The implementation of construction services must meet the principles of honesty and fairness, benefits, compatibility, balance, independency, openness, partnership and safety foremost in the interest of the community, nation and the state ( article 2 act no 18 years 1999 on construction services ).Then both users and providers services need to understand some of the stuff that fundamental i.e. the runway philosophical contractual relationship between providers of the construction services to the construction services and inspector construction services, the principle and legal norm the formation of legal construction contract, the principle and legal norm the implementation of legal construction contract . The legal research method in this journal uses a normative juridical research method with a statute approach that examines relevant laws and regulations and the conceptual approach that examines the theories and doctrines of experts in the field construction.

The research method used in this research is normative legal research method. The normative legal research method is a research method that looks for facts through the variables derived from the laws and regulations that are examined on their implementation and their effectiveness and shortcomings so that improvements and improvements can be made to these laws and regulations. One of the legal products made by notary as a part of their authorities is a deed, both authentic deeds and underhand-made deeds. In addition to these deeds, a notary also has the authority to issue a certificate which is commonly referred to as a covernote. A certificate or covernote is a statement or note in the form of information confirming that a land ownership deed is in the process of a certificate making that is due to a process of roya, transfer of name of land ownership and splitting of one certificate into two. This study examines two issues related to notary authority, namely the basis for the notary’s authority in issuing a covernote and the legal consequences of making the covernote. This study uses a normative legal research method and a conceptual approach as well as a statutory approach. The results showed that the covernote issued by a notary was actually an ordinary certificate, not a legal product of a notary. Covernote only contains an explanation of the deed that is in the process of certification which has not been completed and will be completed within a period determined by the notary itself, so the covernote is not legally binding. The notary is authorized to make a covernote, but it is not regulated in the laws and regulations so that, if it is concluded, the covernote is not a legal product of a notary. The legal consequences for the notary if they fail to carry out the covernote, they can be held liable to solve them immediately. The legal consequence of not fulfilling the contents of the covernote is a violation of Article 1366 of the Criminal Code because notaries are considered negligent in carrying out their duties and authorities.

Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) has a significant impact on all aspects of human life in the world, especially in Indonesia which is very large in area and has a large population (around 267 million people) with different kinds of professions. The purpose of this study is to focus on civil matters, with more emphasis on the problem of agreements that are influenced by Covid-19. The normative legal research method uses a statutory approach, and a conceptual approach to force majeure and describes an analysis (analytical descriptive). The results showed that the agreement in the state of the Covid-19 outbreak greatly influenced the implementation of the agreement set and agreed upon by the parties, because the agreement binds the parties, so the parties are subject to the contents of the agreement.

The Underwriting Rights Law stipulates that the date of the book of land liability is the seventh day after receipt. It raises problems if the Deed of Granting the Right of Entitlement (APHT) has been completed. This study analyzes the legal standing of the deed of giving rights of late registration at the Land Office and legal protection for debtors and creditors on deeds granting mortgage rights that are late in registering at the Land Office which cause losses to the parties. The research method used normative legal research while the problem approach was carried out using a legal approach and conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that the legal position of the Deed of Granting Rights that is late registered with the Land Office is still valid because it has fulfilled the provisions of Article 13 UUHT. Legal protection for dabitur and creditor over the APHT that is late registered with the Land Office is found in Article 23 paragraph (2) UUHT which stipulates that the existence of administrative sanctions does not remove other sanctions in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations so that the aggrieved party can file compensation

AbstractPornography has become a material for sale and purchase transactions. Pornographic transactions on the internet have many processes , so that there are many laws and regulations that can be applied. This creates legal uncertainty. The formulation of the problem in this research is the qualification of criminal acts related to pornography selling and buying transactions on the internet media and the accountability of criminals in selling and buying pornography on the internet media. The research method used is legal research through a conceptual approach and a statutory approach to assess existing legal problems. The results of this study show that the sale and purchase of pornography via the internet can be applied to the ITE and pornography laws. Then the responsibility depends on the evidence in the process of proving in court what the form of pornography is.Keywords: Criminal Liability; Transactions; Buying and Selling; Pornography; Internet.AbstrakPornografi sudah menjadi bahan yang di transaksi jualbelikan. Transaksi pornografi di media internet memiliki banyak proses seperti penawaran, kesepakatan, penyerahan barang, dan pembayaran sehingga terdapat banyak peraturan perundang-undangan yang dapat diterapkan. Hal ini membuat ketidak pastian hukum. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualifikasi tindak pidana terkait transaksi jualbeli pornografi di media internet dan pertanggungjawaban pelaku tindak pidana dalam transaksi jualbeli pornografi di media internet. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah legal research dengan melalui pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan untuk mengkaji permasalahan hukum yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa transaksi jualbeli pornografi melalui internet dapat diterapkan Undang-Undang ITE dan Pornografi. kemudian pertanggungjawabannya tergantung dari pembuktian dalam proses pembuktian di dalam persidangan apakah bentuk dari pornografi tersebut.Kata Kunci: Pertanggungjawaban Pidana; Transaksi; Jual Beli, Pornografi; Internet.

