The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

<p><em>This research has a purpose to know the implementation of Service Quality, to know the Customer Satisfaction at PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu. </em><em>In this study population consists of 1.000 customer satisfaction with a sample of 286 using Incidental sampling technique. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed with SPSS program version 22.0 </em>using simple linear regression with test of hypothesis test of determination and t test. <em>The result of research shows that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 9,311 + 0,763 X, constant of 9,311 means if variable of Service Quality is still value then Customer Satisfaction is 0,763 so there is influence between Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction. The result of Coefficient of Determination (</em> <em>) is known 0,400 means 40% Service Quality is influenced by Customer Satisfaction, while the rest 60% Service Quality is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Then, the result of t test obtained </em> <em>value is 13,765 while  </em> <em> equal to 1,9683. This means that the value of</em><em> </em><em> </em> <em> &gt; </em> <em> (13,765&gt;1,9683) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning there is influence the Service Quality to Customer Satisfaction at </em><em>             </em><em>PT. Bank Jateng KCP Cepu.</em></p>

The This study aims to determine the Effect of Working Facilities on Employee satisfaction at Imelda Hotel-Waterpark-Convention Padang. This type of research is classified into quantitative descriptive research with causative associative methods.1The population in this study were all employees who worked at Imelda Hotel-Waterpark-Convention Padang as many as 72 people using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques usingma questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed through description analysis and simple linear regression test and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS Computer Program version 16.00. The results of the study show that: Work Facilities in the category of Good have a percentage of 51.39% and Satisfaction of employees with the category of Good has a percentage of 86.11%. Furthermore, the R Square value is 0.094 with the level of sig. 0.009 <0.05, the Work Facility variabledcan explain the variable Employee Satisfaction of 9.4% and 90.6% influenced by other factors.

<p><em>This research has purpose to know the quality of internet banking service in PT BNI Persero Tbk KC Madin, to know customer satisfaction at PT BNI Persero Tbk KC Madiun. In this study the population consists of 512 customers with a sample of 225 clients taken with Incidental sampling technique. Technique of taking data taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed with SPSS version 20.0 using simple linear regression with hypothesis test, determination test and t test. The result of the research shows that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 12,646 + 0,635 X, constant equal to 12,646 meaning if variable of Quality of Internet Banking Service is fixed then Customer Satisfaction amount is 0,635 so there is influence between Quality of Internet Banking Service to Customer Satisfaction. The result of Coefficient of Determination Adjust (R2) is known 0,377 means 37,7% Quality of Internet Banking Service influenced by Customer Satisfaction, while the rest 62,3% Quality of Internet Banking Service influenced by other variable not examined in this research. The result of t test is t_hitung value is 11,697 while t_tabel is 1,651. This means that the value of </em><em>〖</em><em>t</em><em>〗</em><em> _count&gt; t_table (11,697&gt; 1,651). so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.</em></p>

The study was conducted to determine the effect of product innovation on competitive advantage at SME of “Duren Kamu Pasti Kembali” in Serang City. This study uses quantitative and was analyzed descriptively the hypothesis was tested by using simple linear regression analysis. This study uses descriptive research-causality. Sampling technique used was saturated sampling type under non-probability sampling, with the 19 respondents. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis with the t-test, product innovation significantly influenced on competitive advantage at SME “Duren KPK” in Serang City. The results of coefficient of determination showed that product innovation at SME “Duren KPK” was able to explain 77,8% competitive advantage, and the remaining 22,2% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The conclusion of this study is product innovation at SME “Duren KPK” is categorized as good, but there are several aspects that need to be improved such as product innovation that is still easily imitated by other competitors, and the price of products that are not yet affordable.

