The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, either partially or simultaneously. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, which based on data obtained in October 2021, totaled 61 employees from all divisions except managers. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that the sample used was representative of the entire population, namely 61 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. Hypothesis testing by means of Simultaneous partial (t test), (F test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that there is effect of work commitment on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of supervision on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. Simultaneously there are effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.409, this result means that 40.9% of the quality of work of employees can be explained by the work commitment, supervision, and discipline, while the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables which is not researched. This study has purpose to determine and analyze the effect of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaints Handling, and Facilities on Costumer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. The research method applied in this study was a quantitative descriptive research design. This study used a population of 1,500 respondents. In determining the sample size, this study used the Slovin formula. Based on the results of calculation, the number of samples in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique was carried out using incidental sampling. The data collection was done using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study was statistical analysis consists of multiple linear regression test, F test, t test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complaint Handling, and Facilities simultaneously had a significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura. Partially, it was found that Company Image and Customer Incentives do not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. Meanwhile, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities have a positive and significant effect on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah in Kartasura. The coefficient of determination or the contribution of the variables of Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities on Customer Retention at BMT Amanah Ummah Kartasura was 43.1%. This study suggested that BMT Amanah Ummah should continue to improve and pay attention to the factors that affect the Customer Retention, such as Company Image, Customer Incentives, Trust, Complain Handling, and Facilities. The purpose of this study is to find out how much Return On Investment (ROI) is to assess the financial performance of PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk. This type of quantitative descriptive research uses secondary data. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature study. Research population for 22 years from the start of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 1997-2019. Then a sample of 10 years from 2010-2019 with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used statistical analysis with a one-sample t-test. The results showed that the Return On Investment (ROI) to assess the financial performance of      PT Mitra Investindo, Tbk was in a bad condition because it was less than 30% of the expected.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Harvesting process is very important on determining the quality of CPO produced so that it can increase revenue or reciprocity toward company's development. This encourages researcher to analyze what factors influence the productivity of oil palm harvesters. This study used sample of 20 people. Sample was determined by using Non Probability Sampling technique with census method or saturated sample which used all the population as sample because the population was less than 30 people. The data were collected by questioner and interviewing the chosen respondents. Variables in this study were age (X1), education (X2), work tenure (X3), number of dependents (X4) and the dependent variable was employee's work productivity (Y). The Data ws analyzed by using multiple linear regression with effective contribution test and coefficient of determination test. The result showed that age and education factors had positive affect toward employee's work productivity. Beside of that, work tenure and number of dependents had negative effect on employee's work productivity and the most dominant contribution among the four factors was the number of dependents. In addition, the value of R square or the coefficient of determination showed that factors of age, education, years of service and the number of dependents together affected work productivity by 41.7% and the remaining 58.3% were influenced by other factors outside the study.

<p>The purpose of this study is to determine (1) the effect of professionalism competence variable on students' achievement, (2) the effect of teacher's personality variables on students' achievement, (3) the effect of teacher's professionalism and personality on students' achievement. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, with 60 teachers of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA as research subjects taken by total sampling method. Data collected by the instrument in form of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing by F test and t test. Results from the study shows regression equation Y = 43.764+ 0,243 X1 + 0.173 X2 that has meaning when variables X1 and X2 changes, it will have an impact on student achievement. The result of data analysis shows that partially teacher’s professionalism affects significantly on students’ achievement with the value tcount 3,485 &gt; ttable 2,002.Analysis on effect of personality on students’ learning achievement partially influences significantly with value tcount 3,105 &gt; ttable 2,002. The result simultaneously shows that teacher’s professionalism and personality conjunctly affecting the achievement of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA Medan student with value of 8,143 &gt; Ftable 4.01. Other than that, the coefficient of determination (R2) has value of 222. It means in the amount of 22,20% of students’ learning achievement variable is affected by two independent variables in this research, meanwhile the rest as big as 77,80% is affected by other variable that is not studied in this research.</p>

This research is motivated by the high self-confidence of early child in PAUD Adzkia III Village Korong Gadang, District Kuranji, Padang City. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study was 29 teachers. Sampling using cluster random sampling technique obtained 22 people sample from 75% population. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while the data collection tool using a questionnaire sheet. The data analysis technique used is the percentage formula. The result of the research shows that 1) the picture of self-confidence planting through the independent aspect given by the teacher to the child looks very good, 2) the picture of confidence planting through positive thinking aspect given by the teacher to the child looks very good, and 3) the picture the cultivation of trust through the brave aspect of expressing the opinion given by the teacher to the child looks very good. Suggestions in this study is expected to the teacher in order to maintain and increase confidence planting in school so that the child's confidence continues to increase.

