The article is devoted to the study of the features of modern political communication in the context of society networkization. The interaction of a regional political leader and society in the sign-symbolic space of political communication is considered.The purpose of this paper is to identify the main image-role semantic constructs, which are reflected in the messages of the head of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation, posted by him on the popular Internet platform for social media Instagram. In addition to establishing the most actively used semantic image-role constructs, the research determines the degree of it`s popularity and the level of it`s approval among the audience of this Internet platform.The qualitative and quantitative type of content analysis was chosen as the main applied research method. In addition to it, a comparative analysis method is used. The conceptual basis of the research is formed by the theory of the information society, as well as the concepts of “network image”, “digitalization policy” and “network identity”.According to the results of the conducted content analysis, it was found that more often than others in the messages posted on the studied official Internet page of the political leader in Instagram, such an image-role construct as an “organizer” is presented. This corresponds to the type of leadership characteristic of this political leader. Among the entries that aroused a relatively increased attention of the audience of the Internet platform, there are messages where a number of image-role constructs are presented, including: “crisis manager”, “organizer”, “team player”, “builder”, “open leader, hearing society” and “business executive”. Such a uniform distribution of the audience’s interest in it`s functional and semantic constructs may be explained by the fact that the head of the region is actively paying attention to each of the designated thematic areas.The highest level of approval from the audience of the Internet platform was received by the messages, which reflected such image-role constructs as “family man” and “leader looking to the future”. Considering the relatively inactive use of the designated semantic constructs by the head of the region in the messages posted on his official Instagram page, it is noted that an increase in the number of messages, which would reflect these image-role constructs, may enhance the leader’s positive image and, as a result, the level of his support in society.

This article is about the problem of conflict in the frame of the formation and development postcapitalist tendencies in society. The result of the introduction of digital technologies in economic is the formation of a number of new types of products — information, knowledge, communication. The non-material type of the product doesn’t keep within the settled and a little mobile laws of material economy, that’s why the law of cost and the law of the surplus value need revision. The Internet as a platform for free exchange and distribution of information and knowledges appears the place of deployment of the conflicts between capitalist monopoles, the state and Internet users. It doesn’t exist accurate criteria, methodology and the theory which allow to create a clear boundary between «piracy» and the possibility of free distribution of information in network space. The ideology of Open Source calls into the question copyright and creates prerequisites for revision of the intellectual property rights concerning a digital product. Monetization of knowledge, information, communication in digital space conducts to the fact that the Internet becomes the additional platform for the generation of profit for the monopolistic corporations. Whereas there is a possibility for using an Internet platform as powerful resource for cooperation, mutual aid and collective production of innovations necessary for development of society. The conflict between capitalist corporations, the state and users can be resolved in case of revision the economic and precepts of law in relation to the digital space with the purpose to draw line between lawful and illegal distribution of non-material products, having kept an opportunity for creative and free using the Internet platform as a resource of social production of the innovations.

In the overseas market, power generation and energy service companies have been engaged in the business of providing personalized trading services for the production of electric power through the Internet platform. This is, so that the electric power sharing system between individuals is being developed through the Internet platform. The prediction of insolation is essential for the prediction of power generation for photovoltaic systems. In this study, we present a prediction model for insolation from data observed at the Meteorological Administration. We also present basic data for the development of the insolation prediction model through meteorological parameters provided in future weather forecasts. The prediction model presented is for five years of observation of weather data in the Seoul area. The proposed model was trained by using the feed-forward neural networks, taking into account the daily climatic elements. To validate the reliability of the model, the root mean square error (RMSE), mean bias error (MBE), and mean absolute error (MAE) were used for estimation. The results of this study can be used to predict the solar power generation system and to provide basic information for trading generated output by photovoltaic systems.

Purpose This paper aims to clear whether the monopoly structure of the internet industry has produced market power and discussed the welfare change of the internet industry monopoly. Design/methodology/approach By using new empirical industrial organization methods and taking the e-commerce market as an example, the authors measured market power and economies of scale of the internet platform companies. Findings Internet platform enterprises have formed scale economy, but it has not had market power, and the industry still maintains high levels of competition; also, the emergence of large enterprises may increase the welfare of consumers. Originality/value The conclusion of this paper clarified actual competition status of internet industry and provided a new foothold for regulation and ideas for the traditional industry to crack the Marshall Conflict.

We develop and present stages of teaching Master’s Degree Students written academic discourse with group blog using. As part of the research was made an analysis of the existing stages of foreign language teaching, including blog technology using. The result of scientific works analysis is the development of stages of teaching Master’s Degree Students written academic discourse with group blog using. This stages includes the following steps and the corresponding stages: 1) introductory stage (Step 1 – The process of introducing project activities in the context of using the study group blog is carried out – description of the project, setting goals, defining tasks, and deadlines); 2) technical stage (Step 2 – Registration on one of the Internet platform related to blog technology and its subspecies – the blog of the study group; Step 3 – Discussion of information security on the Internet when working with the study group blog); 3) educational and training stage (Step 4 – Explanation of the structure of writing a specific scientific document (theoretical and practical aspect); Step 5 – Testing the theoretical component of the structure of writing a specific scientific document; Step 6 – Testing a practical component of writing a specific scientific document); 4) presentation stage (Step 7 – Finding information on a given topic of the project and its further use in fulfilling the task; Step 8 – Publishing material on the study group blog; Step 9 – Acquaintance and assessment materials published by other students with their subsequent commenting; Step 10 – Re-publication of the material taking into account the correction and error correction or publication of responses to comments of other users); 5) Final stage (Step 11 – Evaluation of the work done by students with subsequent reflection and identification of strengths and weaknesses at work, as well as identification of recommendations for further improvement; Step 12 – Evaluation of the work done by the teacher based on the indicated criteria).