<em>This research has purpose to know giving reward at PDAM Magetan, to know employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan, and to know influence of reward to employee job satisfaction at PDAM Magetan. Sampling technique in this research using simple random sampling technique taken 66 employees at PDAM Magetan. Data were taken by questionnaire, observation and documentation. The analysis was processed by SPSS version 16.0 using simple linear regression with test test and test hypothesis test. The results showed that the result of Simple Linear Regression Test is Y = 13.054 + 0.496, it means that if the variable of customer satisfaction is constant or constant, then the amount of job satisfaction of employee is 13,054. The result of Coefficient of Determination (R ^ 2) is known 0,879 indicates that 87% variable of employee job satisfaction influenced by reward, while the rest 13% influenced by other variable. Furthermore, the result of t test obtained t_hitung value is 21,549 while t_tabel equal to 1,668. This means that the value of t _count &gt; t_tabel (21,549 &gt; 1,668) so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it means there is influence between Reward on Job Satisfaction Employees At PDAM Magetan.</em>

The purpose of this study was to determine how the organizational culture of PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan, find out how the performance of employees at PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang South Tangerang and determine the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, at PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. This type of research is associative descriptive research. The population and sample are all employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang, South Tangerang. In this study carried out using the help of SPSS program ver. 23 that includes data quality tests, simple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. The results of this study indicate that the organizational culture at PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang South Tangerang is already good, with answers from all respondents totaling 50 employees with "Strongly Agree" as much as 146 or 29%, answers "Agree" as much as 262. Employee performance at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang, South Tangerang is already good, with the answers of all respondents totaling 50 employees who answered "Strongly Agree" as much as 177 or 35%, answers "Agree" as much as 254 or 51%. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan with a tcount greater than the ttable (7.045> 1.67) and a significance of less than 0.05 (0.00 <0.05). Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana budaya organisasi pada PT Bank negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan, mengetahuai bagaimana kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan dan mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif asosiatif. Populasi dan sampelnya adalah seluruh karyawan PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan program SPSS ver. 23 yaitu meliputi uji kualitas data, uji regresi linier sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi pada PT Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan sudah baik yaitu dengan jawaban seluruh responden yang berjumlah 50 karyawan dengan “Sangat Setuju” sebanyak 146 atau 29%, jawaban “Setuju” sebanyak 262 Kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan sudah baik yaitu dengan jwaban seluruh responden yang berjumlah 50 karyawan yang menjawab “Sangat Setuju” sebanyak 177 atau 35%, jawaban “Setuju” sebanyak 254 atau 51%. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Bank negara Indonesia KCP Pamulang Tangerang Selatan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dari nilai ttabel (7,045 > 1,67) dan signifikansi lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,00 < 0,05). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure on corporate performance Population of this study is the financial statements of PT. Astra International Tbk listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2016. This research is quantitative descriptive research to know influence of capital structure to company performance. The data collection instrument uses direct documentation and observation which is then analyzed using simple linear regression. Data analysis using simple linear regression test, hypothesis test using SPSS 20. The result obtained is capital structure have positive and significant effect to company performance.

In order to improve the quality and quantity of performance of Civil Servants (PNS) at the Pekanbaru City Health Office, it is necessary to conduct Competency research for all Civil Servants (PNS) of the Pekanbaru City Health Office. This competency is carried out so that office holders can occupy their positions in accordance with their educational qualifications, skills/ experience and attitudes. In general, the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of competence on employee performance at the Pekanbaru City Health Office. The number of samples in this study were 91 employees. In the overall validity test the statement of competence and performance variables are declared valid because the rcount > rtable (0.206) is obtained. Simple linear regression results obtained by the value of Y = 2.729 + 0.899X. From the partial test results or t test obtained value of tcount (6.928) > ttable (1.986) with a sig level of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that competence has a significant effect on performance. The coefficient of determination test results (R2) of 0.350 or 35 %, meaning that the magnitude of the influence or contribution given by the competency variable to the performance variable is 35 % while the remaining 65 % is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture on Employee Performance On Eternal PT.Bandar Shipyard. Samples were employees working in PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard 66 people, sampling using sampling Nonprobably. This method is used by the sampling technique drawn from all members of the population .. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression techniques, hypothesis testing using the coefficient of determination (R2) and t test (partial test), while the data processing using SPSS version 20.0 Results showed that test the coefficient of determination (R2) is equal to 0268 which can be interpreted variable Organizational Culture able to explain the existence of the variable Employee performance is at 26.8% while the remaining 73.2% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study, but it is partially contained research the influence of organizational culture on the performance 4.844 0.000 Employee significantly. This shows that the t-test 4.844 is greater than t-table 1.699 which means that the independent variable is organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on the dependent variable, namely Performance At PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard
