The present study reports are the comprehensive study on the awareness of hypertension which is a dangerous disease with an increase in blood pressure above normal values. According to the study, hypertension is an increase in systolic blood pressure of about 140 mmHg or diastolic pressure of about 90 mmHg. Hypertension is a problem that needs to be watched out for, because there are no specific signs of hypertension and some people still feel healthy to carry out their usual activities. This is what makes hypertension a silent killer by data of Indonesia Ministry of Health, 2018, people will realize they have hypertension when the symptoms they feel are getting worse and go to health services. The purpose of this health promotion is to provide information and education to the public about hypertension and its prevention in Tegal Alur Village, Kali Deres District, West Jakarta. Health promotion activities are carried out online using the online via zoom meet application with lecture, question and answer and discussion methods. To determine the effectiveness of health promotion activities, such healthy living community movement or known as Germas, to the community members were given a questionnaire before (pre-test) and after the activity (post-test). Based on the post-test results, it was found that there was an increase in knowledge about hypertension. Plans and achievement targets for the follow-up to the implementation of this activity can be carried out in collaboration with all parties, namely the government, campuses and the wider surrounding community to create a community movement in creating behavior and awareness of hypertension prevention itself.

A questionnaire concerning blood pressure assessment, as part of health promotion activity, was circulated to all 770 Gpass practices in Scotland producing a 64.6% response rate. The results reveal a wide range in both the systolic and diastolic levels chosen to classify blood pressure as normal, borderline raised or raised. Practices are using a variety of values to indicate hypertension when considering systolic and, to a lesser extent, diastolic pressure. The variations found suggest that both over and under treatment are a significant risk to patients. The introduction of the 1993 health promotion regulations means that practices are required to actively target their practice population for blood pressure assessment and appropriate intervention. We suggest that this process will be enhanced if doctors are encouraged to adopt the established guidelines for the classification of blood pressure or general practice computer software is adapted to offer blood pressure protocol support.

This article describes the current trends in public health promotion and education in Latin America and the Caribbean. It gives examples of approaches that work and highlights some of the difficulties of concentrating strictly on the use of mass media communication. Various programs and projects for promoting the safe handling of foods are cited from specific countries and subregions in the Americas. Looking back on what has worked and what has failed, the authors recognize that some advancements have been achieved in improving the public's handling and protection of food, particularly in the tourism sector, and yet many challenges lie ahead for improving upon what has already been done.

The 2018 national prevalence of HIV/AIDSwas 301.959 cases. The 2016 East Java had an HIV/AIDS prevalence was 6.315 cases, the prevalence of HIV/AIDS in Madiun of 2002-2009 amounted to 343 cases. The prevalence in Dagangan was 46 cases. The HIV/AIDS cases in Dagangan was small, but peoples stigma on HIV/AIDS fall in high category, one in the BanjarsariWetan village. Therefore, the purpose of this studied to identify the impact of Public Health Promotion had on peoples stigma in HIV/AIDS sufferers. The kind of this research used experimental methods of epidemiology, and used pre-experimental design (one group pretest and posttest design). The population of this studied about 1,326 people and the numbers of samples were 171 respondents. The results of pre-test and post -test studies, means 96 respondents have dropped the stigma on HIV/AIDS sufferers from pre test to posttest scores. The result of the ties' value was 59, so there is a similar value between the pre test and the post test for those who develop the stigma on HIV/AIDS. Based on wilcoxon's test analysis, the value of p=0,000 can be concluded that a significant impact can be noted between the stigma on society's intervention and the promotion of health care for those with HIV/AIDS in pre-test and post-test values. Increased tools and information infrastructure to increase public knowledge about HIV/AIDS are urgently needed.

Hypertension can be defined as a persistent blood pressure where the systolic pressure is above 140 mmHg and the diastolic pressure is above 90 mmHg. One of the changes that occurs is the increased blood pressure caused by increased resistance of the peripheral blood vessels, normal systolic approximately 170 mmHg and normal diastolic approximately 90 mmHg. Swedish Massage to lower blood pressure in hypertensive patients Swedish massage is a massage technique that focuses on relaxation and improves blood circulation by engaging the muscles. the use of massage by nurses has the potential to significantly improve health status. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Swedish massage on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the inpatient room of An-Nisa Hospital, Tangerang in 2020. The research method used in this study was a quasi experimental design: one group pre test and post test design. The population in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The technique used for data collection is accidental sampling. Results: Based on the t-paired test that p-value <0.05, it can be stated that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is an effect between Swedish massage on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the inpatient room of An-Nisa Hospital, Tangerang, 2020. Conclusion : there is an effect of Swedish massage on reducing blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the inpatient room of An-Nisa Hospital, Tangerang, 2020.

Hypertension is a disease with a systolic > 140 mmHg and a diastolic > 90 mmHg. This disease often occurs in the elderly due to aging as cell, physiological, and psychological changes occur. Phenomenon found in Griya Usila Santo Yosef many elderly were hypertensive suferer. One non-pharmacological management for hypertension is low impact training aerobic exercise. This study aims to analyse effect of low impact training aerobic exercise on decreasing blood pressure in elderly with hypertension. Desiign of this study was a pre-experimental design with a one group pre-post test design. The independent variable in this study was low impact aerobic exercise, and the dependent variable was blood pressure. Respondents of this study were 32 elderly people with hypertension who fulfilled the inclusion criteria whom were collected by simple random sampling. Results of this study showed that  mean of systolic and diastolic blood pressure before intervention was 149.84 ± 6.66 and 83.25 ± 11.41, mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure after intervention was 145.09 ± 5.71 and 79.44 ± 11, 55, and the results of paired T-Test statistical tests with SPSS 20 software were obtained p (0,000) <α (α = 0.05) for the systolic and diastolic pressure. It meant that there was an influence of low impact aerobic exercise on blood pressure reduction. Based on the results of the research, elderly gymnastics aerobic low impact is important in which the training given to elderly patients hypertension to help in controling blood pressure.  Keywords: Hypertension, Elderly, Aerobic Low Impact Exercise
