) in Architecture Engineering Program applied by 95%. Some weakness points were identified 5% and are discussed in this paper. The results by (QM) St1 (2.7/3), St2 (2.6/3), St3 (2.6/3), St4 (2.6/3), St5 (2.6/3), St6 (2.5/3), St7 (2.6/3), St8 (2.7/3). General conclusions are added for teachers to be applied to e-learning education.

This study aims to determine the problems of education and learning in SMA Negeri 12 Kerinci and SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci. The research used is qualitative research with library research methods. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is done by collecting articles, analyzing, and drawing a conclusion. The results of the study concluded that SMA Negeri 12 Kerinci experienced educational and learning problems, namely the lack of science laboratory facilities and infrastructure, the lack of computers for the Computer-Based National Examination (UNBK), and the lack of student activity in the teaching and learning process. SMA Negeri 7 Kerinci is experiencing educational and learning problems, namely the lack of management of school facilities and infrastructure and the lack of learning media in the teaching and learning process.

Teaching and learning process in SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang are still conventional, where the students and teacher activities are only conducted in classroom. Various teaching concepts and techniques have been developed to complement the conventional methods that rely solely on a one-way method of learning andteaching in the classroom. One of teaching methods is currently being developed is e-learning. E-learning is Teachers’aid in distributing their materials where they must not attend in classroom, but use internet access. It is the best way to maximized the studying time in limited rooms.E-learning could help teaching and  learning process more efficient. To realize E-learning Application in SMK Negeri 1 Pangkalpinang, it can be carried out by Learning Management System (LMS) design using Moodle. Moodle (Modular Object Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment) is one off the free LMS that can be downloaded, be utilized and be modified with a license as GPU (General Public License). The E-learning website will be used as additional discussion media for discussing unfinished learning materials, and multiple-choice exams and submitted tasks.
