In India, the position of mobile banking was in saga and this time, it is in pic position. The speedof reaching the people is going high and high. This is time of wireless world and sense of prestige; no doubt the mobile commerce is contributing to enhance the beauty of life and playing the role of metaphor and has become the part and parcel of our life. This growth has changed people to do business in mobile commerce (М- Commerce). Peoples are transferring to M-Commerce to attain good and fast transaction into market and saving their precious time. M-Commerce has become distinguished in Indian people, quickly during last few years. Due to large number of mobile application, growth rate in mobile penetration in India is increasing with the rapid speed. The mobile users has shifted to use the android phone from simple and black and white phone and taking the service of internet, the role of telecom companies is also important in the being popular of mobile commerce. Although many people have started E-Commerce but still a separate part of the society feel uncomfortable and hesitate to use M-Commerce because of security problems, payment issues and complexity of mobile applications. This paper identifies facts about the feasibility of MCommercein India today its growth and the Strength and opportunity, weakness and threats lying ahead.

The assessment of patients likely to undergo lung resection surgery is a multidisciplinary approach involving pulmonologists, surgeons and anaesthesiologists. In thoracic surgery, medical operability is also a calculation of postoperative lung function. A mobile application – PreParAPP MSD – to calculate postoperative lung function has been developed with the endorsement of the Italian Society of Anaesthesia, Analgesia and Intensive Care and with the unconditional support of MSD Italia. Thanks to a simple graphic interface, the calculation becomes fast and intuitive, while the possibility of storing and sharing data in an analytical and computerised way with other clinicians might help with the full assessment of patients without forcing them to undergo several medical examinations. These simple calculated parameters are performed by a minority of clinicians, generally anaesthesiologists. In our facility, there is a team involved in the perioperative evaluation of lung resection surgery (13 pulmonologists, 9 surgeons and 5 anaesthesiologists). In order to evaluate the possible Awareness towards postoperative lung function calculation better, we organised an internal survey with 27 clinicians who are members of such a team before and after the introduction of the PreParAPP MSD. It was found that after the introduction of PreParAPP MSD, the percentage of clinicians involved in postoperative lung function calculation rose from 18% to 70%. The implementation of a digital tool may help to improve guideline adherence, in accordance with other experiences in which such tools represented the start for various quality improvement purposes throughout the medical field.

AbstractIndonesia is currently focus in increasing the number of foreign tourists visiting the destination with leisure and business (MICE) purpose. Various ways have been done by Ministry of Tourism, one of them is made applications for mobile users. Applications that have been launched by Ministry of Tourism are 'Pesona Indonesia eBrochure', 'Wonderful Indonesia', and '100 You Must See in Indonesia' which all of that promote Indonesia's famous destination. The applications are quite effective in describing the wonderful things of Indonesian destinations, but has not been able to provide information related to the MICE industry. In this journal will be discussed about the important role of applications on the smartphone as a promotional tool, comparing the three types of applications that have been launched by the Ministry of Tourism of Indonesia, feature plan in 'MICE Indonesia' applications as a result of the development of the previous three applications. The aims of this journal are to describe the important role of mobile application as a promotional tool in the digital era, knowing the advantages and disadvantages of features in the application launched by the Ministry of Tourism, and to make feature design on 'MICE Indonesia' application as MICE promotion tool to the world. This research method is use case study by making comparison with previous product (applications). Tujuan yang akan dicapai adalah mengetahui peran penting penggunaan aplikasi pada smartphone sebagai alat promosi di era digital saat ini, mengetahui kekurangan serta kelebihan fitur-fitur dalam aplikasi yang diluncurkan Kementerian Pariwisata, dan membuat rancangan fitur pada aplikasi ‘MICE Indonesia’ sebagai alat promosi MICE kepada dunia. Metode penelitian ini adalah studi kasus yaitu dengan membuat perbandingan dengan produk sebelumnya. In recent decades, China has transformed from a conventional society into a digitally competitive nation. From an economic perspective, embedded corporate social responsibility (CSR) is gaining a new height where gamified charity is a trendy approach. By adopting the norm activation model from the point of view of the stimulus–organism–response framework, this research theoretically conceptualized the role of the mobile application environment (including telepresence, functional transparency, and accessibility) to map the cognition and philanthropic behavioral intentions of consumers in the gamified setting. The quantified survey comprised 669 respondents. The findings highlighted the critical role of functional transparency and telepresence of a mobile application in driving consumers’ warm glow and ascribed responsibility. The research underlined the presence of the unique DNA of Internet Plus Charity (Public Benefits) for prosocial and pro-environmental purposes in China under the umbrella of philanthropic CSR.

This paper recommends that there is an important role of Information Technology in the field of women empowerment such empowerment could easily be seen higher in the Urban and rural Tamil Nadu. There is high time for providing training for the women with the support of the administration for strengthening the National Computer literacy Mission. There must be the provision of allocation of budget and funding for testing conceptual framework at the grass root level to assess the effectiveness of empowering women through Information Technology. In India, women face enormous challenges with respect to health, education, and economic empowerment. For example, maternal mortality and malnutrition remain major problems, about third of women are unable to read and write, and economic opportunities are limited by pervasive discrimination and lack of access to market information. Mobile innovation is transforming lives for the better for women in a variety of ways across India. We recognize that the scaling of women-centered mobile programs and applications can only be achieved with improved financial, commercial, and marketing incentives and of course, cooperation. Thorough mobile application training we hope make a start – by financially supporting and recognizing innovative mobile and Web based applications and their potential in a public forum.

Aims: Adoption analysis of E- government services factors. Background: The role of Electronic governance to facilitate its citizens using information and communication technology (ICT). To achieve this, every government activities/ procedures are transforming to electronic medium with the help of websites, mobile applications, government social media accounts and establishing common service center for rural part of country. But it is matter to assess the satisfaction level of electronic services launched by government. If the satisfaction level is high then adoption of government services would be high. Objective: This paper suggest an attributes which are required for adoption of E-government services to achieve the satisfaction level high. Method: A survey is collected on the proposed attributes in the paper. A fuzzy conjoint model is applied to find out the best attribute using turksen and wllson's method, biswas approach, wang approachresult. Results: Shows that Turksen and Willson’s method of conjoint analysis for ranking government E-services is reliable. Conclusion: Result shows that 62.5% are satisfied with services, 25% are dissatisfied and 12.5% are neutral with respected to e-government services Government has established common service center for smart governance for rural part of country. It has been identified that people are satisfied with common service centre as it achieves highest ranking. It is required that people should be satisfy with the customized government portals and mobile application with multilingual support. Result also shows that people are dissatisfy with the standardization of polices and IT laws and self guided services.
