Assessment and Adoption analysis for Smart Governance using Fuzzy Conjoint Model

Aims: Adoption analysis of E- government services factors. Background: The role of Electronic governance to facilitate its citizens using information and communication technology (ICT). To achieve this, every government activities/ procedures are transforming to electronic medium with the help of websites, mobile applications, government social media accounts and establishing common service center for rural part of country. But it is matter to assess the satisfaction level of electronic services launched by government. If the satisfaction level is high then adoption of government services would be high. Objective: This paper suggest an attributes which are required for adoption of E-government services to achieve the satisfaction level high. Method: A survey is collected on the proposed attributes in the paper. A fuzzy conjoint model is applied to find out the best attribute using turksen and wllson's method, biswas approach, wang approachresult. Results: Shows that Turksen and Willson’s method of conjoint analysis for ranking government E-services is reliable. Conclusion: Result shows that 62.5% are satisfied with services, 25% are dissatisfied and 12.5% are neutral with respected to e-government services Government has established common service center for smart governance for rural part of country. It has been identified that people are satisfied with common service centre as it achieves highest ranking. It is required that people should be satisfy with the customized government portals and mobile application with multilingual support. Result also shows that people are dissatisfy with the standardization of polices and IT laws and self guided services.

This article deals with the topical issue for modern education about the role of mobile technologies in the formation of students’ information competence. The aim of the article is to consider the main trends in the formation of students’ information competence using mobile technologies in the learning process. The authors of the article give the concept of mobile learning, analyze its advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, mobile applications are considered as a tool for shaping information competence of students. Developed in the study mobile application «TopTaskerGeo» confirms the relevance of introducing mobile technologies in the learning process in order to informatize the educational environment and determines the effectiveness of mobile learning methods in the formation of informational competence of students. According to the survey conducted by the authors, there is an increase in students’ interest in mobile learning and information competence. Despite the fact that there is a small proportion of surveyed students who do not accept innovations and prefer traditional teaching methods, lessons using the mobile application «TopTaskerGeo» are interactive and contribute to the rapid development of information and communication skills. The value of this study is the development and implementation of the mobile application «TopTaskerGeo» in the education system in the study of academic disciplines.

This growth has changed people to do business in mobile commerce (М- Commerce). Peoples are transferring to M-Commerce to attain good and fast transaction into market and saving their precious time. M-Commerce has become distinguished in Indian people, quickly during last few years. Due to large number of mobile application, growth rate in mobile penetration in India is increasing with the rapid speed. The mobile users has shifted to use the android phone from simple and black and white phone and taking the service of internet, the role of telecom companies is also important in the being popular of mobile commerce. Although many people have started E-Commerce but still a separate part of the society feel uncomfortable and hesitate to use M-Commerce because of security problems, payment issues and complexity of mobile applications. This paper identifies facts about the feasibility of MCommercein India today its growth and the Strength and opportunity, weakness and threats lying ahead.

With the increasing role of information and communication technology (ICT) in the society, ICT’s role is gaining importance in the aspect of provision and use of the public sector services for the citizens. Especially in the European Union different activities have been conducted through the years to promote ICT use in the society. It has been mainly based on the Digital Agenda for Europe (DAE), which underlines the key role of ICT in the efforts to achieve its strategic objectives. Slovenia as an EU member state follows these directions but positions itself among less successful states in the EU. The well-known European Digital Economy and Society Index ranks Slovenia to the lower half of member states indicating possibilities for improvement. Although much can be said and done about the service-providers side this paper focuses on the users’ side and especially on their digital inequality. The lack of studies in the area of digital inequality and online government services adoption and use is the main motivation for this research. The research uses the data provided by Slovenian annual survey Use of Information and Communication Technology in Households and by Individuals of the last four years. The analysis of this data, presented in the paper, exhibits that changes for the better are detected in Slovenian society, but the situation in public-sector services is not optima. The results demonstrate the existence of digital inequality considering the income level of households and education level of individual users. The synthesis of the data demonstrates that the Slovenian government and its ministries should consider adding tangible actions to the already set strategies if the country wants to catch up with the leading countries of the EU and achieve goals, set by the DAE.

While perceived waiting time can undermine user evaluation and cause application abandonment, there is little scientific research on waiting in mobile applications. This paper incorporates three mobile interactivity features (ubiquitous connectivity, active control, and responsiveness) into the model and examines the mediating role of cognitive absorption and the moderating role of perceived procedural justice between these features and perceived waiting time in a short-waiting application. The researchers empirically examine the model using data from 468 uses of the ride-sharing mobile application. The results reveal that mobile interactivity can directly and indirectly (via cognitive absorption) lead to more tolerance in perceived waiting time. The findings elicit several implications for theories and practice.

