The purpose of the study is to determine the current trends in the development of the HIV epidemic process for individual subjects of the Ural Federal district (UFD) and the possibility of corrective measures to update the practice based on the results of screening tests for HIV antibodies.Materials and methods. The study used information from form 4 of the Federal statistical observation «Information on the results of blood tests for HIV antibodies» in the amount of 26,1 million studies for 2009–2018, information from 2,488 questionnaires from two biopsychological studies among commercial sex workers (CSR) and persons in prison. Research result. It was found that, despite the increase in the incidence of HIV infection in the period 2009–2018, the estimated Hurst indicator for the studied time period characterized the long-term dynamics of the incidence as antipersistent. Among MSM and patients with STIs, there is a marked tendency to increase the detection of HIV infection. Among commercial sex workers (CSR) and people in prison, the results of a sentinel bio-behavioral study found high detection of HIV antibodies against the background of risky sexual behavior.According to the indicators of the frequency of detection of antibodies to HIV in screening studies, the territories of the greatest potential risk of HIV infection were determined. In dynamics, there was an increase in the number of studies and the detection of HIV infection among those examined for clinical and epidemic indications (codes 113, 120) and stabilization of the detection of HIV infection among injecting drug users (code 102).Conclusion. In the period 2016–2018, the sexual route of infection became predominant among HIV-infected people. The greatest intensity of HIV infection was observed among such categories of the population covered by official statistics and who are representatives of groups with a predominant HIV infection, such as MSM and patients with STIs. At the same time, there was a decrease in HIV surveys among these populations with an increase in detection. The results of behavioral studies among DCS and persons in prison demonstrate high detection of HIV antibodies among them, as well as the presence of risky sexual behavior. Screening for HIV infection requires additional optimization.

Background : According to the World Health Organization (WHO) HIV continues to be a global public health problem, claiming more than 70 million people are infected with the HIV virus and around 35 million people have died. In 2015, approximately 1.1 (940 000-1300000) million people have died due to being infected with the HIV virus. There were an estimated 36.7 (34.0-39.8) million people living with HIV at the end of 2016. Globally, Sub-Saharan Africa is the most affected region, with nearly 1 in 25 adults living with HIV. (WHO 2016). The purpose of this study was to determine the compliance of commercial sex workers on using condoms in the localization of Teluk Bakau, Batam City. Method : This study used a descriptive research design. The location of this research was carried out in the localization of Teluk Bakau, Batam City. The population in this study were all commercial sex workers (CSWs) in the Teluk Bakau brothels with a total of 95 people. The sample is an object under study and is considered to represent the entire population, here the writer uses a purposive technique, namely by means of sampling based on criteria. The measuring instrument in this study using a questionnaire. This analysis was carried out on each variable. These results are in the form of distribution and percentage of each variable. Data analysis was carried out in a univariate manner by looking at the results of the frequency calculation and the presentation of the results which could later be used as benchmarks for discussion and conclusions. Results and conclusions : It can be seen that the compliance of CSWs using condoms in the Bakau Bay brothel, Batam City is the majority of the majority behave obediently as many as 46 respondents (93.9%)

Background: Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) are commonly found in commercial sex workers (CSWs) due to a lack of knowledge and bad behavior in sexual intercourse.Method: This research was an analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach. Samples were 110 CSWs selected by simple random sampling. Chi-Square test was used to see the difference in the influence of the level of knowledge and sexual behavior on the incidence of oral cavity lesions.Result: Lesions were found in 43.9% of respondents with a low knowledge level and 37.7% at a good knowledge level. Chi-Square test obtained a p-value of 0.328 (p> 0.05) showed that there was no difference between the knowledge level and the occurrence of lesions. Lesions were found 94.1% in respondents with bad sexual behavior and 15.8% in respondents with good sexual behavior. Chi-Square test obtained a p-value of 0.00 (p> 0.05) which means that there are significant differences between good sexual behavior respondents and bad sexual behavior respondents towards the presence of lesions. Conclusion: ED has great impact on surface characteristics (hardness and roughness). Using expired GIC type II deal with great risk of surface deterioration when in contact with low pH level beverages.

The prevalence of sexual infection in recent years among people with newly diagnosed HIV infection makes it relevant to study the features of its spread in populations with risky sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to analyze the prevalence of HIV infection in a cohort of sex workers, so called sex workers (SW), taking into account their bio-behavioral risks in order to adjust prevention programs. In the course of the study, the SR had a higher prevalence of HIV infection than in the General population (4.10 vs. 1.85 %), the age of the first experience of providing sex services, the length of work in the sex business, the number of clients during the working day and week, and some other biopovedenical characteristics of the SW. The greatest HIV prevalence occurred among the SWs aged 40–49 (6.1 %) and 30–39 (5.6 %) years old and among women with experience in commercial sex for 20–25 (21.4 %) years.

Transmission of HIV-AIDS in Indonesia is growing fast, one of the triggers are due to risky sexual behavior, including sexual behavior in FSW’s clients. This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the behavior of condom use on the FSW’s clients in Semampir Kediri. This study used quantitative methods to the design of explanatory research with cross sectional approach. A triangulation of qualitative data used to support the results of quantitative analysis were excavated from WPS and pimps as a cross check answers FSW’s clients, the means used was to in-depth interviews and FGDs (Focus Group Discussion) on the FSW and pimps. Sample size was 66 people. Univariate data analysis, with chi-square bivariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results showed most respondents (71.2%) behave consistent in using condoms.Variables related to condom use behavior in FSW were knowledge, perception of vulnerability, severity perceived, benefits perceived, barriers perceived and perceived ability to self (self-efficacy), the availability of condoms, condom regulation, support of friends and support of FSW. Support of friend was the most influential variable on the practice of using condoms to FSW’s clients and the OR value was 19.218.; Key words: female sex workers (FSW), FSW’s clients, condom, consistent
