This research was held in Sindangkerta Village and Sindangkerta Marine Wildlife Reserve, Sindangkerta Village, Cipatujah District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province. The implementation started in October 2019 until June 2020. The research aims to analyze the  social and economic aspects of Sindangkerta Marine Tourism Object for the local neighborhood and to analyze the development strategy of the Sindangkerta marine conservation area. The research employed case study method in  Sindangkerta Marine Wildlife Reserve by collecting primary and secondary data. Furthermore, the collected data processed with puposive sampling method via Microsoft Office Excel with SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis. The research resulted the villagers hasn’t been implemented the current system, according to the entire villagers they hope that the Sindangkerta Marine Wildlife Reserve Area potential can be further developed in order to provide more benefits for them. The best strategy for Sindangkerta Marine Wildlife Reserve development using SWOT Analysis in Quadrant I, by applying SO or an aggressive growth strategy with a coordinate point of 0.02; 1.10 means utilizing the strength to exploit the existed opportunities.

This study aims to analyze the tourism potential of Santolo Beach and formulate a development strategy for Santolo Beach so that it can be developed as a marine tourism area to increase tourist visits. The research was conducted at Santolo Beach in January - March 2021. This study used a case study method using primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained from questionnaires and interviews as many as 60 respondents consisting of tourists and Santolo Beach managers using purposive sampling method as the research sample.Secondary data were obtained from related agencies. The analysis used is a SWOT analysis to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Santolo Beach which will produce a development strategy for Santolo Beach. The results of the study are based on calculations carried out through SWOT analysis, the final value of the strengths is 1.64, the weaknesses are 1.44, the opportunities are 1.78 and the threats are 1.41. It can be seen from the results of these calculations that the Marine Tourism of Santolo Beach, Garut Regency has dominant strengths compared to weaknesses and greater opportunities than threats. If these values ​​are included in the SWOT Quadrant Diagram, it can be seen that the position of marine tourism development to increase tourist visits in Santolo Beach, Garut Regency is in the position of the Growth Strategy / SO Strategy, which is to make optimal use of the strengths and opportunities it has.

The purpose of this research is to identify the right strategy in developing Rurukan agro tourism area. The research location was conducted in two urban villages: Rurukan and Rurukan 1, East Tomohon Subdistrict, Tomohon City. This research was conducted for 3 (three) months from November 2016 to January 2017. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data are data taken through direct observation on site, interview with respondents who selected 10 people to fill out the research questionnaire as follows: Government (3 people), namely Lurah Rurukan, Lurah Rurukan One, and Officials of Tomohon City Tourism Office, Community Shop (2 persons) and Tour Manager (5 persons). Secondary data is data obtained from the offices of two urban villages and Tourism Office. The analytical method used SWOT Analysis. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the development strategy of Rurukan agro tourism area is Rapid growth strategy. This development strategy is in accordance with the position of Rurukan area that needs a progeny strategy to support growth, through several strategies that can be implemented, namely: (1) Utilizing some existing tourism object to attract investors so that it can become a growing tourism sector and interest in Tomohon ; (2) utilizing the famous agro tourism with its trademark to become a cultural development area, especially in Tomohon City; (3) utilizing a good soil fertility level in the Rurukan area to be planted with fruits such as strawberries, which are highland fruit trees to be enjoyed by tourists.

At this moment, cooperative growth has experienced a very rapid development, which can be seen from the increasing number of diverse cooperative effort in Indonesia, especially in West Java. The ever-increasing needs of milk, added by milk production that has not met the needs of people in West Java makes a fierce competition among Cattle Ranchers Cooperative to produce milk. One of Cooperatives runs in this field is Cattle Ranchers Cooperative of North Bandung. The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze and evaluate management performance of KPSBU in West Java, (2) to analyze the level of liquidity, solvency, and profitability of KPSBU in West Java, (3) to develop business development strategy of KPSBU in West Java. The study used a descriptive survey approach, using primary and secondary data, as well as ratio analysis techniques (1) liquidity, (2) solvency, (3) profitability. Business development strategy will be prepared based on the analysis of the SWOT method and QSPM. Based on the analysis QSPM KPSBU has several strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The most powerful force possessed KPSBU is quality fresh dairy products and its main drawback is the marketing of products less than the maximum, while the factors that affect the greatest opportunity is cooperation with local and international companies and the biggest threat is the bad weather which disrupted production and milk quality. Therefore, Cattle Ranchers Cooperative of North Bandung needs to make improvements on internal factors. It also reinforced by the value of the financial ratios of liquidity, solvency, and profitability that indicates that the company does not have a good value to pay a long-term and short-term debt as well as to generate profits in the company. Thus, Cattle Ranchers Cooperative of North Bandung must continue to strive to maintain and repair the service quality attribute and keeping customer satisfaction levels continue to rise.

