Semangat kerja dapat diukur melalui kehadiran pegawai ditempat kerja, tanggung jawabnya terhadap pekerjaan, disiplin kerja dalam organisasi serta tingkat produktivitas kerjanya. Mengukur tinggi rendahnya semangat kerja pegawai meliputi tingkat kehadiran, disiplin kerja, kerja sama dan tanggung jawab. Presensi merupakan kehadiran pegawai yang berkenaan dengan tugas dan kewajibannya. Pada umumnya instansi atau lembaga selalu memperhatikan pegawainya untuk datang sehingga pekerjaan tidak tertunda. Untuk memperoleh kinerja yang optimal dari pegawai, maka organisasi perlu membuat dan menetapkan strategi yang berorientasi pada tujuan yang sama. Pada alat presensi pegawai model konvensional, memerlukan banyak hal dari pegawai bagian personalia maupun kejujuran pegawai. Hal ini bisa terjadi adanya manipulasi data kehadiran karyawan. Dengan sistem berbasis sidik jari, proses pengambilan data kehadiran pegawai mencapai 100% akurat karena data berdasarkan dari sidik jari karyawan langsung. Kesalahan dan manipulasi dapat dihindarkan karena pelaporanya menjadi otomatis dengan bantuan sistem.Tujuan dari model sistem manajemen kepegawaian ini sebagai media pengawasan dan media pendukung pengambilan keputusan untuk penilaian kinerja pegawai. Diharapkan memberi Solusi bagi perusahaan dalam Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai yang mampu menciptakan laporan dengan cepat, akurat dan real time.   Kata Kunci : Desain, Manajemen kepegawaian, Presensi, Sidik Jari.   Abstract: The spirit of work can be measured through the presence of employees in the workplace, their responsibility to work, discipline of work in the organization and the level of work productivity. Measuring the low morale of employees includes attendance level, discipline, cooperation and responsibility. Attendance is the presence of employees related to their duties and obligations. In general, agencies or agencies always pay attention to their employees to come so that work is not delayed. To obtain optimal performance from employees, organizations need to create and establish strategies that are oriented towards the same goal. In conventional model employee recruitment tools, requires a lot of things from personnel and honesty employees. This can occur in the manipulation of employee attendance data. With a fingerprint-based system, the process of retrieving employee attendance data reaches 100% accurate because the data is based on the fingerprints of direct employees. Errors and manipulations can be avoided because the reporting becomes automated with the help of the system. The purpose of this staffing management system model as a surveillance media and supporting media decision making for employee performance assessment. It is expected to provide solutions for companies in Employee Performance Assessment who are able to create reports quickly, accurately and in real time.   Keywords: Design, Staffing management, Review, Fingerprint.

 Raharja Internet Cafe as a facility in Raharja College which is provided for Personal Raharja in helping provide the need for lecture activities. Raharja Internet Cafe has a problem, namely the sales system for applying color products that consumers have to come directly to the RIC room at LV-002 at Raharja College, but Raharja Internet Cafe cannot accommodate many consumers because of the limited area. These problems are the background for the establishment of an electronic sales system (e-commerce) based on Yii framework with the aim of facilitating the sale of color print products for consumers and staff of Raharja Internet Cafe. E-commerce website at Raharja Internet Cafe is a web-based application with a structured programming concept. The e-commerce application development Shop Copy Nicky uses 4 (four) stages in accordance with the steps that exist in software development, including the stages of observation, analysis, literature study consisting of 10 (ten) literature and implementation. The conclusion of the e-commerce website development on Raharja Internet Cafe is that the website built can make it easier for consumers to make transactions, and Raharja Internet Cafe can get comprehensive and real time reports about sales data, and payment systems for consumers that are easier because using a payment system that is done online.

Managing people is a difficult task and maintaining the attendance record is an important factor for most of the organizations. Meanwhile, in the industrial sector, a precise attendance record system of the employees is important for companies, especially for the payroll process. There are various existing technology that has been implemented to help an industrial sector to manage their attendance records. The use of current technology such as fingerprint biometric scanner and mobile devices as a complement to the software development will benefits to the industrial sector in order to enhance their services. This paper described a fingerprint biometric-based and web-based management system integrated with short message service (SMS) notification for attendance records of the employees known ANotify. It was specifically developed for an industrial sector that uses fingerprint as biometric features for employee attendance, is able to store records of employees’ attendance in organized, systematic, and the SMS alert notification to the supervisors about the employee attendance reports. This system was developed based on System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as a methodology. A user acceptance test was conducted with thirty (30) respondents to determine the effectiveness of the system by evaluating the questionnaire which was categorized into three (3) parts included user interface satisfaction, perceived ease of use, and integration of SMS notification. Results of the system evaluation showed that the system has a positive impact and to be well accepted by users, convenient, economic and reliable method of notification for the attendance records

