The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the product display and promotion partially on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore and to find out how much influence the product displays and promotions simultaneously on consumer purchasing decisions on books published by Mizan at the Gunung Agung BSD Tangerang bookstore. This research is causality with quantitative approach. The population in this study is Mizan's book customers at the Gunung Agung BSD bookstore Tangerang with convenience sampling technique obtained samples of 69 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are: data quality tests including validity and reliability, the classic assumption test of normality, multicollinearity, heterocendatisity, regression analysis that is multiple regression, partial t, simultaneous F and coefficient of determination. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The results of first hypothesis that is no significant influence between product displays on consumer purchasing decisions, (2) The results of second hypothesis that is a positive and significant effect between promotions on decisions consumer purchases, and (3) The results of third hypothesis, namely product display and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

The purpose of this study to analyze and discuss of optimism, innovativeness, and discomfort on the readiness of MSMEs to implement SAK EMKM. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. Data is collected by using a questionnaire. This study used 74 MSME samples in Jember Regency. Data analysis methods in this study used descriptive statistics, data quality tests, classic assumption tests, and hypothesis testing consisting of multiple linear regression analysis methods, F test, t-test, and the coefficient of determination test. The results showed that optimism had a significant influence on the readiness of MSMEs to implement SAK EMKM. Innovativenes and discomfort do not have a significant effect on the readiness of MSMEs to implement SAK EMKM.Keywords: optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, SAK EMKM, readiness of MSMEs.

The goal of this study is the quality of brand image, positioning product, products, and lifestyle locations for clothing store the executive di solo paragon mall. The population in this study were consumers who bought products from The Executive at Solo Paragon Mall. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling, ie sampling is done by giving a questionnaire to get a sample based on the users of the product from The Executive who were met at the time of the research, which was taken from the research area. The data analysis method used in this study is descriptive statistics all analysis and regression analysis. Descriptive statistics of all analyzes, all interpretations, data obtained, and results of data processing carried out, carried out with explanations, explanations, and explanations. Regression analysis includes validity and reliability testing, classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, determination test, t test, and l test. The results of the F test show that brand image, product positioning, and lifestyle have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store at the paragon mall solo. Brand image has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store at Paragon Mall. Positioning products have a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store in Paragon. Lifestyle has a positive effect on purchasing decisions at the executive clothing store in Paragon. The results of the coefficient of determination of the results of analysis of multiple linear calculations can be seen that the number of adjustments R2 obtained is 0,63,2 or 63,2%. This shows that brand image, product positioning, and lifestyle have an influence on purchasing decisions in the executive store at the paragon mall solo.

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of accounting understanding level, cost perceptions ofintentions to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification with motivation as a moderatingvariable. This study uses a quantitative method of associative and verification approaches. The object of thisresearch is the S1 Accounting Study Program students at Muhammadiyah University of Metro. The studypopulation was 406 students. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, so as to obtain a sample of102 students. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive statistics, classic assumption tests,moderated regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. Data were analyzedusing SPSS version 20. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The accounting understanding level did notsignificantly influence the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 2) Perceptionof cost had a significant effect on the intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification, 3) Motivation was able to moderate the relationship between the level of accounting understanding of intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) professional certification, 4) Motivation was able to moderate the relationshipof perceived cost to intention to take Chartered Accountant (CA) profession certification.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the application of fingerprint attendance on employee discipline in Markas Komando Direktorat Pengamanan Badan Pengusahaan Batam. Data collected through distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. A sampling technique uses a saturation sampling. The data analysis method used is quantitative analysis using validity and reliability testing, classic assumption test, F test, t test, coefficient of determination and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis show that 1) the practical dimensions of fingerprint attendance have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 2) the accurate dimension of fingerprint attendance has a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 3) high securities fingerprint attendance has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline, 4) the dimensions of fingerprint attendance hardware have a positive but not significant effect on employee discipline, 5) practical, accurate, high security, and fingerprint attendance hardware simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee discipline.

