The aims of this study are to: (1) find out and analyze the effect of growth opportunity on cash holding, (2) find out and analyze the effect of expenditure on cash holding, (3) find out and analyze the effect of firm value on cash holding, and (4) find out and analyze the growth opportunity, expenditure and company value together have an effect on cash holding. The population in this study are all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 48 companies and the research sample as many as 8 companies with 5 years of observation. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, t-test and F-test, and the Coefficient of Determination.

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and credit restructuring policies on the value of banking firms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research was conducted by analyzing quarterly financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website which contained information on banking financial performance ratios, credit restructuring policies, and company value using the PBV method. The Sampling method uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that NPL had a negative and significant effect on firm value, LDR had a positive and significant effect on firm value. CAR has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The Credit Restructuring Policy has a negative and significant effect on firm value. The value of the company can provide maximum shareholder prosperity if the performance is good. one of them can be measured by profitability and other factors that influence company value are dividend policy. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable in the Kompas 100 Index company. This research was conducted in all mining companies incorporated in the Kompas 100 Index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples, using the purposive sampling method is as many as 17 companies from 100 companies during the 2014-2018 period. The data analysis technique applied in this study is the regression analysis moderation. The results of the analysis produce, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value. Dividend policy moderates the effect of profitability on company value in the mining sector of the Kompas 100 Index. Keyword : profitability, dividend policy and company value.

The aim of this research to determine the effect of Managerial Ownership (MOWN) on Company value (Tobins) mediated by devidend Policy (DPR) in companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for perid of 2013-2017. The population on this study were 14 companies with 7 companies that became the study sample. Samples were taken by purposive sampling. The method used is quantitative by emphasizing numeral data. The data used in this study are secondary data taken from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analysis technique using the path analysis test. The results showed that managerial ownership had a significant positive effect on firm value; Managerial ownership has a significant positive effect on Devidend Policy; Devidend policy has a positive effect on company value; and Devidend policy mediates between managerial ownership of company value.

This research aims to determine the effect of firm size and growth opportunity to cash holding and firm value. Manufacturing companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange are used as population. Annual ?nancial data of 38 ?rms from manufacturing companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016 examined as sample. Path analysis technique used to analysis hypothesis of  the research by SPSS software. The results showed that: firm size and growth opportunity had positive and significant impact on firm value. Firm size had negative and significant impact on cash holding. Growth opportunity had positive and significant impact on cash holding. Cash holding had positive and significant impact on firm value. Cash holding mediated the effect of growth opportunity on firm value significantly.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, and investment decisions on firm value in the property, real estate and building construction sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The population in this study were 83 companies. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling and produced a sample of 30 companies. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression, while the analysis tool used is SPSS 25. This research hypothesis states that profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, investment decisions have a positive and significant effect. to company value.

Investment is a delay in consumption now to be allocated to productive assets which are expected to generate profits in the future, which is called stocks return.  Mining company in Indonesia is an attractive sector to invest in stocks because from a geographical perspective, Indonesia is an archipelago structure that contains mining products. There are risks that will be experienced by investors when investing, namely systematic risk and unsystematic risk. Unsystematic risk can be avoided because related to management decisions. Knowing and analyzing the effect of debt policy, firm value, company size, investment cash flow on stock returns on mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The statistical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The sample in this study is a mining company that has go public and published audited financial statements 2013-2017 with 84 data processed consisting of 28 companies each year. The results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that debt policy and firm value have significant effect on stock returns while firm size and investment cash flow does not have significant effect on stock returns. Investor will be interested in investing in companies with good financial performance rather than bad financial performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of earnings management on tax aggressiveness and its implications for firm value. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. Based on the results of path analysis, it is known that earnings management with decreasing income has no effect on tax aggressiveness. Tax aggressiveness has a negative effect on firm value. Earnings management with income decreasing has a negative effect on firm value. Earnings management with decreasing income does not influence indirectly on firm value through tax aggressiveness. The implication of this research theoretically is supporting agency theory and signal theory while practically this research can provide a positive contribution to all parties, especially companies, the main users of financial statements, and also the government. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

This research made to understand and to analyis if profitability have a relevant effect on firm value and the impact of managerial ownership on firm value with profitability. This research  performed on mining companies that recorded in Indonesia Stock Exchanged in the year 2012-2016. Technique sampling using purposive sampling. Data analysis technique using multiple linier regression. And for the hyphotesis using t test with help from software SPSS statistics 23.0. The result of this research explains that profitability have a significant impact on firm value. It means if profitability increasing then the value firm will increase too and the otherwise if firm value is decreasing then profitability will decrease too. While managerial ownership have a significant and negatif effect to relationship on profitability with firm value. It means that if managerial ownership is increasing then it will decrease the firm value. This result support theory Demsetz (1983), Fama dan Jensen (1983) which shows that in some stages the firm value not always have positive linier related on managerial ownership level.
