This study aims to see the role of banks as an effort to achieve financial inclusion. MSMEs have a very vital role in increasing economic growth in Indonesia, there are various types of MSMEs that are scattered throughout the region. The problem of MSMEs, in general is a problem of capital. To overcome this, there is one model, namely financial inclusion, which can encourage the financial system to be accessible to all levels of society. Financial inclusion is one way to socialize the financial sector, especially to facilitate banking services and financial access for the public. This study uses primary data and secondary data, in this study, researcher used MSMEs, as the population of the study. Total MSMEs in Jakarta is 930,620 Units. The results of the study show that all the variables are significant positive, in the efforts to finance MSMEs in Indonesia, which means that banks play an important role in channeling funds to MSMEs, so that inclusion runs well. This is in line with the Entrepreneurial finance theory which emphasizes that increasing business capital both from internal and external, followed by increased entrepreneurship and management capacity will be able to improve company performance, especially MSMEs.

The past ten years (2010- 2020), an overwhelming number of buildings (forty-eight) have collapsed in Nigerian urban cities, with about 77% rise from the previous decade. To address this menace, the study aimed at exploring major causes of building collapse in Nigeria as perceived by building industry professionals, policy makers and the public; with a view of establishing effective ways for mitigation. The primary data were obtained from Questionnaires and field observations while secondary data were obtained from textbooks, Journal articles and newspapers.   The results revealed that factors such as change of use for building without following professional protocols is a major cause of building collapse. Poor supervision or lack of supervision by qualified professionals; substandard materials, structural failure; government controlling agency not monitoring projects and standards are compromised, a significant amount (27.7%) of collapse cases recorded during constructions. Other factors include faulty architectural and engineering designs; clients not ready to pay for quality jobs and contractors cut corners for profit. The study recommends use of Building Information Modelling to predict behaviour of buildings under various loading and environmental conditions. Also, only certified professionals should carry out design and supervision of projects. Further research should evaluate the role of technology on existing buildings to check the level of safety for occupants’ in such buildings.

<em>Some gampongs in Aceh Besar have established gampong reusam on child protection in written form. Reusam which usually regulates public behavior about habits undertaken by the public in an unwritten form, is now beginning to be written in written form. The formation of gampong reusam was formed by Tuha Peut Gampong which was discussed together with the keuchik and community leaders of the gampong. This research aims to find out how the process of reusam formation of child protection in Aceh Besar and how the role of Tuha Peut in determining the direction of development of child protection reusam in Aceh Besar. This research uses qualitative research with data source from primary data obtained through interview with Keuchik, Tuha Peut Gampong and Female Woman. Secondary data is obtained through documentation studies in the library. The results showed that the process of forming a village reusam on Child Protection was established through the involvement of elements and community leaders, even women were involved in the preparation. Tuha Peut has an important role in the development of a gampong reusam that adopts local and applicable local values in Aceh. These values are deliberation, mediation and the use of adat sanctions for child offenders in cases that occur, such as Advice, Warning, apology, fines, compensation, returned to the family, Establishment of Child Protection Committees dealing with law and engagement government agencies.</em>

This study aims to determine the responsibility of the Land Deed Official (PPAT) in addressing the problems of making a deed of sale of land and how the legal consequences of the public in making the deed of sale of land if found problems in the manufacturing process PPAT deed East Kolaka District. The data used in this study are primary data, secondary data and data that can support tertiary study, then analyzed with empirical juridical methods.Based on the results of this study concluded that the role of PPAT in Kolaka East have a stake in ensuring legal certainty transitional registration of property rights to land. Legal guarantee evidenced by an authentic act, then the transition has a strong legal force (not absolute). However, due toThe lack of public knowledge relevant authorities in givingcertainty and legal protection, it is often raised issues such as land disputes and others.So should their ideal concept for the community in the form of legal counseling in growing knowledge about the importance of Land Registry as a form of awareness of legal action against the sale and purchase of land ownership before PPAT to avoid land disputes that often arise in the future. In addition, there is still much to be understood by the Land Deed Official (PPAT) and the community in the Land Registry.   The study aimed at examining some of the indicators of financial inclusion in the Palestinian banking sector through published secondary data on the Palestinian banking sector during the period (2013- 2017), as well as to measure the degree of protection for beneficiaries of financial services in the Palestinian banking sector. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method to suit the purposes of the study. The secondary data published and prepared by the researcher were used to examine the state of financial coverage in the banking sector. A questionnaire has been designed for the purpose of collecting preliminary data regarding the level of protection provided by the banking sector to users of financial banking services through 8 areas of protection developed after reference to literature and previous studies. The study population consisted of all the beneficiaries of banking financial services in the West Bank. In view of the large size of the study society, a soft sample of (100) conditional on the characteristics of the respondents was used in terms of (banking culture, years of experience in dealing with banks, Sectoral& banking diversification).The researcher reached the following results: - The Palestinian banking sector promotes the reality of financial inclusion, which contributes significantly to enhancing financial stability. Where banks are strengthening protection for users of banking services, although the level of protection was average (2.78) overall score through the eight areas covered by the study. - The regulatory and supervisory role of the Palestinian Monetary Authority in this important sector was medium. Consumer protection bodies are required to have an active and proactive role to organize the required protection. The researcher recommended the importance of financial education to improve the financial personality of individuals and institutions, help them understand their rights and duties in dealing with the services discharged, the importance of the consumer protection associations roles in enhancing banking protection.

