The subject of this paper is the influence of social networks on the personal branding of athletes. The goal is to point out the importance of social networks in the process of personal branding of athletes. A responsible personality marketing management enables athletes to continue their successful careers even after the end of their engagement in sport. Social networks have an increasingly important role in this because they are also a measure of the influence of athletes, which can be quantified by the number of followers on social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc. Some athletes earn more from their sponsorship agreements and activities on social network sin which they promote a certain brand than from professional contracts and salaries in their clubs. In the context of the topic of this paper, social networks can be viewed in two ways, as a means of improving the image of athletes, and as a tool that athletes use to promote brands. In the first case, the basic outcome is their higher commercial value, while in the second, the commercial effects are reflected in the earnings from brand promotion. This paper shows the connection between social networks, famous athletes, marketing tools applied in personal branding and commercial effects on that basis. The basic assumption that the commercial effects of personal branding of athletes can be successfully realized in the environment of social networks is confirmed.

The networks are transorganizational arrangements forming a structure and, in a more abstract and generic manner, are built from the interactions between individuals and organizations. These interactions allow the emergence of network structures more related to personal ties and the types of existing social interactions between the actors. Social networks aren’t a recent enterprise, but have been the subject of deeper studies due to universalization and convergence of communication processes, fundamental to the establishment and proliferation of networks. The structure where networks are manifested calls for horizontality, where there is no formal hierarchy of the elements that comprise it, composed by nodes elements and lines elements. This article analyzes the social network of authorship of one of five Postgraduate Programs of CEFET/RJ, presenting the connections between network teachers, justifying the morphological characteristics of the network and suggesting methodologies for continuing the study for the teaching and researching networks.

Social network has become the main communication platform for public emergencies, and it has also made the public opinion influence spread more widely. How to effectively obtain public opinions from it to guide the healthy development of the society is an important issue that the government and other functional departments are concerned about. However, the interaction and evolution mechanism between the subject and the environment in the public opinion propagation is complicated, and the public and media attention and reaction to the incident are closely linked with the progress of the incident disposal. And public mining corpus has some shortcomings in the distribution of emotional classification. Only the timely update of artificial rules and emotional dictionary resources, it can handle new text data well. In fact, from the perspective of public opinion propagation, this paper built the network matrix between Internet users through the forwarding relationship, and used the social network analysis method and the emotion mining analysis technology to study the interaction and evolution mechanism between the subject and the environment in the public opinion propagation, and it studied the role of users in the emotional propagation of social networks. Language is a multidimensional phenomenon in the context of which one might observe lingual differentiation resulting in the appearance of lingual varieties. Factors that can be attributed to the observed lingual differentiation are geographical area, social characteristics of the speakers, communicative situation and the contact / coexistence of languages. Members of each social class create a special cultural subsystem, which, of course, includes language. In addition, there is a direct and not accidental relationship between social stratification of the society and lingual diversity. Social networks with their parameters (density of population and variability), serve as factors influencing formation of language varieties. This article aims to highlight and explain the role of social class and social network in the formation of language varieties. Although the argumentation developed in this paper highlights the importance of two above mentioned factors in shaping lingual differentiation, they alone could not be the only interpretive tools of lingual diversity. Ways of how lingual differentiation happens, mutual impact between social lingual forms and idiolects, especially within certain geographical area, might be the subject for the further research.