Translation of literacy in english, Indonesian and latin has a strategic position in the biological sciences that must be studied with good quality for students so that the development of science. The purpose of this study is to examine the quality of taxonomy translation in English, Indonesian and Latin with regard to biology education. This research is a quantitative-descriptive research. The test method is used to collect data on the ability to translate in biology education learning by using the google form media provided through the biology student WhatsApp group due to the Covid-19 pandemic in the form of 10 questions with a blend of English, Latin and Indonesian about taxonomy. There are 13 respondents who are ready to answer the test. The test is given for 1 credit which is about 45 minutes as the deadline. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive quantitative which uses three lines of research activities, namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification.The results obtained by respondents find it easier to translate test questions in short sentences. The quality of taxonomy translations related to English, Indonesian and Latin have good quality because from the first session, namely translation into the target language English, 4 of the total questions were obtained with the percentage of success by students in translating well above 50%. Likewise for the results of the translation with the target language Indonesian, the respondents managed to answer all questions well with a percentage above 50%. Here it can be seen that, translating into the target language Indonesian is still easier for respondents to produce because all questions are of high value than translating into the target language English.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of m-Banking on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Prabumulih City. This type of research is a survey research with quantitative descriptive approach. The population is all customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri in Prabumulih City, samples were taken by 90 respondents, using random sampling technique with saturated sample method. This study uses primary data obtained from respondents' answers in the form of questionnaire filling, that is, data obtained directly from the research object. Data analysis techniques include: the test instrument consists of validity and reliability tests, the classic assumption test consists of tests of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity, simple linear regression test and hypothesis test consisting of the F test, test the coefficient of determination and t test. The results of the study for the determination test show R Square of 0.738. shows that the value of R Squre (coefficient of determination) is 0.738. This means that the m-Banking service variable on Customer Satisfaction is 73.8% while the remaining 26% (100% - 73.8 = 26.2%) is influenced by other factors outside the study.

The Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) is one of the methods used to determine the quality of public services through public perception. Public services provided by the Kupang City Oepoi Community Health Center (Puskesmas Oepoi) have not met yet community expectations. The preliminary observations found several problems regarding health services rendered by Puskesmas Oepoi, such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, limited service time, insufficient human resources, and unsatisfying handling complaints and suggestions. These, consequently, could reduce public satisfaction, which will ultimately lead to a decline in the quality of Puskesmas Oepoi public services. This study aimed to determine the IKM toward the quality of public services in Puskesmas Oepoi Kupang City. The study used a quantitative descriptive survey approach. The number of samples was 96 respondents obtained by accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used the guidelines of Community Satisfaction Survey consisting of nine IKM indicators. The results showed that the satisfaction level and quality of services provided by Puskesmas Oepoi Kupang City in 2019 were at the "Good" category with a total conversion value of the nine elements of IKM was 76.62. Puskesmas Oepoi should improve the IKM elements that are at the “poor” category as well as maintain the IKM elements that are at the “good” category so that the public remains satisfied with the service performance provided by Puskesmas Oepoi.

Customer Satisfaction in terms of Shopee's Lifestyle, Promotion, and Service Quality. Thesis, Department of Management, Faculty of Economics, Islamic University of Batik Surakarta, 2021. This study aims to prove the simultaneous and partial effect of Customer Satisfaction in terms of Lifestyle, Promotion, and Shopee E-Commerce Service Quality. This research is quantitative descriptive. The population is all Shopee E-commerce buyers. The number of samples used by Sugiyono's guidelines, amounting to 100 respondents, the sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis.  The results of the study indicate that the F-test of lifestyle, promotion, and service quality simultaneously and significantly affects Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction. The t-test results show that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Shopee's e-commerce, the promotion has a positive and significant effect on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that lifestyle, promotion, and service quality variables on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction. The most dominant influence on Shopee e-commerce customer satisfaction is lifestyle variables because it has the largest.
