This study aims to determine how the Leadership Function of the Head of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Palu City. This type of research is descriptive, while the basis of this research is qualitative, where in this study the researcher tries to reveal real and objective facts about the Leadership Function of the Madrasah Head at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Palu. This study uses the theory of Mulyasa (2007), namely as educators, managers, administrators, supervisors, leaders, innovators, and as motivators. The results showed that the leadership function of the head of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Palu City in carrying out its function as a leader had gone well, where the Head of the Madrasah in carrying out his duties and responsibilities as a leader to direct teachers and other education personnel, as well as carry out tasks jointly. together in improving the quality of education and progress of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Palu.

The problem in this research is the head of the school can manage all the components or resources that exist in the school environment with good so thatstudent achievement continues to rise in academic and non academic. The purpose of this study is: (1) Describe and analyze so that the head of school in implementing managerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (2) Describe and analyze the response of the teachers and education personnel  of the competence of the managerial head of school in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. (3) Describe and analyze the contraints of the head of school in implementing mangerial competencies in SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap. The results of this study are: (1) The head of the SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap has been making efforts to utilize existing resources in the school environment both from human resources, school facilities and infrastructure, financial resources of the school, and the advancement of technology in the field of information and communication, which includes 16 type of competence; (2) support of personal is realized by setting up the school adminstration well in order to improve the quality of education, as for the support of educators is realized with:  create lesson plans, implement learning process and assesment and evaluation; The head of SMP Islam Al Azhar 15 Cilacap get the constrains in implementing  managerial competencies, namely limitations in manging the school’s finances.

This research aims to determine the role of the head of Madrasah in improving the quality of education in MTs Negeri 4 Kulon Progo, and to help improve the competency of teachers in the learning activities with a real, measurable, controlled, directional program to achieve learning objectives. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are: 1) supervision of the head of the district of the state of the principal of the school 4 Kulon Progo includes education, managerial, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator, and motivator; 2) The role of quality improvement is done by increasing the professionalism of teachers by giving opportunities to teachers; 3) Factors affecting the implementation of the head of the Madrasah include: the planning, implementation and follow-up that is carried out continuously to the teachers and education personnel.

As an effort to improve the quality of human resources, the development of human resources was important for the goverment to focus on improving the quality of education by provision learning processes with quality education personnel. This article aimed to discussed the principle management of educational staff of the Al-Qur'an perspective. This research was literature studies, namely by examining journals, books, research reports. The result showed that : (1) the Principle of Tawheed, covering the principle of unity of direction and unity of command; (2) Principles of justice and prosperity; (3) The principle of deliberation; (4) Principles of efficiency, effectiveness and productivity; (5) Disilpin principle, integrity and loyalty; (6) The principle of division of authority and responsibility; (7) Principle of Ukhuwah. An understanding of the management principle of the Al-Qur'an perspective in the management of Islamic education institutions will be able to contribute positively, including planning of education personnel, the process of recruitment, selection and placement, and the development of education personnel. <p><em>Educators and education personnel are one of the most important elements in improving the quality of education. Human resources are important in achieving the goals of an institution or organization, because HR is the driving force of other resources. Competition between Integrated Islamic Primary Schools in Bandung Regency, especially in Baleendah District will have an impact on the quality of recruitment of Educators and Education Personnel, as has been done by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. The focus of this study is the analysis of the recruitment of teaching staff and education personnel at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This study aims to capture the recruitment strategy carried out by SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. In the data collection technique, various techniques were used in this study, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis procedure used in this study was qualitative analysis. Based on the findings from the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of recruitment at SDIT Al-Ihsan Baleendah was carried out through administrative tests, interviews and practice stages. </em></p>

The quality of education of a nation is largely determined by the quality of human resources both educators and educational staff. Therefore, it is a necessity for every educational institution to improve the quality of teaching staff. Efforts to increase or develop it lead to one meeting point that is so that the school towards the ideals expected by all existing stakeholders. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study, which research is carried out at Sunan Giri Islamic Middle School. Data collection is done using techniques: interviews, observation, and documentation. While the data obtained were analyzed through several stages namely: Condensation, data display, and verification of conclusions as well as checking the validity of the data. The process of developing human resources both educators and education personnel has been going well, but there are still shortages here and there both in terms of implementation and evaluation of the results of the development.

So that this article was created with the aim of knowing what education supervision is. This article is created by collecting data from various literature such as books, journals, notes and papers related to educational supervision. From this article, we know that educational supervision is a coaching activity planned to help teachers and other school employees to do work effectively.

Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan analisis deskriptif mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia di MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. Artikel ini akan menganalisis manajemen sumber daya manusia di MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk menggunakan perspektif Pendidikan secara epistemologis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia menempati posisi yang cukup sentral dalam perkembangan mutu Pendidikan di MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. Implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia tersebut terdiri dari proses rekrutmen, orientasi, penempatan, dan pengembangan guru dan tenaga Pendidikan. Hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai respon terhadap tuntutan zaman dan kebutuhan masyratakat terhadap standar lulusan dari MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. This article aims to provide a descriptive analysis of human resource management at MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. This article will analyze human resource management at MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk using an epistemological perspective of education. The results of this study indicate that human resource management occupies a fairly central position in the development of the quality of education at MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. The implementation of human resource management consists of a process of recruitment, orientation, placement and development of teachers and education personnel. This was done in response to the demands of the times and the needs of the community for the standard of graduates from MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk.
