This study intends to provide an overview of the consistency of research results with theoretical and empirical points of view, it is done because many research results are inconsistent with the theory. Quantitative research methods are used to make generalizations using a sample of 14 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia with time series data collection techniques for 5 years. The data analysis technique used is multivariate analysis using the Warp PLS structural equation model. The results showed that the level of profitability of Islamic banks is always overshadowed by the occurrence of credit risk that causes non-performing financing from financing of the type of natural uncertainty contracts because it is type of financing is a financing that does not provide certainty of results. The results of this study are consistent with agency theory that explains the existence of information asymmetry, and consistent with the theory of mixing that by providing opportunities to manage business to business managers (mudharib/mustyarik) without interference from the owner of the fund (shaibul maal) can lead to the risk of default and thus affect the ability of Islamic banks to obtain profitability.

Introduction. Lease is considered one of the alternative forms of financing and a means of providing production and economic activities with the necessary assets. Leasing operations are relevant and cost-effective for small and medium-sized businesses, which do not always have enough resources to buy their own premises, equipment, etc. Leases have many characteristics and can be described using quantitative research methods. Methods. The practical application of scientific methods in our study is as follows: dialectical - to determine general approaches to research; monographic - in relation to the in-depth study of certain social phenomena; scientific knowledge - to determine a certain "perspective" of research as an assumption about the most relevant to the study of the selected problem characteristics of the object; abstract-logical - in order to return from the formulated scientific abstractions again to the study of the concrete and the formulation of the necessary conditions for its further existence and development in a logical sequence; scientific generalization - regarding the generalization of scientific facts and results based on the study, as well as methods of statistical processing of information, using methods of obtaining such quantities and qualitative characteristics, which are not directly in the economic information of the enterprise under study. Results. The article analyzes the influence of various factors on the amount of rent using correlation and regression analysis. The structure of leasing agreements and lease transactions in Ukraine by the volume of sold services is analyzed. Leasing operations in Ukraine by the volume of realized services in terms of real estate lease and the amount of rent in the studied lease agreements are considered. A linear model based on a spatial series of data is built, and its quality is checked. The initial model was modified taking into account the information about the statistical insignificance of individual variables. The forecast of the rent indicator is made taking into account the set factor indicators. Discussion. A promising area of further research is to improve the model by analyzing additional array of information (search for additional significant factors), as well as the use of econometric tools to analyze time series data in terms of lease and use them for short-term forecasting. Keywords: lease (rent), leasing, rental, correlation and regression analysis, model, forecasting.

This study's main objective is to investigate equity-based financing and debt-based financing of the profitability of Islamic banking in Indonesia. This research is expected to contribute to the theoretical and practical dimensions. On the conceptual aspect, this study can provide evidence of whether equity-based financing and debt-based financing affect the profitability of Islamic banking. While on the practical dimension, Islamic banks in Indonesia can determine the extent of their profitability and, in turn, the competitiveness of Islamic banks to enable it to be developed in line or even better than conventional banks. The data analysis technique uses panel data regression, which is time series data and cross-section. Next, to estimate the panel data model, which is divided into three, namely: common effect, fixed effect, and random effect. The result of this study that partially equity-based financing does not affect ROE. At the same time, debt-based financing influences the ROE of Islamic banks. Partially equity-based financing and debt-based financing do not affect ROA of Islamic banks. However, it simultaneously shows that the independent variable test results, namely equity-based financing and debt-based financing, have a strong influence on the dependent variable, namely, profitability as measured by ROA and ROE.

Abstract. Sharia Banking as an economic sub-system certainly will directly or indirectly have an impact on the development and economic growth of a country. Sharia Commercial Bank (BUS) is a bank that conducts business activities based on sharia principles and in its activities provides services in payment traffic as referred to in Act Number 21 of 2008 concerning Sharia Banking. The health of a bank is very important for all parties involved both the owner, manager (management) of the bank, the banking service user community, monetary authorities, and other parties. This study was conducted to examine the effect of CAR, BOPO, and NOM on Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia in 2016-2018. This type of research uses quantitative research with a verification approach. The data used are secondary data taken from the FSA using time series data. Data processing uses Eviews version 7.0 with Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results showed that the CAR variable partially had a negative effect and the BOPO and NOM variables had a positive and significant effect on FDR at Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. From the estimation results obtained R-square of 0.733707, which means 73.37 percent variation of changes in Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) of Sharia Commercial Banks is explained by variations in changes in CAR, BOPO, and NOM. While the remaining 26.63 percent explained by other variables not included in the equation model. Two kinds of problems have generally been encountered in measuring the effects of instruments of regional policy. The first concerns the construction of an adequate method, which should (a) take explicitly into account the multidimensional character of a regional profile, (b) disentangle policy effects from autonomous developments, (c) make it possible to compare the effects of different policy instruments, and (d) be capable of dealing with theoretical constructs and measurement errors. The second problem relates to the scarcity of regional data, both concerning time-series and cross-sectional data. A linear structural equation model is presented which meets the first set of conditions. This model is then modified in such a way that it can be estimated by pooling cross-sectional and time-series data, thus increasing the number of observations. In addition, as an application the effects of regional industrialization policy on investments in the Netherlands during the period 1973–1976 are estimated.

This study aims to improve halal industry through the role of sharia banking with financing channeled by the Islamic banks to finance customers. The method used in this research is qualitative and quantitative research. The qualitative data processing technique is sourced from the analysis of the interviews conducted by the syariah bank and the financing customer, while the quantitative analysis uses secondary time series data derived from publication reports from OJK and BPS from 2005 to 2017 with Eviews software tool. The variables of this research are halal sectors (Halal GDP) as dependent variable; total sharia bank financing; inflation, and export of halal industry as an independent variable. The results of this study proves that sharia banking can encourage the increase and development of halal industrial sector through financing customers in Islamic banks. The econometric results also prove that research variables such as the number of halal industrial sectors will increase with the increase in the business of customers who get halal certification. Despite the inflationary conditions, it does not slow the growth of halal industrial sector.