The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of the community and community lawsuits according to Law No. 23 of 1997 concerning Environmental Management. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. While the approach uses the normative juridical approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data. Data collection methods by interview and documentation. The process of community participation must be open to the public, community participation will affect the credibility and accountability of the relevant institutions. By documenting the actions of this State decision, it is expected to be able to provide satisfactory means if the public and the court will examine the considerations that have been taken when making the decision. The right of community claim can be filed through NGOs if there are similarities in facts or events and the legal basis and types of claims between group representatives and group members. As for environmental organizations, they can file a lawsuit if they meet the requirements, among others in the form of legal entities, confirm in their articles of association that the organization was established for the purpose of preservation of environmental functions, and have carried out concrete activities with a statute of at least 2 years

Corruption has caused damage in various aspects of community life, the nation and the state, so it must be eradicated in order to realize a just and prosperous society based on Pancasila and the Constitution of 1945. Since 2015-2017 in Purworejo have been many complaints from the public about Corruption allegations of village funds, so the authors are interested in writing causes of corruption and the village funds investigation in Purworejo, source used in the study of primary data and secondary data, engineering data collection was done by interview. The results of research into the causes of corruption lack / role of the community in the planning and supervision of village funds, the limited competence and ability of the village head and village, the three are not optimal role of village institutions. For the process of Police investigation in Purworejo create a unit specifically dealing with corruption. As for the constraints of investigation number of witnesses testified that most of the people close to the village head so much that did not cooperate and testify often convoluted, besides documents relating Village funds also difficult to establish the suspect must await the results of the calculation of damages State Auditors do that requires a long time so impressed Investigation tele on Village funds.Keywords: Crime of Corruption; Village Funds; Investigation Process.

K-Pop has become a global phenomenon embarked by the Korean government as part of its cultural diplomacy, with the help of other elements such as K-Pop Fans. The existence of K-Pop is inseparable from its loyal fan community called fandom. This research thus aims to explore the phenomenon of K-pop fandom around the world and the role it plays in the globalization of K-Pop. The objective of this research is to examine the role of K-Pop fandom as a non-state actor in South Korea’s public diplomacy and in supporting the dissemination of K-Pop as a global culture. This research applies qualitative descriptive method where primary data are obtained through interviews with members of K-Pop fandom in Bali. In addition, secondary data will also be obtained through studying past literatures. Furthermore, this research utilizes the concept of public diplomacy and soft power. In the end, this research found that, K-Pop fandom, plays its role as a referee while the public is the receivers. As a ‘referee’, not only they act as a consumer of K-Pop, but K-Pop fandom also serve as a distributor and producer. The finding of this study is beneficial to understand the significance of non-state actors in the dissemination of ‘pop’ culture as part of public diplomacy as seen in South Korea.

Group fights criminal acts defined as crimes of violence together as provided for in Article 170 of the Criminal Code. Data from Blora Regency police indicate that a fight between youth always the case in every year in the Blora Regency. This study aims to determine the role of the police in handling and overcoming a fight between youth, barriers and solutions in realizing the public order in Blora. The method used is the juridical sociological, descriptive analytical research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data, while the data collection method is field studies and literature. Using data analysis methods of qualitative analysis. The analysis used as knife crime prevention theory, theory and the theory of the role of law enforcement. The results showed that the role of the police in handling and overcoming a fight between youth in realizing the public order in Blora is through the efforts of non penal (preventive) and attempts penal (repressive). Barriers arising in the treatment and prevention of fights between youth to realize the public order in Blora is the number of police personnel limited, the police difficult to present witnesses so that not all the perpetrators can be arrested, the third party to interfere in the settlement of the problem, and the lack of awareness Public.Keywords: Role; National Police; Prevention; Fights Between Youth.

Agriculture is the base of any country. It is a risky activity because it is done in open field and it takes time to be ready. Risk is an important aspect of the farming business. People involved in the agriculture live in uncertainties. The uncertainties inherent in weather, yields, prices, government policies, global markets, and other factors that impact farming can cause wide swings in farm income. There is an important role of the farmer in the economy of a country. We are large exporter of rice especially of Basmati rice and large producer of wheat. So, we need to protect the farmers from various risks associated with the agriculture. This paper is based on both primary and secondary data. The primary data is collected from the farmers with an aim to know about their views on the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) and the secondary data is collected from various other sources.
