With the rapid development of Internet technology, the penetration rate of Internet in China has exceeded 50 %, and more and more Internet users have chosen to shop online. Based on the analysis of the current situation of e-commerce development, this paper analyzes the influencing factors affecting the reliability of e-commerce logistics from the aspects of information technology, facilities and equipment, personnel operation and external environment. Additionally, it constructs the E-commerce intelligent logistics reliability distribution model and simulates the example. The research results show that, when the maximum and minimum reliability and complexity are not considered, the priority of improving the important high unit has a great impact on the reliability of the whole system. An increase in unit reliability can lead to an increase in system reliability and an increase in cost. When the reliability is increased to a certain extent, the continued increase will greatly increase the cost, and the cost of increasing the system unit reliability is greatly increased.

Beer is one of the oldest and most widely consumed alcoholic beverages. Haze formation in beer is a serious quality problem, as it largely shortens the shelf life and flavor of beer. This paper reviews the factors affecting haze formation and strategies for reducing haze. Haze formation is mainly associated with specific chemical components in malt barley grains, such as proteins. The main factor causing haze formation is a cross-linking of haze active (HA) proteins and HA polyphenols. Many HA proteins and their editing genes or loci have been identified by proteomics and quantitative trait locus (QTL) analysis, respectively. Although some technical approaches have been available for reducing haze formation in beer, including silica and polyvinylpolypyrrolidone (PVPP) adsorbent treatments, the cost of beer production will increase and some flavor will be lost due to reduced relevant polyphenols and proteins. Therefore, breeding the malt barley cultivar with lower HA protein and/or HA polyphenols is the most efficient approach for controlling haze formation. Owing to the completion of barley whole genome sequencing and the rapid development of modern molecular breeding technology, several candidate genes controlling haze formation have been identified, providing a new solution for reducing beer haze.

Abstract The relevance of the topic of scientific research is associated with the use of new liquid fertilizers and a growth regulator in spring wheat crops to increase the yield and quality of grain in the central zone of the Orenburg region. Ensuring food security today is becoming one of the most urgent tasks set by the government of the Russian Federation for domestic agriculture. To solve this problem, it is necessary, first of all, to increase the yield of agricultural crops, rationally using all the factors affecting it. One of these factors is the timely and sufficient application of mineral fertilizers, the cost of which largely determines the size of the cost of production. The emergence of precision farming is associated, first of all, with the improvement of all types of agricultural machinery and technologies, as well as with the rapid development of computer technology, methods of computer modeling and information technology. The integrating basis of the technology is geographic information systems that allow registering and processing information characterizing the state of soil and crops. This information makes it possible to effectively use one of the most significant resources in crop production - mineral fertilizers.

Due to the recognition of information technology and internet technology and in-depth applications, e-commerce is proceeding at an exceptional rate. Currently, the relatively rapid development of e-commerce activities is online sales, online promotions and online services. Globalization of e-commerce as a business development has provided many opportunities. To satisfy the e-commerce environment is related to consumer, consumer loyalty, and thus ebusiness performance. Therefore, in order to gain more profits from many companies, it is necessary to carefully investigate the behavior of consumers in the electronic business environment in order to understand the factors affecting the consumption environment as the e-commerce rapidly increases. Therefore, through the basis of network marketing for the composition characteristics of the index system to evaluate customer satisfaction, then countermeasures, and theoretical effective and rational marketing strategies based on customer satisfaction for development, e-commerce improves business performance and improves Let's promote healthy development. At present, the network of scholars at home and abroad on consumer psychology, motivation and behavior has more exposure, but there are not many ways to improve customer satisfaction surveys for e-commerce environments and e-commerce. This article analyses the impact of environmental factors on customer satisfaction in e-commerce networks.

In recent years, with the Chinese government’s emphasis on the development of the cold chain logistics market for fresh agricultural products, the rapid development of agricultural cold chain logistics has been promoted in many aspects. However, in the circulation of fresh agricultural products, there is still a serious problem of “broken chain” leading to a high corrosion rate. Therefore, this research has analyzed the uncertain factors affecting the cold chain distribution system based on fault tree model, and then transform it into Bayesian network to evaluate the reliability of the cold chain distribution system for fresh agricultural product, and identify the key factors affecting the reliability of the cold chain distribution system through calculated probability importance of each node. Then we have constructed nonlinear equations with the limit of the cost, based on reliability allocation method to improve the system reliability. Numerical examples are given to validate the proposed models. The optimization result shows that higher reliability value assigned to the factors with high probability importance is more conducive to the improvement of system reliability.

The usual objective when drilling a well is to drill for the lowest overall cost. At first sight, this may seem like a requirement to drill as fast as possible, since many of the costs, such as the rig day rate, wages etc., are time dependent. However, some costs are fixed, for example the cost of the bit, and it may not always be economic to pay a very high cost for a bit that drills somewhat faster, particularly if the other costs are low.In this paper, some first 3465 feet of a reservoir lithology including four bit runs are analyzed so that factors affecting penetration rate are optimized and the lowest possible well cost is achieved. The effects of using other bit types, WOB, RPM and bit hydraulics are simulated in an attempt to determine the optimized parameters, which result in the lowest drilling cost. In this study, reducing both nozzle sizes and mud flow rate, the horse power dissipated at the bit is increased, hence reducing cost per foot of drilled interval. As it is noted, by using this simulator, 17% of the original well cost is saved, which is a considerable amount of money.
