The Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) is one of the methods used to determine the quality of public services through public perception. Public services provided by the Kupang City Oepoi Community Health Center (Puskesmas Oepoi) have not met yet community expectations. The preliminary observations found several problems regarding health services rendered by Puskesmas Oepoi, such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure, limited service time, insufficient human resources, and unsatisfying handling complaints and suggestions. These, consequently, could reduce public satisfaction, which will ultimately lead to a decline in the quality of Puskesmas Oepoi public services. This study aimed to determine the IKM toward the quality of public services in Puskesmas Oepoi Kupang City. The study used a quantitative descriptive survey approach. The number of samples was 96 respondents obtained by accidental sampling technique. The data analysis technique used the guidelines of Community Satisfaction Survey consisting of nine IKM indicators. The results showed that the satisfaction level and quality of services provided by Puskesmas Oepoi Kupang City in 2019 were at the "Good" category with a total conversion value of the nine elements of IKM was 76.62. Puskesmas Oepoi should improve the IKM elements that are at the “poor” category as well as maintain the IKM elements that are at the “good” category so that the public remains satisfied with the service performance provided by Puskesmas Oepoi.

This paperaims to knowthe quality indicatorsof the financial statements which consist of profitability, solvency and reputation of Registered Public Accountant (KAP)to the audit lagwith company size as a moderation variable either partially or simultaneously in LQ45 companies. This research is a comparative causal research with ex post facto approach. Purposive sampling technique is used in this research and there are 18 samples collected by this technique from LQ45 in Indonesia Company Issueryear 2010-2016. The data analyzed research is 126. Data analysis technique used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the Application ofEviews Software. The study concluded thatstudy showed that solvency, reputation of the public accounting firm and company size had a significant effect on Audit Lag, while profitability had no significant effect on Audit Lag. The size of a company able to moderate the effect of independent variablesto the Audit Lag and not haveto moderate the effect of the profitability to the Audit Lag.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, either partially or simultaneously. This research approach is based on a quantitative approach. This type of research is a type of quantitative descriptive research. The population of this study are all employees of PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya, which based on data obtained in October 2021, totaled 61 employees from all divisions except managers. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that the sample used was representative of the entire population, namely 61 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis technique. Hypothesis testing by means of Simultaneous partial (t test), (F test), and coefficient of determination (R2). The results of the study indicate that there is effect of work commitment on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of supervision on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. There is effect of discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. Simultaneously there are effect of work commitment, supervision, and discipline on the quality of work of employees at PT. Bintang Saudara Semesta Jaya. The results of the regression calculation can be seen that the coefficient of determination (R square) obtained is 0.409, this result means that 40.9% of the quality of work of employees can be explained by the work commitment, supervision, and discipline, while the remaining 59.1% is explained by other variables which is not researched. Competence of human resources on the quality of public services in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine the factors that influence human resource competence in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this study was 2,095 people. Samples were 95 people. The sampling technique used is Purpossive Sampling. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and with the help of SPSS application version 21. The results showed that the Human Resources Competence at the Maddenra Village Office with a percentage of 58.16% was in the unfavorable category. The quality of public services at the Maddenra Village Office with a percentage of 58.30% is in the poor category. Based on the value of t count> t table or 9,855> 1,989, then H0 is rejected, it means that Human Resources Competence has a significant effect on the Quality of Public Services in the Maddenra Village Office, Kulo District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency with a percentage contribution of 51.1% influence. Factors that Influence Human Resources Competence: a. Internal factors: 1) Employees in improving service capability 58%. 2) The ability of employees to anticipate public complaints 59%. 3) Increased employee use of computers 56%. b. External factors: 1) Government attitudes towards human resource support 59%. 2) Community involvement in improving services 57%. 3) employee training to support technology development 51%. Based on the description above, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the Competency of Human Resources in the Office of Maddenra Village with a percentage of 56.67% are in the unfavorable category.

Apparatus on the quality of public services in Wala Village, Kecamatang Maritengngae, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population in conducting this study were people with male and female gender, amounting to 3,725 people from two environments, the data collection technique used was the Slovin formula with 92 results, taken based on purposive sampling technique. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research, data collection techniques used are observation techniques, questionnaires, literature study, and documentation. The data analysis technique is using the validity and reliability tests using the SPSS 21.0 application and a Likert scale. Based on the research that was taken from the results of the questionnaire data, it was obtained that the recapitulation of the Apparatus Performance variable with a percentage of 67.4% was included in the "Good" category while the recapitulation of the Public Service Quality variable with a percentage of 69.6% was included in the "Good" category.

