This study discusses the influence the effectiveness of e-filing to Increase TaxpayerCompliance with Level of Security and Privacy as a variable Moderation on KPP Pratama Badung Utara. The data in this study was obtained from questionnaires distributed to taxpayers using random sampling method. Respondents were used in this study as many as 98 respondents. Hypothesis test used is simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate hat (1) the effectiveness of e-filing and significant positive effect on the Improvement of Taxpayer Compliance. This is proved by simple linear regression analysis obtained showed the value of R Square of 0.135. (2) Security and confidentiality can moderate (strengthen) influence the effectiveness of e-filing to increase compliance individual taxpayers registered in KPP Pratama Badung Utara. This is evidenced through the analysis performed using Moderated Regression Analysis technique that provides value R square of 0.416.

The purpose of the study was to find out the description of Positioning, to find out the description of the Purchase Decision, to find out how much influence Positioning had on the Purchase Decision. The population in this study were students of the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang who had consumed Teh Botol Sosro as many as 16,291 and taken as many as 100 respondents using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% through random sampling method. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis and classic assumption test. Tests were carried out with the help of SPSS version 24 software. The results of the study showed that the positioning partially had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This conclusion shows that positioning has a good influence so that it encourages consumers to make purchasing decisions on a product, especially Teh Botol Sosro products. Therefore, this research is expected to be carried out widely by future researchers.

This study discusses emotional intelligence for adolescents in Silam Village, Kuok Subdistrict, Kampar District. The purpose of this study was to study how emotional intelligence on families in Silam Village, Kuok District, Kampar District. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population subjects were 250 teenagers in Silam Village and a sample of 71 adolescent Cluster Random Sampling. The technique of collecting data using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique in this study was carried out by simple linear regression analysis, and the processing in this study used the SPSS version 17.0 (Statistical Products and Services Solution) program for windows. The results showed a significant influence between emotional intelligence on adolescent behavior in the Silam Village, Kuok Subdistrict, Kampar District. Based on the hypothesis test (Significant Test), the Probability value of α is 0.05 ig sig (0.05 ≥ 0.00) which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Thus it can be denied that emotional intelligence is approved of adolescent behavior.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the influence of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions and the application of transaction recording devices (tapping boxes) to taxpayer compliance in paying restaurant taxes. This research was conducted on companies that have been registered with the Denpasar City Revenue Agency since 2017. The sample in this study is a restaurant that has been installed with a taping box. The method of determining the sample using a purposive sampling method using the Slovin formula to obtain 31 companies as samples. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing show that the variable of taxpayer awareness, service quality, tax sanctions, and the application of tapping boxes has a positive effect on the compliance of natural taxpayers paying restaurant taxes at the Denpasar City Revenue Agency. This study aims to determine the effect of discipline on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) Merauke Area. The sample in this study were 52 respondents, the sampling method used was the technique of total sampling and sampling was done using a Likert Scale, then the data was processed using SPPS version 17 with a simple linear regression analysis technique. From the regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = 26.133 + 0.269 (X). Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the discipline variable (X) is proven to have a significant effect on employee performance (Y), this is evidenced by the value of t count, (X) = 3.070 with a significant level of 0,000 <0.5 so ha is accepted and ho is rejected. R Square figures of 15.9% indicate that employee performance can be explained by disciplinary variables, while 84.1% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.   Keywords: Discipline and Employee Performance.

Objective – To describe and determine the influence of lifestyle on purchasing decisions.Design/methodology/approach – This type of research is descriptive and verfikatif with random sampling of 120 respondents. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tourist motivation, electronic word of mouthand destination image on the decision to visit the Gunung Mas Palace in Lamongan. The sample usesnon probability sampling method with a purposive sampling or random sampling procedure byselecting 106 visitors. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results ofmultiple linear regression analysis prove that tourist motivation and destination image proved not tohave a significant effect partially on decisions leading to Gunung Mas Palace in Lamongan, whileelectronic word of mouth proved to have a partially significant influence on the decision to visit theGunung Mas Palace in Lamongan

<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>This research aims to identify the effect advertising through social media, particularly Youtube, on purchase intention towards Pantene shampoo. The objects of this research object are the students of Bachelor Degree at Business Department of Telkom University in 2013-2015. This research used quantitative method with primary data gathered by questionnaire. The data collection of 100 respondents was conducted based on probability random sampling and analysed simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that social media advertising via Youtube give positive effect on purchase intention.</em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan melalui media sosial <em>Youtube</em> terhadap minat beli sampo Pantene. Objek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa dengan populasi mahasiswa S1 Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Telkom pada tahun 2013-2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Jenis data yang dibutuhkan untuk penelitian adalah data primer dengan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pengambilan sampel sejumlah 100 responden dilakukan dengan metode <em>probability sampling</em> khususnya <em>proportionate random sampling </em>yang dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa iklan melalui media sosial berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli.</p>

This research aims to determine the effect of achievement motives and self efficacy on the achievement of sales targets for Tiens Bali distributors partially and simultaneously. This research design using a type of causal research. The population of this study were all distributors registered at Tiens Authorized Store 618 are 4.169 people. The sample of this study amounted to 371 respondents using the proportional random sampling method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale and processed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The result of data analysis showed that there was a partially positive and significant effect on the achievemnt motive towards achieving the sale target of Tiens Bali distributors, shown from the value of t=13.491 with a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05. Self efficacy, partially has a positive and significant effect on achieving the sales target of Tiens Bali distributors, shown from the value of t=12.915 with a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05. Achievement motives and self efficacy have a simultaneous positive effect on achieving sales targets of Tiens Bali distributors, shown by the value of F=323.925 and a Sig. of 0.000 less than 0.05.

Study aims to determine the effect of discipline on the work effectiveness of employees of PT. Mitra Anim Merauke Prosperous Justice. The sample in this study were 33 respondents, the sampling method used was the technique of total sampling and sampling was done using a Likert Scale, then the data was processed using SPPS version 20 with a simple linear regression analysis technique. From the regression analysis obtained by the equation Y = 2,588 + 0,784 (X). Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that the discipline variable (X) is proven to have a significant effect on work effectiveness, this is evidenced by the value of t count, (X) = 0.784 with a significant level of 0,000 <0.05 so ha is accepted and h0 is rejected. R Square number of 57.1% shows that work effectiveness can be explained by disciplinary variables, while 42.9% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online in compliance with the Badung Regency tax reporting. Sampling is done by method random sampling. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 143 taxpayers consisting of hotel, restaurant, parking and entertainment taxpayers. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique that is preceded by a classic assumption test and processed using the program SPSS version 16.0. The results of this study indicate an increase in the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online will be followed by an increase in compliance with the tax reporting in the Badung Regency. And there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of the use of the taxation system e-tax online in the compliance of the Badung district tax reporting.
