The objectives of this study are: 1) To identify the factors that cause indiscipline at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri. 2) To analyze why the discipline at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri is not optimal. 3) To identify how the work discipline is at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri. 4) To formulate efforts to improve work discipline at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri. This research is more appropriate to use a qualitative approach. The results showed that the work discipline of police officers would affect their performance in serving the community. Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri has carried out its duties as well as possible, this of course cannot be separated from the participation and support of the leadership who always provides guidance, direction and instructions in carrying out their duties, so that every member of the Head of Education and Training Center for the National Education and Training Center of the Police tries to provide the best service to the community . As the specific conclusions of this study, as follows: The desired work discipline in improving services to the community; The form of work discipline, and its application. Desired discipline and ways of socializing it; Implementation of Work Discipline; Evaluation of Work Discipline; and follow-up work discipline.

This research is done on Cirebon's Emerald Hotel.   This research job satisfaction and ascendant Compensation to Productivity.  To the effect this research is subject to be analyze influence Job and Compensation satisfaction for productivity to fire an employee. Sample that is utilized is Emerald Hotel employee Cirebon where foots up specified sample on this research as much 87 respondents by use of method sampling. The analyze who utilizing to cover validity quiz, reliabilitas's quiz, classic assuming quiz. The dates has already at o by use of program SPSS bases to test t one is done and result analisis can be known that job satisfaction (X1) having for positive and signifikan to Productivity as big as 2.634 and on Compensation result is known that positive ascendant and signifikan to Productivity as big as 2.794. Meanwhile bases result analisis can do Quiz f can be known that job satisfaction and Compensation has influence for Productivity to fire an employee with affecting point as big as 0,244 (R 2 ) or as big as 24,4 %. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the resource pengembangkan apparatus in improving job performance in Financial Management Board and the Regional Asset (BPKAD) and explain the factors supporting and inhibiting. This study focused on BPKD efforts in developing the ability of its employees. This study is qualitative descriptive. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and document, and then analyzed using an interactive model. The results of the study explained that the development of human resources in BPKAD been done through delivery of education and training of employees, increase employee competence, work and award mutation or motivation. The results of these efforts is quite good, but not optimal in improving employee job performance BPKAD Kutai Barat.Keyword: development, human resources, job performance

Job performance is a matter that must be considered in carrying out the task in order to achieve company goals. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of achievement motivation as well as education and training on work performance in PDAM Tirta Mangutama. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on work performance, and education and training have a positive and significant effect on work performance. Companies must pay attention to aspects of employee performance, especially seen from the professional attitude at work and the suitability of work results with the targets set. So that what is the goal, vision and mission of the company can be achieved well. Employees are expected to be able to increase achievement motivation by creating good working relationships and enhancing capabilities through education and training so that employees are able to solve problems in work properly so as to produce work performance. In this chapter the authors will discuss the importance of intercultural education and training for the purpose of high quality work of police officers during international missions. The Slovene Police is among other basic work areas also responsible for international cooperation, such as cooperation with Europol, Interpol, etc. and among others it his together with Slovene Armed Forces also responsible for international missions. The integration of intercultural perspectives into their education and training is due to the special work conditions during work in international missions highly important. The authors will present the theoretical aspect of the importance of intercultural training for all the employees that work in special intercultural environment and conditions as well as present the results of empirical study. Furthermore, the chapter will present the results of research which was conducted in 2014 among Slovene police officers included in international missions from the beginning in 1997 until 2014.