The research information system Web-based Employee performance assessment aims to: 1) Designing a new system to improve a system that is being used today by  KANTOR CAMAT RANTAU UTARA. 2) Makes a the website can be used by agencies to know the performance of the employees of the Office of the head of the northern region 3) increasing knowledge for the author and address problems that are being faced by companies/agencies. 4) as reference materials for research project next. As for the programming used in the writing of this research is programming websites using MySQL database and PHP, and Sublime Text for the creation of a php script. From the results of testing against the proposed system it can be stated that: 1) the proposed System can assist superiors in knowing the performance of officials in the exercise of his duties; 2) Supervisor can tell if employees carry out work according to his duties; 3) process data processing employees more quickly and accurately Keywords: Assessment, performance, PNS, PHP and MySQL.

Sistem pelaporan pengaduan yang saat ini masih secara konvensional seringkali mengalami permasalahan seperti kehilangan berkas aduan dan pelapor yang tidak mengetahui mengenai laporan yang telah diadukan. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan sistem yang belum real time. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut diperlukan pemanfaatan sistem dalam mekanisme pengelolaan laporan pengaduan dan meminimalkan resiko masalah yang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem pengelolaan laporan pengaduan berbasis web mobile di pemerintah Provinsi Gorontalo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Prototype. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem untuk mengelola laporan pengaduan yang memberikan hak akses bagi admin, pelapor, pengelola, dan pimpinan. Sistem ini juga dapat mempermudah pembuatan laporan pengaduan sehingga dapat di akses dimanapun dan kapanpun. Selain itu, pelapor dapat dengan mudah mengajukan pengaduan, pengelola dapat dengan mudah mencari data mengenai laporan pengaduan dan pimpinan dapat dengan mudah memonitor laporan pengaduan yang masuk. The conventional complaint reporting system often experiences problems; one of them is losing the complaint file. It is worsened by the condition in which informants might not know about the report that has been filed. This condition happens due to the non-real-time system. Based on this problem, it is necessary to use the system in the complaint report management mechanism and minimize the risk of the occurred problems. This study aimed to develop a mobile web-based complaint report management system for the government of Gorontalo Province. This research uses the Prototype method. This research designed a system for managing complaint reports that provide access rights for admins, informants, managers, and leaders. Further, this system provided easier access to make complaint reports to be accessed anywhere and anytime. Moreover, it would be easier for informants to file complaints, managers to find the data regarding complaints reports, and leaders to monitor the incoming complaints reports.

Hungers in the world are burning issue now-adays and wastage of food is increasing day by day. Surplus Food for Orphanage (SFO) is an online food management system that manages extra food for starving people who have not enough food to remain alive. The aim of the research is to develop a web-based portal named “Surplus Food for Orphanage” which makes a communication between donor and food seeker. This paper represents a new internet-based website that will be helpful for donating old stuff and extra food to all needy people. In this website the donor can register his/her account. When registration becomes successful, donor can access this website by log in to their account. Donor will publish their post by enrolling their food item’s name, quantity of food that donor want to donate, their contact number and location also. A simple notification is given to the admin. Charity can view the donor/restaurant post by logging in to this website. Then charity can contact to the food donor and collected the surplus food from donor and collected food will be distributed to the disadvantaged people. This system will be helpful to reduce the wastage of food, inspiration for the donor to come forward to donate foods for orphanage easily.

Employee attendance is very important as a support that can encourage work productivity activities. Monitoring employee attendance also plays an important role in the employee performance appraisal process. However, the application of the employee attendance system at PT Indra Karya Persada is currently still using the attendance book manually by writing down the hours of entry and return in handwriting. Attendance that is done manually can cause problems in the form of inappropriate data, difficulty in searching for data, and the risk of losing data. In addition, the current employee attendance system has not accommodated employees if they have to work outside the office, they must come to the office to write down their attendance. For this reason, a computerized employee attendance system that can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection is needed, so that existing problems can be resolved properly. And the process of monitoring and daily employee attendance reports can be monitored properly

Whilst a number of algorithms have been published on the algorithmic development, only few information exists about the integration within a comprehensive real-time Event Detection and Management System. In the following the analytical solution and the software implementation of a real-time source identification module and its integration within a web-based Event Management System is described. The development was part of the project SAFEWATER, which was funded under FP 7 of the European Commission.</p>

Publications and researches are one of the important activities of higher education institutions (HEIs) worldwide. Many HEIs, especially in Iraq, are facing different types of problems in managing publication information. This paper presents the design and implementation of researches management system (RMS) to be adopted in one of the state universities in Iraq. RMS is a web-based application to manage the publications and researches information in HEIs. The main goals of this application are collecting all submission publication information in a central database, generating different types of publication reports, generating real-time different statistics, saving all researchers information in the HEI, and facilitating checking and tracking the submitted researches.
