The article highlights the possibility and feasibility of the use of cloud technologies by teacher in the educational process of higher educational institutions, modern schools or institutions of additional education. The advantages and disadvantages of using cloud technologies in the learning process are indicated. After all, cloud technologies are one of the perspective directions in the development of modern information technologies. Under cloud technologies are understood distributed data processing technologies, in which computer resources and power are provided to the user as an Internet service. The use of cloud technologies is not only associated with a huge reduction in costs and intensification, but also with significant consumer risks (especially the risks of storage and data transfer). On the other hand, cloud solutions are being improved all the time, and the cloud provider can now reach an acceptable level of security by adhering to a number of conditions. The use of cloud technologies in the educational process will, above all, make it possible to solve the problem of ensuring equal access of students and teachers to high-quality educational resources both at classes and in extra hours. Cloud computing has wide-ranging prospects for applications in education, research and applied research, as well as for distance learning for professionals, postgraduates and students. Cloud technologies are not only the future, it is in many respects also the present. The use of cloud technologies (cloud computing) by higher educational institutions is a promising direction, which allows to increase the efficiency of the educational process, reduce the cost of its implementation. Significantly reduced capital costs associated with the creation and maintenance of educational institutions of their own data centers, provides flexible scalability and high availability of services used in the learning process, which ultimately increases the level of satisfaction of users needs: students, faculty, teaching staff, as more time is spent on solving educational and research tasks.

Research objective: to determine the health-improving potential of dancing exercises used in physical education of female students of higher educational institutions. Research methods: study and analysis of pedagogical, scientific and methodological literature on the subject matter of the research; observations, questionnaires, functional tests; statistical methods of data reduction.Conclusions. As part of the study, the use of dancing exercises in the physical education of female students of higher educational institutions proved contributing to a significant increase in the level of their physical health in general and improvement of some of its indicators, including strength and life indices, heart rate recovery time after 20 squats. Dancing exercises also boost spirits, improve health and activity of the female students, which the study proved statistically.

The topicality of the research problem is connected with transformative digital learning (TDL) in the context of higher education. The presence of technology in educational processes leads to a significant restructuring of the learning environment, promoting deep, strategic and personalized learning in lecturer-student collaborative teams, incorporating effective technology learning methods and learning to be based on new experiences and values creation. This article will review the issue of learning process in higher educational institutions focusing on traditional and transformative learning concepts. It is the preliminary result of on going applied research of RTA Research Institute for Regional Studies (RIRS).The aim of this article is to determine the necessity of learning process transformation in higher educational institutions analyzing proposals of experts from Latvian higher educational institutions and define the perspectives of TDL in the context of higher education. The research is based on two-part survey conducted for Latvian experts: 1) comparison of traditional and transformative learning concepts; 2) proposals for TDL perspectives and implementation. The results showed the necessity of learning process transformation, indicating the perspectives and its implementation problems.

The article highlights the problem of the effectiveness of the learning process in higher education institutions in the post-pandemic. Today there are changes in the labor market, and more and more professions need to be updated. This affects the quality of higher education both in Europe and elsewhere, so many higher educational institutions (national, public, private) have appeared, which primarily care about the number of students, and not about quality. In an environment where the pandemic has significantly changed the learning process, it is very important to find new ways to improve its effectiveness. Now there is a transition from an industrial society to a society of obtaining knowledge in conditions of post-pandemic development; This means that there is a transition to mass education, and then to general higher education (coverage of more than 70% of young people) and the need to train a large number of people with average abilities. In addition, in higher educational institutions, in particular in universities, there are still imperfect academic programs in the basics of science, compiled by teachers with different levels of training in the context of post-pandemic development.

В настоящей статье рассматриваются вопросы антикоррупционного воспитания обучающихся в высших учебных заведениях. Определяются основные методы, направления антикоррупционного воспитания, предлагаются способы повышения эффективности обучения студентов правилам предупреждения и противодействия коррупции. Авторы доказывают, что результативность антикоррупционного воспитания будущих специалистов неразрывно связано с профессиональными компетенциями сотрудников соответствующих ведомств и зависит от множества факторов. This article examines the issues of anti-corruption education of students in higher educational institutions. The main methods, directions of anticorruption education are determined, methods of increasing the effectiveness of teaching students the rules of preventing and combating corruption are proposed. The authors argue that the effectiveness of anti-corruption education of future specialists is inextricably linked with the professional competencies of employees of the relevant departments and depends on many factors.

cтатья посвящена актуальной проблеме повышения уровня финансовой грамотности обучающихся высших учебных заведений. На основании анализа рейтинга финансовой грамотности населения России, составленного специалистами Министерства финансов России, выявляется необходимость увеличения уровня образованности обучающихся. Основное внимание уделяется понятию «финансовая культура» и способам ее формирования. Представлены пять таких методов, предложено применение междисциплинарного подхода при воспитании финансово-грамотного населения нашей страны. the article is devoted to the current problem of increasing the level of financial literacy of students of higher educational institutions. Based on the analysis of the financial literacy rating of the population of Russia compiled by specialists of the Ministry of Finance of Russia, the need for increasing the level of education of students is identified. The main attention is given to the concept of financial culture and the ways of its formation among students. As a result, five such methods are presented, and it is also proposed to use an interdisciplinary approach in educating the financially competent population of our country.

Первоначальное значение понятия «правовая культура» сводится к тому, что это общественное явление, определяющее традиционное правовое состояние человека и социума, кроме того, демонстрирующий показатель эффективности правовой деятельности, нормативно-правовых актов и уровня правового сознания личности. During the construction of a democratic legal state in the Russian Federation, the chosen topic is particularly relevant which is viewed through the prism of the problem of modern legal education and education of students (future specialists) of higher educational institutions in the context of modernization of the educational system, as well as the need for a deeper analytical study of trends in this area. The original meaning of the concept of “legal culture” is that it is a social phenomenon that defines the traditional legal status and human society, also demonstrate the increased efficiency of the legal activities, legal acts and level of legal consciousness of the individual.

The present paper considers the development of learning process management expert system in higher educational institutions, based on the ontological approach. The purpose of research is an improve the effectiveness of decision making during the management of learning processes by using intelligent management methods and modern approaches to knowledge modelling. The methodology of solving the set task is based on models and methods of knowledge representation usage, the artificial intelligence theory, expert methods of decision-making and general theoretical principles of the control theory, and the theory of decision-making. Authors conducted a qualitative analysis of the domain knowledge, which allowed distinguishing and formalizing main concepts and relations between them. Authors suggested a methodological approach to the construction of the learning process management system, which allows implementing knowledge-based approaches to the development of information systems in the domain knowledge of learning process management. Authors also developed the structure and formal description of the ontology of the learning process in higher educational institutions, which allows reusing the suggested solutions. Research results were implemented in the expert information system; they can be used in practice in learning process management in higher educational institutions.