The objectives to be achieved by the research are to analyze the effect of product design on purchasing decisions, analyze the effect of price on purchasing decisions, and analyze the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions. The object of this research is the home business of Viktoria Flower Bouquet in Ambon City with the type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The population in this study were consumers of the Victoria Flower Bouquet Shop in Ambon City. The sampling technique used in this study is a non-probability sampling technique using a convenience sampling technique using a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple regression analysis with the help of the SmartPLS 3.0 application and the IBM SPSS ver application. 22. Based on the results of data analysis, the overall hypothesis proposed can be accepted.   Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dapat penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh desain produk terhadap keputusan pembelian, menganalisis pengaruh harga terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Objek penelitian ini adalah usaha rumahan Buket Bunga Viktoria di Kota Ambon dengan jenis penelitian yag digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Toko Buket Bunga Victoria di Kota Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.0 dan aplikasi IBM SPSS ver. 22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka secara keseluruhan hipotesis yang diusulkan dapat diterima.

There are many e-commerce sites that have been present in Indonesia, one of which is Shopee. Shopee is here to provide many attractive offers such as lots of discounts, promos, cashback etc. This can lead to consumptive behavior. This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of advertising on consumptive behavior (2) The effect of conformity on consumptive behavior (3) The influence of a hedonic lifestyle on consumptive behavior in consumptive behavior. The population of this study were users of the e-commerce application Shopee in Mojokerto. In this study using a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling technique with the criteria of women, domicile in Mojokerto, at least 17 years old, have used or purchased goods or services through the Shopee e-commerce application. Data analysis techniques used validity and reliability tests and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and R2 test. The results of this study indicate that advertising has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, conformity has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, the hedonic lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumptive behavior, advertising, conformity and hedonic lifestyle together have a positive and significant effect on behavior. consumptiveperilaku konsumtif.

  Abstract   The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Price Perception, Product Quality and Brand Image on Purchasing Decisions on Sari Roti consumers in Wonodri Village Semarang. The population in this study were all consumers who bought Sari Roti in Indomart. The sample is 130 people. The sampling technique used is stratified proportional sampling. The data analysis tool used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The phenomenon of local brands is increasingly in demand and favored by the community, especially for teenagers. High enthusiasm has an impact on the rise of local brands in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the love of local brands (brand love), fashion lifestyle, and buying interest in purchasing decisions of Ventela sneakers. The population used in this study were all students of the UNESA who bought and felt interested in buying Ventela sneakers. The sampling technique used random sampling with a total sample size of 100 respondents from a population of 26,475 students. Data collection was carried out by surveying and distributing google form questionnaires. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple regression analysis; f test and coefficient of determination; and hypothesis testing (t-test). The test results show that local brand love (brand love) is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 11.38. The fashion lifestyle variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 3.587.The purchase interest variable is proven to have a significant and positive effect on purchasing decisions with the t-count value of 4.468

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of public interest in dinar investment. In this study, the object of the research was the Purwakarta Dinar Outlet. This research was included in the descriptive study. Primary data collection through questionnaires by determining samples using Non Probability Convenience Sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this research data are data validity, data correlation, and data normality. While the test design uses simple linear regression data analysis, correlation coefficient, and determination coefficient. The results of the study show that the interest of the community has a significant effect on dinar investment. This is seen from the results of the submission of a hypothesis where the t count value is 6.475> t table -, 195. With a significant level is 0.000 less than 0.05. The correlation coefficient value is 0.866 and the coefficient of determination = 75.1% and the remaining 24.9% is influenced by factors other than interest.

The research includes the type of survey research whose information is collected through questionnaires from respondents. The population of the study is the consumers who make purchasing decisions on beauty products Wardah. The sample of research is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires tested the validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques used to answer the hypothesis of research is multiple linear regression. The result of this research shows that Brand Awareness has negative and insignificant effect on Wardah Beauty Decision, Brand Characteristic has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decision of Wardah beauty product, Emotional Branding has a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decision of Wardah, Brand Awareness, Brand Characteristic, and Emotional Branding together have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decision Wardah beauty products On STIE Kesatuan Bogor Students.