Authentic Deed is a deed in which the truth of the Formal and Material and Subjective elements and the Objective Elements must be in accordance with the applicable Laws and Regulations. This study analyzed the form of notary's responsibility as an official making deeds on deeds that formally defects and legal consequences for authentic deeds if the witnesses in the deed are not present at the time the deed is read. The research method used normative legal research, namely legal research conducted by examining library materials or secondary legal material while the problem approach is carried out using a legal approach and conceptual approach. The results of the study indicate that the Notary Deed that does not meet the Formal and Maternal requirements and does not meet the Subjective Elements and Objective Elements, then the deed can be null and void, and / or can be canceled. The absence of witnesses at the time of reading and signing the Minuta deed can make the notary be declared to give false information in an authentic deed

The existing legal construction of information technology-based loaning services essentially creates high interest rates in the community and leads to non-performing loans. Therefore, in essence, it is necessary to formulate a new legal construction to solve these problems. Considering that the problem is complex and systemic, ideally the legal construction formulated is convergence, which is the result of the unification of all existing variables. Related to this, the question arises how the legal construction of determining interest rates in information technology-based loaning services reflects the convergence of law and the principle of justice. The purpose of this study is to identify, describe and analyze the application of the legal construction of determining interest rates in information technology-based loaning services in the future. The research method used in this study is a normative juridical research using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach and a convergence approach. The results of this legal research indicate that the legal construction of determining interest rates in information technology-based loaning services which reflects the convergence of law and the principle of justice is the determination of interest rates that refer to the interest rates set by Bank Indonesia. Konstruksi hukum layanan pinjam meminjam uang berbasis teknologi informasi eksisting saat ini pada hakikatnya menciptakan penetapan suku bunga yang tinggi di masyarakat dan marak berujung kepada non performing loan. Maka dari itu pada hakikatnya perlu dirumuskan sebuah konstruksi hukum baru untuk dapat memecahkan permasalahan tersebut. Mengingat permasalahan tersebut bersifat kompleks dan sistemik, maka idealnya konstruksi hukum yang dirumuskan bersifat konvergensi, yakni merupakan hasil dari penyatuan seluruh variabel-variabel yang ada. Terkait hal tersebut muncul lah pertanyaan bagaimana konstruksi hukum penentuan suku bunga dalam layanan pinjam meminjam uang berbasis teknologi informasi yang mencerminkan prinsip konvergensi hukum dan prinsip keadilan. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis mengenai penerapan konstruksi hukum dari penentuan suku bunga dalam layanan pinjam meminjam uang berbasis teknologi informasi di masa yang akan mendatang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan konseptual dan pendekatan konvergensi. Hasil penelitian hukum ini menunjukkan bahwa Konstruksi hukum penentuan suku bunga dalam layanan pinjam meminjam uang berbasis teknologi informasi yang mencerminkan prinsip konvergensi hukum dan prinsip keadilan adalah penentuan suku bunga yang mengacu kepada suku bunga yang ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia.

The collapse of several buildings as reported by various mass media including the collapse of the Yellow Bridge in Nusa Lembongan Klungkung, the perimeter of Soekarno Hatta Airport, the stock trading center building of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) is one of the problems faced today. For this incident, the Contractor who participated in the construction should be assumed to be responsible. The purpose of this research is to analyze the arrangement of building contract agreements in the perspective of Indonesian positive law and civil liability to contractors due to the occurrence of building failures in the perspective of Indonesian positive law. This research uses a normative legal research method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Data collection techniques were collected through legal inventory. The sources used are primary and secondary sources of law. After the data is collected, then the data is analyzed systematically. The results of the research indicate that the collapse of the building outside the force majeure in UUJK 2/2017 is referred to as Building Failure. The Civil Code, UUJK 2/2017 concerning Construction Services and their derivative regulations are positive laws that still apply as legal umbrellas in regulating development implementation.

The sale and purchase of land-based on customary law in daily practice is still practiced by some people in Indonesia. The sale and purchase of land in customary law adhere to the principle of "tunai and terang" which means that the handover of rights by the seller is carried out simultaneously with payment by the buyer and immediately the rights have transferred. This research discusses the Ratio legis of the use of the principle of "tunai and terang" in the sale and purchase of land in Indonesia. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach as a problem approach method. The results showed that the use of "tunai and terang" in the formation of sale and purchase agreements for land rights in Indonesia is because UUPA accommodates Customary Law as the basis for the National Land Law. The existence of cash and light principles is expected to provide legal protection for sellers and buyers.
