The covid pandemic in  the world requires of social restrictions. Working from home is one solution in doing work. Every employee is required to contribute to the organization by always maintaining their performance. Therefore, monitoring is important to do to assess the performance results of these employees. Three monitoring alternatives are presented, namely, monitoring by means of self-uploading of performance results, monitoring with confirmation from supervisor and automatic monitoring applications during work implementation. The TOPSIS decision making method is used to select the three alternatives with 8 criteria. Based on the results of calculations and TOPSIS analysis, it was found that the automatic monitoring application during work was the best monitoring that needed to be made and to be implement. The value of relative proximity to the positive ideal solution of 0.63139.

The Happy Savings and Loan Cooperative is one of the non-bank financial institutions in the form of cooperatives that serve the needs of its members in lending services with collateral in the form of member deposits, land or building certificates, books for motorized or automobile owners (BPKB) with the aim of providing services and facilities for candidates creditors in the economy. needs Lending funds to prospective creditors must also with the approval of the head of the cooperative / cooperative council. The agreement generally requires considerations such as analyzing the ability to pay prospective creditors. Because each prospective creditor has different economic conditions, it must be observant in making decisions. In determining whether a loan recipient is appropriate or not, there must be an assessment of the criteria established as a reference for decision making. TOPSIS is one of the multi-criteria decision-making methods first introduced by Yoon and Hwang (1981). TOPSIS uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the longest distance (the farthest) from the negative ideal solution from a geometric point of view using the Euclidean distance (distance between two points) to determine the relative proximity of an alternative to the optimal solution. The new theory comes when the current economic circumstance cannot be explained. The Great Depression in 1930s severely smashed the world economy and no explanations and policies were provided by the classical laissez-faire until the Roosevelt New Deal took the world economy out of depression. The macroeconomic theory has been brought out by John Maynard Keynes. Early this century, not only did the US Sub-prime crisis strongly affect the world economy, but also the macroeconomic theory. The development of the macroeconomic theory after the Sub-prime crisis becomes a hot topic. In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making (MADM) problems for evaluating the macro-economy performance with triangular fuzzy information. Then, we extend the grey relational analysis (GRA) procedure for triangular fuzzy multiple attribute decision making for evaluating the macro-economy performance in triangular fuzzy setting. According to the concept of the GRA, a fuzzy relative relational degree is defined to determine the ranking order of all alternatives by calculating the degree of fuzzy grey relational coefficient to both the triangular fuzzy positive-ideal solution (TFPIS) and triangular fuzzy negative-ideal solution (TFNIS) simultaneously. Finally, an illustrative example for evaluating the macro-economy performance is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

The purpose of this study is to study African, Asian and Oceanic countries in the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) ranking of innovation indicators by means of Multicriteria Decision Making (MCDM) analysis, as a support to the methodology applied by WIPO. The quantitative methodology used is the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This paper includes a Pearson’s correlation between the indicators. Results suggest a novelty to WIPO’s methodology using TOPSIS as a support for ranking countries, contributing to improve the methodology of innovation indicators by joining their qualitative and quantitative perspectives and principles.

It is known in the selection of the scholarship will certainly experience difficulties because of the many criteria for scholarship applicants and the number of criteria used to determine the grantee's decision as expected. Therefore the need for a system of decision-makers to take into account all the criteria that support decision making by using rule-based and forward chaining, because the rule-based and forward chaining will implement a counting system for certain that the admin just entering data and will gain value in accordance with the criteria. In this study, the author tries to analyze the main points of the discussion and the results are intended to develop information systems that can be used in AMIK Jombang. System decision makers have preferred to build a decision matrix, decision making matrix is normalized, weighted normalized decision making matrix, determine the positive and negative ideal solution, calculate separation, calculate the relative proximity to the positive ideal solution, rank the alternatives. The final result of the data sorting recipients. Keywords: scholarships, rule based dan forward chaining

This paper discusses medical diagnosis from the clinicians point of view. The aim of the paper is to identify areas where computer science and information science may be of help to the practising clinician. Collection of data, analysis, and decision-making are discussed in turn. Finally, some specific recommendations are made for further joint research on the basis of experience around the world to date.

Banking has always played an important role in the economy because of its effects on individuals as well as on the economy. In the process of renovation and modernization of the country, the system of commercial banks has changed dramatically. Business models and services have become more diversified. Therefore, the performance of commercial banks is always attracting the attention of managers, supervisors, banks and customers. Bank ranking can be viewed as a multi-criteria decision model. This article uses the technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method to rank some commercial banks in Vietnam.

“Technology Spurs Decentralization Across the Country.” So reads a 1984 New York Times article on real-estate trends in the United States. The contemporary revolution in information processing and transmittal now allows large businesses and other institutions to disperse their offices and other facilities across the country, even across the world, without loss of the policy- and decision-making abilities formerly requiring regular physical proximity. Thanks to computers, word processors, and the like, decentralization has become a fact of life in America and other highly technological societies.

In this article, we have designed a new scheme for the construction of the nonlinear confusion component. Our mechanism uses the notion of a semigroup, Inverse LA-semigroup, and various other loops. With the help of these mathematical structures, we can easily build our confusion component namely substitution boxes (S-boxes) without having specialized structures. We authenticate our proposed methodology by incorporating the available cryptographic benchmarks. Moreover, we have utilized the technique for order of preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) to select the best nonlinear confusion component. With the aid of this multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM), one can easily select the best possible confusion component while selecting among various available nonlinear confusion components.
