This study aims to detect fraudulent financial statements using the S.C.O.R.E. model in Indonesian Sharia Commercial Banks. This research uses quantitative research methods—hypothesis testing using a logistic regression analysis model. The research sample is 11 Shariah commercial banks registered with the Indonesian Financial Services Authority. These research results are financial targets, financial stability, external pressures, changes in directors, ineffective monitoring, and external auditors' changes who cannot detect fraudulent financial statements. However, the number of CEO pictures engraved in the annual report can detect fraudulent financial statements. The results of this study again show inconsistencies with the results of various previous studies. The research results confirm that the most common driving factors in cheating are feelings of rights and a desire for power/ego.

The infrastructure sector is the top priority of the Indonesian government's development from 2014 to 2019. Indonesia Corruption Watch (ICW) data shows that the number of corruption cases in infrastructure projects has increased during 2015-2018. The value of losses in corruption cases in infrastructure projects is estimated at 1.1 trillion rupiah. The results of various studies on the factors affecting fraudulent financial statements show inconsistent results. This research aims to determine the impact of the stimulus, ability, opportunity, rationalization, and self on companies' fraudulent financial statements in the infrastructure industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses quantitative research methods. Sampling techniques use purposeful sampling, that is, hypothesis testing using logistic regression analysis models. The results showed that the stimulus measures had a positive and significant impact on fraudulent financial statements. Competence, opportunity, and rationalization have a positive and insignificant impact on fraudulent financial statements. The impact of self on fraudulent financial statements is negligible. The research supports the agency theory that management can commit fraudulent financial statements and achieve the Company's financial goals.

The brand equity of banks plays a crucial role in determining customer behavior of using their services. The study aims to examine the impact of brand equity on conversion behavior in the use of personal banking services at commercial banks in Vietnam. The paper uses quantitative research methods, through linear SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) analysis, with survey data including 554 samples of individual customers of commercial banks. The study’s findings show that the bank’s brand equity has a negative impact on the behavior of individual customers. In the relationship between these two factors, competitive advertising effectiveness and loyalty of customers act as intermediary factors. On that basis, the study makes a number of recommendations to preclude customers leaving and minimize business losses caused by the conversion of customers’ banks. The findings of this study have shown the importance and impact of brand equity on conversion behavior in the use of personal customer services. These are meaningful contributions both theoretically and practically to help banks get a deeper insight into brand equity and the need to pay attention to building and developing sustainable brand equity for the bank, as well as an important basis for further research.

While the research method used is descriptive quantitative research methods in the form of time series that is research on financial statements, and testing data using the SPPS program. The results obtained are: First, t arithmetic (1,731)> t table (1,724), so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, it can be concluded that inflation has a significant and significant influence on murabaha financing at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri for the period March 2013 to December 2018. This study intends to provide an overview of the consistency of research results with theoretical and empirical points of view, it is done because many research results are inconsistent with the theory. Quantitative research methods are used to make generalizations using a sample of 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia with time series data collection techniques for 5 years. The data analysis technique used is multivariate analysis using the Warp PLS structural equation model. The results showed that the level of profitability of Islamic banks is always overshadowed by the occurrence of credit risk that causes non-performing financing from financing of the type of natural uncertainty contracts because it is type of financing is a financing that does not provide certainty of results. The results of this study are consistent with agency theory that explains the existence of information asymmetry, and consistent with the theory of mixing that by providing opportunities to manage business to business managers (mudharib/mustyarik) without interference from the owner of the fund (shaibul maal) can lead to the risk of default and thus affect the ability of Islamic banks to obtain profitability.