Urban living labs (ULL) are a new concept which involves users in innovation and development and are regarded as a way of meeting the innovation challenges faced by information and communication technology (ICT) service providers. The chapter focuses on the role of urban living labs in entrepreneurship, energy and governance of smart cities, where it is performed the relationship between innovations, governance, and renewable energy. The methodology proposed will focus on content analysis and on the exploration of some European examples of implemented ULL, namely Amsterdam, Helsinki, Stockholm and Copenhagen. The contributions of the present research should be the consolidation of knowledge about the impact of ULL on innovation and development of smart cities regarding the concepts of renewable energy, smart governance and entrepreneurship.

Currently, we can see the rapid evolution of mobile technology, which involves mobile communication, mobile hardware, and mobile software. Features of mobile phones largely depend on software. In contemporary information and communication age [1–4], mobile application is one of the most concerned and rapidly developing areas. At the same time, the development of mobile application undergoes great changes with the introduction of new software, service platforms and software development kits (SDK). These changes lead to appearance of many new service platforms such as Google with Android and Apple with iOS. This article presents the information about the evolution of mobile application, gives some statistical data on the past and present situation, demonstrates how individual users of mobile devices can benefit, and shows how mobile applications affect society from the ethical perspective.

From utilising the mobile applications to lessen the price and durations by abolition of displays of procedures and systems of governments, e-Government intends to deliver services to the private and public segments of the country’s communities through the use of mobile applications. Across the globe, every country, but particularly developing countries, is in search of the application and dispersal of e-Government services. This research study will specifically assess the effect of mobile applications have on e-Government services application in Jordan. The debate as to whether mobile applications trigger addiction within the public segment in Jordan will be closely investigated and analysed in this research study. A collaboration of data gathered from a random selection of the population of the Income and Sales Tax Department staff ([Formula: see text]) exposes the fact that both the females and males from the random sample are likely to be using mobile applications for numerous hours each day. With this considered, the study also reveals that mobile applications have a substantial influence on the accomplishment of e-Government application within the public segment in Jordan.

The article is devoted to the study of the question of the existence of post-dramatic performances in the modern media environment, in particular, the media formats of site-specific performances are studied. The purpose of this study is to identify the mechanisms of interactivity, performativity and immersiveness in the media formats of post-drama theater. The article raises the question regarding the meaning of the media format concept used in media studies in its connection with theatrical practices. The basic components of the concept of media format are the technical characteristics and focus on the target public. The chosen methodology allows us to characterize the technical capabilities of modern media formats for creating the effects of performativity, interactivity and immersiveness. The empirical basis of the research is the podcast The Theater of Everyday Life. Site-Specific Performances for Everyday Places and Routes in the mobile application Yandex Music and performances in the application Mobile Art Theater. The article draws conclusions concerning the influence of technical and verbal means of interaction used in mobile applications and in VR performances on the emergence of the effects of performativity and immersiveness in the minds of the audience. It is pointed out that the mechanics of the performances under consideration are connected with the concepts of A. Artaud and H.-T. Lehman, in particular, draw a conclusion about the role of the audience in such performances.

Rapid advancements in the infrastructure of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have led to radically new but ubiquitous technology; cloud computing. Cloud computing has gracefully emerged offering services that possess on-demand scalability, huge computing power, and a utility-like availability, all at a relatively low cost. It has unsurprisingly become a paradigm shift in ICT, gaining adoptions in all forms of application i.e., personal, academic, business, or government. Not only for its cost-effectiveness but also for its inherent ability to meet business goals and provide strategic ICT resources. More recently there have been advances in cloud computing leading to the evolution of newer commercial cloud services, one of which is the Mobile backend as a Service (MBaaS). The MBaaS is important and required for a robust mobile application back-end data storage and management. Its wide adoption and importance stem from its ability to simplify application development and deployment. Also, MBaaS is robust, with the ability to cope with errors by providing nifty tools and other features. These enable rapid scaffolding of mobile applications. This paper reviews Mobile backend as a Service (MBaaS) and provides required background knowledge on some cloud services and their providers to enable stakeholders to make informed decisions and appropriate choices.

Due to the advanced technologies, governments today are facing more challenges in the governance field than ever before. One of the serious issues is how to develop relationships with younger generations. As a purpose of smart governance, sustainability emphasizes the responsibility of government for building a stable association with future generations. This study is devoted to promoting sustainability in the smart governance field through e-government services. It seeks to understand the situation of local e-government use in a special group of future generations: undergraduate students. In order to achieve this objective, this research conducts a case study in Chongqing, the only inland municipality in China. Drawing upon data from a sample of 1046 respondents in 2019, the findings reveal that the way to interact with the government via e-government is by receiving a wide range of undergraduate students at the local level. In this sense, the role of e-government in linking government and younger generations is larger and more significant than previously estimated. Additionally, the results witness a rise of social media in e-government services among younger generations. Based on all these findings, it offers practical suggestions for the future development of e-government services in China.