The potential of resources and the development of environmental services have not been utilized optimally so that an effort to integrate management in terms of ecology and economy based on tourism fish farming is needed. The research to analyse suitability and carryng capacity as well as to formulate the strategy and development priority for marine fisheries tourism of floating cage.  This research was conducted on November 2017 to February 2018 at Amahai coastal water. Primary data was collected through direct observation at 10 stations while secondary data was obtained from literature. Suitability was analysed by using region suitability matrix while carrying capacity was calculated based on PPLKPL-KLH/FPIK-IPB. Arrangement of strategic factors was based on SWOT matrix and then analysed by using TOWS while priority of development strategy was analysed by using Analytical Hierarchy Process.  The result showed that all stations were suitable for marine fisheries tourirsm of floating cage with the percentage ranged from 95.09% (stations 6, 8, 9) to 100% (stations 1-5, 7, 10).  However, based on carrying capacity, there were only six groups of floating cage with total area of  0.45 ha for each group. There were 14 strategies and nine priorities to develop marine fisheries tourism of floating cage in the region of Amahai. Keywords: Marine tourism, fish farming, suitability, carrying capacity, Amahai   ABSTRAK Potensi sumberdaya dan pengembangan jasa lingkungan belumlah dimanfaatkan secara optimal sehingga diperlukan suatu upaya integrasi pengelolaan dari segi ekologi dan ekonomi berbasis minawisata keramba jaringa apung (KJA). Tujuan penelitian yaitu menganalisis  kesesuaian kawasan, daya dukung kawasan, serta menformulasikan strategi dan prioritas pengembangan untuk kawasan minawisata bahari kategori KJA di Negeri Amahai. Penelitian ini berlangsung pada bulan November 2017-Februari 2018 di pesisir Negeri Amahai. Pengumpulan data berupa data primer dan data sekunder. Analisis data untuk kesesuaian menggunakan matriks kesesuaian kawasan minawisata bahari kategori KJA, sedangkan perhitungan daya dukung merujuk pada PPLKPL-KLH/FPIK-IPB. Penyusunan faktor-faktor strategis menggunakan matriks SWOT, kemudian dianalisis dengan TOWS, sedangkan untuk menyusun prioritas strategi pengembangan menggunakan analisis AHP. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa nilai indeks kesesuaian minawisata bahari kategori KJA pada stasiun 1 sampai 5,7 dan 10 sebesar 100% (sesuai), sedangkan pada stasiun 6, 8, dan 9 sebesar 95,09% (sesuai). Berdasarkan daya dukung kawasan minawisata bahari kategori KJA diperoleh sebanyak 6 kelompok dengan areal 0,45 ha. Terdapat 14 strategi dan 9 prioritas untuk mengembangkan kawasan minawisata bahari kategori KJA di Negeri Amahai.

The marine zone tourism is growing attracting more tourists. Pramuka Island is marine conservation area enriched with marine biodiversity in coral reefs and other natural resources. To develop this potential tourist destination, a customer-based marketing program is required to attract domestic and foreign tourists. The main vision is to understand tourist preferences for marine tourism activities and facilities. A research was conducted on Pramuka Island as a well-known marine tourism zone. The objective was to determine the key tourist preferences for marine tourism destination. Research methods utilized Cochran Q test and Conjoint analysis where the primary data were obtained from tourist respondents. The result showed that there was a tourist preference based on the five attributes considered most important, namely tourism activities, tourist attractions, types of accommodation, food and souvenirs types. This study provided marine tourism destination management with useful guidance for broader implications of the implementation of marketing programs and tourism attraction. Moreover, the results of this study consolidated the learning of a variety of academic and industrial research papers in particular for the measurement of customer preferences towards marine tourism destination.

