The author considers a problem of automatic synthesis (induction) of the rules for transforming the natural language formulation of the problem into a semantic model of the problem. According to this model a program that solves this problem can be generated. The  problem is considered in relation to the system of generation, recognition and transformation of programs PGEN ++. Based on the analysis of literary sources, a combined approach was chosen to solve this problem, within which the rules for transforming the natural language formulation into a semantic model of the problem are generated automatically, and the specifications of the generating classes and the rules for generating a program from the model are written manually by a specialist in a specific subject area. Within the framework of object-event models, for the first time, a mechanism for the automatic generation of recognizing scripts and related entities (CSV tables, XPath functions) was proposed. Generation is based on the analysis of the training sample, which includes sentences describing objects in the subject area, in combination with instances of such objects. The analysis is performed by searching for unique keywords and characteristic grammatical relationships, followed by the application of simple eliminative-inducing schemes. A mechanism for the automatic generation of rules for replenishing / completing the primary recognized models to full meaning ones is also proposed. Such generation is performed by analyzing the relations between the objects of the training sample, taking into account information from the specifications of the classes of the subject area. The proposed schemes have been tested on the subject area "Simple vector data processing", the successful transformation of natural language statements (both included in the training set and modified) into semantic models with the subsequent generation of programs solving the assigned tasks is shown.

Currently, machine learning is an effective approach to solving many problems of information-analytical systems. To use such approaches, a training set of examples is required. Collecting a training dataset is usually a time-consuming process. Its implementation requires the participation of several experts in the subject area for which the training set is collected. Moreover, for some tasks, including the task of determining the semantic similarity of keyword pairs, it is difficult even to correctly draw up instructions for experts to adequately evaluate the test examples. The reason for such difficulties is that semantic similarity is a subjective value and strongly depends on the scope, context, person, and task. The article presents the results of research on the search for models, algorithms and software tools for the automated formation of objects of the training sample in the problem of determining the semantic similarity of a pair of words. In addition, models built on an automated training sample allow us to solve not only the problem of determining semantic similarity, but also an arbitrary problem of classifying edges of a graph. The methods used in this paper are based on graph theory algorithms.

The research deals with the original algorithms of the linguistic processor integration for solving planimetric problems. The linguistic processor translates the natural language description of the problem into a semantic representation based on the ontology that supports the axiomatics of geometry. The linguistic processor synthesizes natural-language comments to the solution and drawing objects. The method of interactive visualization of the linguistic processor functioning is proposed. The method provides a step-by-step dialog control of syntactic structure construction and its display in semantic representation. During the experiments, several dozens of standard syntactic structures correctly displayed in the semantic structures of the subject area were obtained. The direction of further research related to the development of the proposed approach is outlined.

The studying is focusing to the relationship of the concepts of the mathematical subject area on the example of the section of mathematical physics equations. A version of the thesaurus article for terms and related equations and formulas is proposed. The peculiarity of such a thesaurus lies in the use of the context of formulas for their additional identification in the subject area. In addition, it is proposed to take into account the indices of authors and articles where thesaurus terms are found. This approach helps to refine the search query and reduce information noise when using the thesaurus in digital bibliographic collections.

The article considers the introduction of the problem of personal identity in the structure of the course of philosophy. The introduction of new material is the attempt to redesign the academic course of philosophy, simultaneously keeping its traditional structure. The problem of personal identity is a topical issue in analytic philosophy. However, it is not much learnt in Ukraine, where academic circles mostly orient to continental philosophy. The paper analyses the subject area of personal identity: its metaphysical status, the nature and conditions of personhood, the possible criteria, and the method of though-experiment. Then, it shows the steps of introducing personal identity in the course of philosophy. The novelty of the article is in the fact that the problem of personal identity is introduced for non-philosophy students for the first time at Ukrainian university course of philosophy.