This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance, the quality of public services, and the effect of applying the principles of good governance on the quality of public services at the Makassar City Land Office. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using incidental sampling techniques. The data was collected by using a questionnaire, conducting interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics (product moment correlation test) using the SPSS 18 application. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the application of the principles of good governance and the quality of public services at the Makassar City Land Office belongs to the good category in terms of indicator measuring the variable. The result of the product moment correlation analysis shows that the effect of the application of the principles of good governance governance on the quality of public services is 0.790, which is positive, which means that the level of influence is in the strong category.

This research is motivated by the low learning motivation of the Haus Public Speaking training participants in Padang City, this is presumably because it has something to do with the andragogical competence of the Trainer in the Haus Public speaking Training in Padang City. This study aims to see an overview of the andragogical competence of the trainer, the description of learning motivation, and the relationship between the andragogical competence of the trainer and the learning motivation of the participants in the Haus Public Speaking training in Padang City. The approach to this research is quantitative with descriptive correlational research. The population in this study was 25 participants in the Haus Public Speaking training in Padang City and a sample of 70%, namely 17 people. The sampling technique was random sampling. In this study, data collection using a questionnaire or questionnaire with the data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire guide. The data analysis technique in this study used a percentage formula and rank-order correlation. The results of this study indicate that the andragogical competence of the trainer is quite low, the learning motivation of the participants is still low, and there is a significant relationship between the andragogical competence of the trainer and the learning motivation of the public speaking training participants. Suggestions are to the managers of the public speaking training program to further improve the quality of learning in public speaking training. To trainers, so they can improve their competence as educators, especially andragogical competence in public speaking training. It is hoped that in other studies, we can see some other factors that have not been examined in this study.Keywords: Andragogical Competence, Learning Motivation

Environmental issues have been increasingly recognized by the public with the rise of news about global warming. This encourages consumers to better appreciate environmentally friendly products. This study aims to explain the effect of green perceived value on green repurchase intention mediated by green trust products of The Body Shop in Denpasar city. The number of samples in this study were 120 respondents by using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis technique. Based on the analysis result, it was found that green perceived value had positive and significant effect on green repurchase intention. Green perceived value has a positive and significant effect on green trust. Green trusts have a positive and significant influence on green repurchase intention. Green trusts significantly mediate the effect of green perceived value on green repurchase intention. The Body Shop should be more intensive in providing information about the benefits derived from using the product and must further improve the quality and quality of the product.   Keywords: Green Marketing, green perceived value, green trust, green repurchase intention.

This research aimed to identify and analyze the principles, standards, elements, and quality of public services at the Office of Industry, Trade, and Cooperatives of Yahukimo Regency, Indonesia, located in a remote area. The research method applied was a qualitative descriptive survey with observation and interviews. The interviewees in this study were from 15 informants of different position levels. This study employed an interactive model to analyze the interview data. There were four main findings; firstly, in terms of the principle of public service transparency, the public was increasingly motivated to convey their demands, requests, and aspirations to the government. Meanwhile, accountability services were satisfactory per the provisions of laws and regulations, but public participation in public services was still lacking. Secondly, public service standards and service procedures were implemented following the stipulated provisions and competencies of officials. Those public officers had related-abilities in the form of knowledge, prowess, skill, attitude, and behavior that are required in completing their duties. Thirdly, in terms of public services, the public officers’ work ethic was a driving force for the officials to comply with the prior-set and agreed with rules and work procedures. At the same time, the facilities and infrastructure were adequate. Finally, regarding the quality of public services, the goals and targets of the service were well achieved.

Land and buiding tax is the main source ini regional development. This study raised hoh people’s interest in ttheir obligation to the state. As for objectives to be achieved in this studi is to desceribbe the public perception of the obligation to pay taxes in subdistrict of Tilamuta and to find out what factors influence the formation of community persception. This type of research is quantitative descriptive survey research that is taking sampels from a population and using a questionnaire. Aims to explain condition, summarize the various conditions and situation and variables that arise in the community. Based on what happened thes raised to the surface of the character or description of condition of situation and its variables. The population of this research is community of Tilamuta sub-district whose sampels were taken from all villages using the frank linch formula with total of 100 sampel. The results of research data processing show that most respondents know about land and building taxes. The awareness of the community in paying Tilamuta land and building taxes is quite high, this cann be seen from the level of public education that began to improve. The socialization given by the regional government was also quite good but not yet maximized.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of public services on community satisfaction in the field of labor placement services at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Sampling in this population uses a non-probability sampling technique with the type of accidental sampling. The population of people who visited the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Bantul Regency, D.I.Yogyakarta, was 50. The sample taken was 44. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The collection technique using SPSS.17. Based on the results of the study, it was stated that the Public Service Quality variable had a positive and significant effect on community satisfaction, having a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05
