The growth rate of these enterprises has increased significantly in the last decade. Research has shown that over the past two decades, the amount of data has increased approximately tenfold every two years - this exceeded Moore's Law, which doubles the power of processors. About thirty thousand gigabytes of data are accumulated every second, and their processing requires an increase in the efficiency of data processing. Uploading videos, photos and letters from users on social networks leads to the accumulation of a large amount of data, including unstructured ones. This leads to the need for enterprises to work with big data of different formats, which must be prepared in a certain way for further work in order to obtain the results of modeling and calculations. In connection with the above, the research carried out in the article on processing and storing large data of an enterprise, developing a model and algorithms, as well as using new technologies is relevant. Undoubtedly, every year the information flows of enterprises will increase and in this regard, it is important to solve the issues of storing and processing large amounts of data. The relevance of the article is due to the growing digitalization, the increasing transition to professional activities online in many areas of modern society. The article provides a detailed analysis and research of these new technologies.

SummaryIn 2005, Medical Informatics Laboratory (CMIL) became an independent research unit within the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Casablanca. CMIL is currently run by three persons (a university professor, a data processing specialist and a pedagogical assistant). The objectives of CMIL are to promote research and develop quality in the field of biomedical data processing and health, and integrate new technologies into medical education and biostatistics. It has four units: Telehealth Unit, Network Unit, Biostatistics Unit, Medical data processing Unit.The present article seeks to give a comprehensive account of Casablanca Medical informatics laboratory (CMIL) activities. For ease of exposition, the article consists of four sections: Section I discusses the background of CMIL; section II is devoted to educational activities; section III addresses professional activities; and section IV lists projects that CMIL is involved in.Since its creation, CMIL has been involved in a number of national and international projects, which have a bearing on Telemedicine applications, E-learning skills and data management in medical studies in Morocco.It is our belief that the skills and knowledge gained in the past few years would certainly enrich our research activities, and improve the situation of research in Medical informatics in Morocco.

The term Big Data refers to large-scale information management and analysis technologies that exceed the capability of traditional data processing technologies. Big Data is differentiated from traditional technologies in three ways: volume, velocity and variety of data. Big data analytics is the process of analyzing large data sets which contains a variety of data types to uncover hidden patterns, unknown correlations, market trends, customer preferences and other useful business information. Since Big Data is new emerging field, there is a need for development of new technologies and algorithms for handling big data. The main objective of this paper is to provide knowledge about various research challenges of Big Data analytics. A brief overview of various types of Big Data analytics is discussed in this paper. For each analytics, the paper describes process steps and tools. A banking application is given for each analytics. Some of research challenges and possible solutions for those challenges of big data analytics are also discussed.

Processing big data requires serious computing resources. Because of this challenge, big data processing is an issue not only for algorithms but also for computing resources. This article analyzes a large amount of data from different points of view. One perspective is the processing of reduced collections of big data with less computing resources. Therefore, the study analyzed 40 GB data to test various strategies to reduce data processing. Thus, the goal is to reduce this data, but not to compromise on the detection and model learning in machine learning. Several alternatives were analyzed, and it is found that in many cases and types of settings, data can be reduced to some extent without compromising detection efficiency. Tests of 200 attributes showed that with a performance loss of only 4%, more than 80% of the data could be ignored. The results found in the study, thus provide useful insights into large data analytics.


Big data marks a major turning point in the use of data and is a powerful vehicle for growth and profitability. A comprehensive understanding of a company's data, its potential can be a new vector for performance. It must be recognized that without an adequate analysis, our data are just an unusable raw material. In this context, the traditional data processing tools cannot support such an explosion of volume. They cannot respond to new needs in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Big data is a broad term generally referring to very large data collections that impose complications on analytics tools for harnessing and managing such. This chapter details what big data analysis is. It presents the development of its applications. It is interested in the important changes that have touched the analytics context.

E-commerce in Vietnam is making a strong breakthrough with the average growth rate in the past years from 25% -30% over year (General Statistics Office of Vietnam, 2018). In 2018 alone, Vietnam’s e-commerce growth rate reached 30% with total e-commerce retail revenue (B2C) reaching overUS $ 8 billion. With the increase in the number of people using telephone and internet as well as social networks, the potential of e-commerce activities in Vietnam is even more exciting. However, along with that are many challenges posed to domestic enterprises when competing with large foreign enterprises. Product quality is also a matter of concern and how consumers will be protected in the form of e-commerce trading. These are issues that need to be problems raised and addressed. The article assesses the current status of e-commerce development, market potential, the need to protect consumers and makes some recommendations to enhance the development of Vietnam’s e-commerce market.

The aim of this work is to study the state of current research in the field of politics and AI. Our research question is about the possibility of using artificial intelligence in order to run political judgments. The main problem of researching artificial intelligence deals with the value-based biases of judgments about the present and the future of these technologies. The article uses the meta-analysis method, which in recent years has become quite widespread in the specialized literature. The article provides an overview of the most cited publications in the Scopus database with the keywords “Artificial Intelligence” and “Politics”. In total, the study has included 76 articles and reports that were indexed by the database over the past 20 years. It is concluded that in recent years there has been a trend towards an increase in the number of publications on the problems of artificial intelligence and politics. However, most of them are only indirectly related to the central problems of political science. The study of the topic of artificial intelligence most closely adjoins the study of the problems of big data and political communication in social networks.

The article deals with Manuel Castells’ theory of network society, corrected and updated according to the new events happened during the last 10 years. The author of the theory registers the major signals of the changing processes in the modern society, happening due to the expansion of networks in the age of technological innovations. Сhanges affected the global economy, finance, structure of labor, migration, the velocity , role and individual's perception of time. An unprecedented increase of urbanization in the world happened as well. The society became multiethnic. The network structure of the society leads to the uprise of a fundamentally new form of communication called mass selfcommunications. The launched process reduces the elitist role of the official issuer of information i.e. the information flows going vertically, and increases the importance of information published in open spaces on the Internet by individuals i.e. information flows going horizontally from individuals to individuals. New technologies let any individual create its own informational system using the Internet and mobile communication tools. Despite the appearance of mass self-communications in an atmosphere of high social instability, this form of communication turns up to be an effective tool in the matrix of social interaction in the Internet. An accelerated growth in number of mass self-communications’ users is being registered due to the revolutionary changes in the field of communication technologies which made wireless mobile communication devices able to stay connected to the Internet almost continuously. Wireless communication becomes the dominant form of communication in the world, being the fastest-spreading communication technology in history. In this regard the role and form of issue of information in mass-media changes. Synergy between mass-communication and all other forms of communication appeared. The result of this process is the emergence of a radically new culture of communication in modern society.