Abstract Mare Island is a strategic small island, both in its location and its natural resources. In the Regional Regulation of North Maluku Province Number 2 of 2018 concerning Zoning Plans for Coastal Areas and Small Islands of North Maluku Province for 2018-2038, Mare Island is designated as Coastal and Small Islands Conservation Areas. Furthermore, through the Decree of the Minister of Marine and Fisheries Affairs Number 66/KEPMEN-KP/2020, Mare Island has been designated as a Marine Conservation Area. The research aims to formulate a strategy for developing marine conservation areas on Mare Island. Field data collection was carried out in the form of observations, interviews and questionnaires, analysis of existing spatial conditions using the Geographic Information System (GIS), for strategy formulation using SWOT analysis tools after identifying various internal and external factors. external strategy, while the alternative strategy is continued by determining the priority of the strategy using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results showed that there were 11 alternative formulations of strategies for development of Mare Island marine conservation areas in order of priority: Improved conservation area management, Capacity building for government and community organizations, Implementation of Zoning Plans and Preparation of Detailed Spatial Plans, Economic empowerment and development of alternative livelihoods, Partnership network improvement, Improvement of tourism facilities and infrastructure, Collaboration of programs among local government offices, Structuring residential areas, Limiting the use of SDKP, Law enforcement and Development of sea and land transportation facilities.

This study reviews the suitability of habitat for the green turtle in the Pangumbahan Turtle Park. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the existing zoning system and to provide recommendations of alternative zoning approach based on ecological suitability turtle habitat. Observations and fieldwork were undertaken throughout the coastal area of Pangumbahan from January to June 2015 by collecting data which include nesting site for turtles, sand temperature and moisture content, width of the beach, surface slope of the beach, vegetation cover, seagrass and secondary data. Methods of data analysis consists of suitability analysis with the spatial approach using Geographic Information System. The results of the analysis of overlay method were classified into three classes of suitability, which include very suitable covering 6,91 hectares, suitable covering 14,60 hectares and less suitable covering 37,21 hectares. The current existing zones needs to be revised using the recommended zoning system. As an implementation of the findings from this study as well as to effectively manage the conservation area based on the green turtle ecology, it is highly recommended to do a zoning system which is based on the principal of the green turtles habitat suitability to ensure the sustainability of the green turtle within the conservation area. This will ensure the zoning system suits the green turtles’ characteristics hence enabling each of the zones to effectively functioning.

Bali’s marine resources is an important economy asset as well as food resource for local community and marine tourism. Nusa Penida Island is located in Nusa Penida District, Klungkung Region, Bali Province. It is belonging to the coral triangle area, the highest marine biodiversity in the world. Based on Decision Letter from Ministry of Marine and Fishery number 24/2014 about Nusa Penida Marine Conservation Area in Klungkung Region, Nusa Penida marine area was designated as Marine Tourism Park. Most of coastal communities in Nusa Penida are seaweed farmer. Marine tourism activity has significant impact for community’s life. Integrated development is required to be done for its sustainability. The objective of this study is to analyze marine tourism contribution for community’s prosperity in coastal area of Nusa Penida Island. Purposive sampling is chosen to collecting field data trough interview and questionnaire in 30 respondents and analyzed used BPS’s indicator (2011). As much as 90% of coastal community in Nusa Penida is categorized in moderate living condition. Marine tourism activity contributes about 36% of local income, it’s mean that marine tourism activity in Nusa Penida give positive contribution for local communities’ prosperity.

The problem in this research How Formulation Policy Act No. 10 Year 2009 on the Indonesian Tourism with the Indramayu Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2006 regarding marine conservation area of the island of Biawak, Gososng, Cendekian And How Harmonization Act No. 10 of 2009 with the Indramayu Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2006 regarding formulation Act No. 10 Year 2009 on the Indonesian Tourism with the Indramayu Regional Regulation No. 14 of 2006 about marine conservation area of the island of Biawak, Gososng, Cendekian, the purpose of this research to understand and analyze the extent to which policy The findings of the community or field of law local governments about the environmental damage done by companies or individuals are not equal accordance with regional regulations in force, nor the Law in force so that the function of law in society indramayu not fit the mandate to establish a change and justice based Formulation public corporate criminal liability.Inskonsitensi happens to local regulation No.14 of 2006 makes no harmonized with the regulations of each other so that the impact of this inskonsistensi makes the sector particularly environmental law enforcement get uncertainties that result in coastal communities Indramayau.Conclusion Harmonization of regulations of the center and regions delivering the policy formulation of the rule of law area to comply with the regulations above in order to avoid inconsistency, the occurrence of this inconsistency resulted in the rule of law and justice for the indramayu, suggestion that the government should was nearly revise regulations related area, especially the government must dare to take action to give effect to the perpetrator deterrent effect rule-based running as well as possible.