One of the factors influencing the relevance of search output is the multivalued search query, expressed by lexical means of a natural language. The multivalued lexical unit manifests itself at the stage of a search query. The method of removing the multivalence of lexical units in a search query based on ontologies is proposed. It is grounded that ontologies allow transferring semantic component of data related to a subject area accurately enough. The proposed method for lexical multivariance resolution can be described as follows. A user search query is received at the search engine input. The search engine contacts the ontology library to find the query. If the lexical unit from the search query is multivalued, the search engine will offer the user a list of subject areas in which the lexical unit from the search query was found. Oft the user searches in advance for the result from a particular subject area. When the subject area is defined, the search engine determines the nearest elements in the structure of ontology, and when ranking the search output will be guided by their presence or absence. The use of ontologies also allows adding synonyms and acronyms meaning the same to the search query. The proposed approach will allow solving lexical multiplicity and significantly relieving the search output, leaving only the subject area of interest to the user.

This article proposes an approach for designing a general subsystem of automatic generation of questions in intelligent learning systems. The designed subsystem allows various types of questions to be automatically generated based on information from the knowledge bases and save the generated questions in the subsystem knowledge base for future use. The main part of the subsystem is the automatic generation module of questions, which allows one to generate questions of various types based on existing question generation strategies in combination with the structural characteristics of knowledge bases built using OSTIS technology. In this article, a variety of strategies for automatically generated questions are proposed, the use of which allows various types of questions to be automatically generated, such as multiple-choice questions, fill-in-the-blank questions, questions of definition interpretation and etc. The most important part of the subsystem is the knowledge base, which stores the ontology of questions, including the question instances themselves. In this article, the knowledge base is constructed based on OSTIS technical standards. The type classification of automatically generated questions was developed, as well as the subject area for storing generated questions and the corresponding ontology described in the knowledge base of the subsystem. The generated questions are stored in the subsystem knowledge base in the form of SC-code, which is the OSTIS technology standard. When testing users, these automatically generated questions are converted to the corresponding natural language form through the natural language interface. Compared with the existing approaches, the approach proposed in this article has certain advantages, and the subsystem designed using this approach can be used in various OSTISbased systems driven by OSTIS technology.

The paper presents studies of linear models of economic dynamics of the Neumann-Gale type, taking into account their possible stationarity, presents an analysis of existing classification approaches to the concept of optimality, presents their advantages and comparative characteristics, it is noted that the first type model - open - connects the concept of optimality with discounted maximization total utility. The first considers a closed system, the technological description of which includes the reproduction of all the resources necessary for development, including labor. Such a system has no external goals; its natural end in itself is development at the maximum pace. This is the most abstract and idealized scheme, but on the other hand it was it that made it possible to develop such fundamental concepts as equilibrium, a ray of (Neumann) balanced growth. Later, the apparatus of the closed model was replenished with the concepts of “direct and inverse Bellman operators”, “effective functional” (“potential”) of the model, etc. The second approach involves explicit accounting for consumption. Here the description becomes open, consumption is derived from the "technology" and described using the utility function. A new approach to the concept of “optimal development strategy” is proposed, a detailed analysis of the corresponding model is given. The article consists of three sections. 1 - staging part; 2 - analysis of the model with illustrative examples; 3 - conjugate (dual) model. The last section contains the main result on the connection of the optimal trajectories of the direct and dual problems. The paper provides an overview of literary sources in the subject area, as well as an economic interpretation of the results.

The article considers the problems of ontologization of mental representations of a certain field of activity and the corresponding subject area for the purposes of management automation. For the first time, the authors raise the question about the need to include mental representations of the sphere of activity that the subject area reflects in the ontology of the subject area. Ontologization of mental representations is necessary to identify the participants' understanding of their actions, which will change approaches to management, and for deep training of artificial intelligence in order to transfer part of its management functions to it. On the basis of connectionist approaches to understanding thinking, the paper considers the processes of forming mental representations and changing their attributes. The article gives a new definition and typology of mental representations.
