Human beings are deeply related to land. Human beings take birth on land, live on land, die on land and mixes with land ultimately. As stated in the holy Quran: ‘We (Allah) created you (human beings) from the soil, we shall make you return to the soil and We shall call you back again from the soil’ (20:55). Human life is surrounded by soil i.e. land. So, land is a highly completed issue of human life involving economic, social, political, cultural and often religious systems. Land administration is thus a critical element and often a pre-condition for peaceful society and sustainable development. In administrating land, Khatian or record of rights plays a vital role to determine the rights and interests of the respective parties as supportive evidence. In this article, discussion is mainly made on the fact that Khatian or record of rights is not a document of title solely but it may be an evidence of title as well as possession. This article seeks to discuss the virtues of the Quran on Arabic language. The language of the Holy Quran is of utmost sophistication and unsurpassed by human wisdom. To prove this, Allah has challenged human beings to produce just one verse of the same standing of the verses contained in the holy book. The Holy Quran has expanded the usage of the Arabic language beyond the boundary of the Arab Peninsular. Arabic has become a formal language in many non-Arab nations and it could not have been spread without Islam. It has also become the universal language of Islam through the virtues of Quran. Many languages have disappeared after some times, but Arabic language has managed to survive until today because of the Holy Quran. This article has clarified two important things. First, the miracle of the words of the Holy Quran that indicate rationality and second, the Quran has defended successfully its way of life and message. It is also very argumentative in addressing the unbelievers.

Paradise Lost has been treated as a controversial epic in misrepresenting characters among some religious writers. In this wonderful epic or out of that, the Satan’s story is a world of ambiguity and bewilderment for human beings, it still continues being obscure. The interpretation of holy scripts causes some misconceptions, overstating and exaggeration especially about Satan. Satan was expelled from the God’s mercy and from His forbearance. He continued to justify his disobedience, he was considered to be very arrogant. This research is going to survey or investigate the comparative and contrastive points of the Holy Quran and the Paradise Lost about Satan. Christian religion is issuing from Heaven and so is Islam. As well as the Paradise Lost was inspired from biblical verses. Hence some matters in case of Satan can be traced and surveyed looking to Quranic text and Miltonic text in this paper. Muslims believe and respect Jesus Christ’s Prophecy. Islam and Christianity both can be celestial religions with the same roots but some differences. In Paradise Lost Satan is presented as magnitude leading character, but from the other side Holy Quran presented Satan is a very wicked and outcast character. Milton attempted to draw God as a passive character and from the other side he also drew Satan as a so active character in his epic poem. Therefore, the similarities and some differences in favor of Satan would be discussed in this scholarly research paper.

In this book there is not a single definition, as is typical for publications on traditional jurisprudence, here legal thinking is presented in its development, based not on abstract philosophizing and attempts to connect the legal life of society with the rigid framework of scientific laws. The preceding line of legal thinking is a ceaseless discussion of how to approach the understanding of law, otherwise the collision of methodologies, but not philosophizing, but discipline of the mind aimed at ensuring law and order is needed, therefore the way of working in the legal sphere is always dogmatic - exact and unquestioning execution of regulations supported by various security, guarantee, jurisdictional, deterrent and other means, while even changing the prescription itself is definitely subject to from dogma enshrined in procedural procedural rules. Mankind builds the law and official jurisprudence in order not to be distracted each time to clarify the content and meaning of these phenomena. The right acts as a guideline of life positions of interested parties to the relationship. The law does not change the state of affairs that naturally took shape, does not create new laws of nature, economics, social life, etc., but can give them an official style, and nothing more. The norms of law do not coexist along with other social norms, but give them socially significant official status, replace them, and also create innovations in the regulation of social activity. The right is a sign form of government invested with legal constructions, and the form is transformed. The right is accepted by society methods of invasion of the established socio-cultural situation and giving it a kind of conservative tradition after changing the natural course of affairs and replacing it with the normative management procedure.

The holy Quran is the divine message sent to all humanity by Allah (SWT). This message concerns not only the owners of the language from which it descended but all humanity. So it is necessary to translate this message into those languages for people from different cultures to understand. However, whether the Quran will be translated into other languages has been discussed throughout history and positive and negative opinions about the issue continue. As a Muslim-dominated country, Bangladesh has been working on the translation of the Quran since the 18th century. This article, firstly, discussed the historical process of the translation of the Quran into Bengali and then the translation of the Quran by Gholam Azam is examined as an example, who worked to understand and explain the Quran and reflect the effect of the Quran in social life.

Recurring episodes of transboundary haze have been similarly to an annual event in Malaysia since the 1980’s. Transboundary haze is typically haze caused by forest fires in Sumatra and Kalimantan, Indonesia which moves thousands of miles and encompasses neighboring regional countries. This is caused by human hands that continue to pursue unplanned development without taking into account the aspect of environmental sustainability. This study looks into and the understanding of recurring occurrences of transboundary haze in Sarawak. From the perspective of Islam, by making the Holy Quran as the absolute source of reference, God forbids the destruction of nature and calls upon mankind to do good not only to other humans and animals but also to the environment. Human beings are endowed with a great mind that can guide them to make and do the right thing, thus, various efforts need to be taken into consideration and be done collectively amongst the ASEAN countries in a joint effort towards reducing or preventing continuous episodes of transboundary haze within the region.

The construction of the unknown (majhul) is one of the central formulations in the Arabic language. It has many purposes and carried profound meanings. This research aims to elucidate the purposes of the construction of the unknown in the present tense with the variant readings of the Quran (qiraat).  This study will examine the construction of the unknown in the Holy Quran by describing its formulas and purposes. In treating this topic, this research adopted the inductive and analytical method in order to clarify the purposes of the construction of the unknown by the variant readings of the Quran as well as the construction of the unknown in the present verb.  It also analyzed the verb and the multiplicity of the verb (reference to another element), the substitute agent (na’ib al-fail), the effect by the direct object (maf’ul bihi) of the second that will change the agent (fa’il), by referring to the law and add a new meaning. The second part deals with the purposes of building the unknown by the forerunners (al-sabiqin). The final part focuses on the purposes of building the unknown with the variant readings of the Quran in addition to set the stage for a more nuanced approach in Qiraat studies.
